This location is designed more for drive-through or pickup customers.There are small tables and thats fine but I didnt see a bathroom, and although the food prep guy could see me, the guy running the register didnt for a long while so that even the guy behind me started talking about it.Once the register person came off the drive - through window, he was fine.

They messed up our order. Not only this, their prices were outrageous. I am able to get a box with 3 items and a drink for 5, and these meals were 11-12. After ordering, they just threw it in a bag rather than putting it in their respective boxes they have in the back.

Disappointed with my order.. I got a Crunchwrap combo and subbed the meat for potatoes. Half my Crunchwrap is empty and my taco was inside out with the toppings in the wrapper with the shell on the side. I know it’s fast food but come on this is just bad service.

This place is pathetic . All the sodas were completely just carbonated water .. no syrup .. no taste, the tacos were so skimpy it was literally like eating just a taco shell by itself, i asked for my order “for here” .. it was packaged to-go, and the dining room was filthy . Im adding the taco bell franchise to another place ill never give my business to again . Extremely over priced for what you get . Stay away . Especially this location … they are horrible! You’ve been warned !

$3 for chips and cheese dip. Thats like seven chips and what should be a free container of cheese. This thing has to cost a total of 11 cents to manufacture.Why would chips and cheese cost more than a large fry at any other fast food restaurant? They arent cooking anything...I have no idea whats happening with fast food these days.

Employee was staining chairs inside the restaurant and a chemical order from the stainless so bad I asked her to take it outside because its toxic and she told me no its not and she was sitting at the wheelchair table screwed then she took the chairs outside and put it right in front of the wheelchair accessible entrance. And I asked the cashier to check and make sure my taco was way out correctly and I saw my tacos were already made and he delivered to me without checking the weight. No one seen happy at this restaurant! And trying to get some napkins and sauce people cant wait for me to get my sauce and turn around they had to order first and they made me wait and a little corner until they were done ordering people in the restaurant didnt say anything very rude!

We were in a hurry due to a family emergency, so we placed our order on the app for 2 boxes. We arrived, followed instructions but food took a while to be put together and it was not in 2 boxes.Mentioned to the lady, she took the bag back and the young man brought the orders back. We checked, and the boxes had part of one order in the wrong boxes. The entire process took a very long time. If I had known this would be the situation I wouldnt have ordered from the app. Food was good though.

Don’t come here unless you except to wait 15 -20 min for order not rush hr 7 pm ! Being literally second car they had in line! And then to top of the long wait missing food in order to think they would at least check that order is all correct with all that time they had to make sure! I’d rather drive to a different location! Do not come here do not!!!! Then when asking for refund I need to go back in get it refunded… then told to go back and just come in taco will be ready Uhmm no! Every time I go to this location I order 2 bean and cheese burritos with extra onions. I love their bean and cheese burritos with extra onions. Id say 1 time out of ten, they actually add extra onions. Usually when I order and pay for extra onions, they actually put zero onions. ZERO. I know I sound like an ungrateful person but this is the last time I go to this location. I get home, ready to enjoy beany cheesy oniony goodness and... 3 pieces of onion in the whole thing.

I went to this taco bell and everytime I go they hate helping me I am disabled in a wheelchair and cant reach the drink covers straws,ect. I asked for my receptionist the manager was working the counter her name is Shelby and she said the register did not print one.i explained a register has to print one to keep the register straight. She tried giving a reicept the had free item not my reicept. I told her what is she pocketing all money, she says register will not print a receipt for?

This Taco Bell always gets every order right. The staff is patient and helpful. There is limited parking, but I have never seen the parking full. I think most people use the drive through. The only bad thing is that sometimes the beans taste old if they are not fresh.

Past few months they started short changing costomers by claiming we dont carry any coins. They did that with me four times this month finnally i hit the cilling and raised my voice and demanded the right change. I have made a complain to Taco Bell Corporation waitting their answer. If they do not correct the problem I am planning to take legal action. Please join me If you wish to file for class action law suits. Hold on to your recipt or take a picture of it.

Quality has really gone down hill!! I used to eat at this location for years but the quality of their food has brought me to make fewer and fewer visits. After what their food do to me last night I will never eat at this location again. I was woken up in the middle of the night sick to my stomach to find that their food had not digested. I NEVER experienced anything like it before. For hours their food was sitting in my stomach not following the natural order. That tells me the quality of their food is so terrible that it can’t even be digested. Even when it was eaten more than 5 hours prior I found myself running to the bathroom puking it up. NEVER AGAIN!!

Posted price is not what they offered for rolled chicken taco with large drink and they give 25% filled spicy ranch containers. After checking to see if one was filled I ask for another they asked do you have 2 I gave them one to show it wasnt really filled so they gave me one actually filled container. So instead of 2 spicy ranches I got 1.25 ranches and 4 rolled chicken tacos which admittedly are great...but charge me the $1 for large drink with 4 chicken tacos with 2 full spicy ranches...

Im giving you guys 2 stars cause you really need to get it together and fix your orders seriously. Ive never had this issue before but after this happening twice Ive grown pretty upset. First make sure your shells are fresh and arent old and stale like the Doritos taco that I had bought and ended up biting into it and it tasted awful. It was completely stale. And it was in the 5 box deal with the taco burrito. You guys should seriously check that god knows how many customers took a bite into a hard stale shell. Second make sure you know what youre doing cause my boyfriend and I went there recently and you messed up his order. He had ordered nachos and you guys only gave him the cheese but no nachos. You guys should know what youre doing and not make mistakes like that because it looks bad. I dont know if I want to come back to this Taco Bell not to mention that same day one of your employees who was working cashier that day was quick to rush us.

Made a mobile order I got to the counter and waited 5 mins till someone paid attention to me, the cashier to busy only on the drive thru and turns out my order didnt come thru(on their screen apparently) no one there can do anything about it. Actually the employee didnt bother looking into this at all, I left in a hurry because this is a waste of time for me. Also a transient man hangs out in there very unclean guy, he chase out after me to mumble something but couldnt understand the poor fella and I left fed up with the garbage service here.

Just left the taco bell on commonwealth and lemon, worst customer service ever, made me go to the side and wait, got the whole order wrong, forgot our free tocos for free toco day, and when i asked for them i had to wait another amount of time while they ignored me and continued to serve tbe drive thru and then even tbough my grandson was in the car they would only give me one free taco. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. This will be a fancy restaurant in the future per movie lore. I know of a guy that dodged some criminal charges because of a receipt that cleared him of any wrong doing. Back when i was customer i would order a burrito and some crunchy tacos, but after taking the first bite my throat started tightening and my stomach was killing me.
