Nothing special. Its taco bell. I hadnt eaten it for a long time and was super hungry. Got the new big box meal. Drink was small, I seem to remember getting way more drink in the past. Food was abundant, but for 15 bucks it was not fine dinning. Prices have definitely gone up. That is not taco bells fault though. I was full and it tasted good. So no complaints.

I was very satisfied with this experience. The food was so delicious. I have never went to a Taco Bell restaurant that was actually fire.I’m from Riverside County and I would purposely drive out here just for Taco Bell food specifically at this location it was that fire you should give all the associates a raise.The owner should give all of the employees a raise. Always rude, was told I dont pronounce the food names properly. Today service providers was rude when taking my order in Drive through she didnt even know what the menu option I selected was. I was told at the window the total, I informed him that I dont have enough on my card but he took it, scand it and then looked at me and said I owe more. I told him I know, I dont have enough for the transaction. He just started at me. I asked for my card back.

This taco bell has some of the highest prices out of all the taco Bells in the area. Their value cravings items are over inflated and the $5.99 veggie box is $10.99. to make matters worse is that the customer service is none existent. They wont take your order and want you to use the touch screen. Its also impossible to get sauce/ napkins/ or a fork in your order. Food costs too much, no service and orders get messed up regularly.

Went here just to see what $20/hr looks like as where we’re from we can pay less than $13/hr. They handled it well here and lady behind counter was hustling. Friendly group and the young ones maybe just need some guidance/mentorship but this one passes the eye test.

3rd time they have messed up my order. I’m vegetarian and they always add beef instead of beans even if the food is called “black bean” and from veggie menu. They’re completely unprofessional and the management needs to change due to this unprofessional behavior and no care to even read the orders given. The workers should be fired. Never going back to this Taco Bell again.

They short changed us 2 tacos in a family meal. Since the increase in hourly wages the only option is to order through one of 2 screen pads, one of which doesn’t recognize the letters you input. I requested a receipt through text but never received one. Dirty business this one.

Beautiful place to eat inside ..yes at a Taco Bell! I was quickly greeted when I arrived ..great service. Food was timely made ..fresh ..and hot. Place was clean inside. Lots of parking. Seems to be a renovated location ..like new ..and the decor/ambiance is to die for.

In the past, I ordered Fries Bellgrande through drive-thru. Turned out they gave me Nacho Bellgrande. Unfortunately I did not want to spend more time driving back to get the correct order. Last night, 07/24/19, I tried to order food 5 minutes prior to arrive at this Taco Bell. There are two yellow cones in the middle of drive-thru. One said Back at 10:20 and the other one said back in 15 minutes. But I was there at 9:51 pm, so they planned to close it for more than 30 minutes. Please DEACTIVATE your online ordering system if you plan to close down the restaurant for more than 15 minutes so your customers do not have to drive all the way to find out it is closed.

I have been going to this taco bell about one a month for 6 years. My previous visit a month ago an elderly couple was trying to order the specials you have online the lady employee was very rude to them and said they could only order online and wouldnt help them figure it out said she was too busy. It was only the 3 of us and they left sad. I ordered the Burrito Supreme and taco Supreme combo was very small for around $10.00? Yes I get inflation. The last time I went in last week it seemed like the whole system was having trouble stood around for about 30 minutes to try and order and no one would help or talk to me and 4 others standing around. I walked away with the other customers. So I gave food a 1 because I never got any. Hoping it would have been good. I went back about a week ago and had another miserable experience. They wouldnt help me at counter said to use the system to side. If I wanted to spend 5 minutes learning their system to order supreme combo I would apply for a job. If you want to go to the worst customer service taco bell ever this is the one.

On Saturday 5/28 my wife and I waited 30 minutes in the drive through at 8pm. Our order was never taken, there was little to no communication through the drive through. 30+ minutes, we left and didnt get anything. I have never ever had this bad of a drive through experience in my life. People left the driver through went in and got food before anyone said anything to us. At no point in time were we asked to come in or pull up. It will be very hard going back to this location. Prioritizing EVERYONE in store even if they arrived after us. Terrible service. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I even went in and asked if the drivethrough was working, even after this our order wasnt taken. This place sucks, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I should have known better of what to expect from TacoBell... the power menu bowl I ordered looked NOTHING like the pic on the menu and left a lot to be desired. If I ever come back, it will have to be for something with a shell or flour tortillas.The employees, just as unenthusiastic as their food. Atmosphere, none to really comment on.Only chose to eat here due to it being the closest place to my work and the fact that I only get 30 minutes for lunch.If you are staying at the hotel next door and are thinking of eating here out of convenience, do yourself a favor and dont.At least go up the road to McDonalds or something. First off, they have, not once, got my order right. They put meat in my meatless order 3/3 times up to date. Taco bell used to be my easy and fast comfort food, but now I have to somehow check my order out before I get home??Secondly, this is only a drive through which is super understaffed. You have to wait in the drive through for your pickup order, which they never prep beforehand.Ridiculous that this location is still operating how it is, specially in this locality where everything else is so beautifully maintained and service is spot on. This the kind of taco bell you find out in the middle of nowhere with the bad service and the wait times.Avoid this location.

I never leave bad reviews Im so tired of Taco Bell doing this. I order on their app and Im gonna go in and pick up the order. The app lets me order for a counter pick up and then the restaurant is closed. The drive-through line is 10 or more cars and it takes them 25 minutes. I am on my 15 minute break from work so I cant wait. I talk to the manager or supposedly the manager and they wont do anything he goes oh well I wish I knew how to use the app and know were not gonna give you a refund you have to contact corporate. Well have you ever tried to contact corporate its impossible. So I have to go through my credit card to get a credit on my account. I dont receive the food I dont need and I pay for the meal. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I know times are hard for these businesses and I try to be patient but oh my God they just dont care.

Ok so I dont normally give reviews and I generally give fast food places the benefit of the doubt because I know these people work hard and dont get paid a lot. But... I have been to this location several times (I tried to give it a couple chances) and without a doubt, this is the worst fast food place Ive ever been to. Staff is rude, orders have been wrong twice, and you always have to wait FOREVER to get your food whether youre in the drive thru or not. Definitely avoid going to this T-Bell.

Broken franchise...Update: Not much has changed in three years. This is still a poor location. Slower service than the type taco bell, but in our recent visits they did get the order correct.Original review: This is consistently the worst Taco Bell weve been to. I just want to say, this is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to either, take out or delivery through Uber or door dash.I have never seen this level of complacency in my life, not only do they never follow instructions for specific orders but they are visibly inebriated and simply do not care.I had to call Taco Bell 25 times in five minute intervals to see if I can get through to someone to ensure I do not have cheese on my food because I am lactose intolerant and of course my burrito came with cheese…I don’t know how many one star reviews and how many negative reviews need to happen before management needs to take action for this Taco Bell but at this point I will never eat here again and I will ensure that my family ever is here again and I will instruct the members of my community to be really cautious when they order at this specific Taco Bell due to the fact that no one cares.Inside the store it’s very dirty and unkempt the staff barely care and I waited at the counter for about 30 minutes at one point because the drive-through was apparently “broken”.I’m done, I would rather not eat for the night then even try to eat at this Taco Bell and unfortunately this is the closest one to my home so something needs to happen. I feel weird giving a Taco Bell a one star but I was there two hours before closing and the fryer was closed which was disappointing. The good news is that In N Out is right around the corner and they aren’t running a skeleton crew so there’s a backup if you’re desperate. If you really want Taco Bell and are willing to drive a little farther the San Marcos location off of the 78 and Rancho Santa Fe road has been pretty reliable for me the few times I’ve gotten off late from work.It’s probably fine to come here during the day. It’s just a Taco Bell.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have ordered from. Their drive through lines are insanely long, with me having been in the drive through for 30 minutes once, and this seems to be because they are understaffed. I also once ordered through DoorDash and I ordered two of their potato tacos, but was told that they are out of potatoes. Fast food establishments should not have long drive through lines that move very slowly and they should not be out of ingredients for their menu.

It was a taco bell! Exactly what youd expect. Food and service are good enough for a quick pick-up, restaurant was clean, and prices are fine. This was around lunch time, and the drive-thru line was fairly lengthy. I went inside and the order took under 10 minutes for a standard order off the menu. Its a bit longer than Ive waited before but fine given how busy this one was. Ive come to this one later at night before and been disappointed that they werent still open; that may just be a sign of the times. Will come again when Ive got the urge!

Worst experience. I ordered on the kiosk bc they don’t take your orders and and they locked the doors inside at 8:30 while inside (no bud deal). I was staying at hotel next to it and don’t have a vehicle. 2 min after walking back I came back because they forgot something and I knock and some rude man sitting eating signaled me to drive thru and he rolled his eyes and ignored me so I went to the other door and got the worker that handed me my food to coke and get me my missing food. I have always loved me some Taco Bell. I have consumed their food in thousands of locations at this juncture. I have to say, this particular location is solid. It is important to manage expectations when evaluating a visit to any Taco Bell location. With the covid nonsense going on, we decided to use the app & order ahead. When I arrived, the drive through line was long & it moved at a decent pace. Our order, which was sizable and contained many variations of items. Add rice, extra cheese, etc. Everything was spot on. The young man working on the register was polite and super efficient. He hooked us up with a big handful of extra mild sauce. It was easy, quick, and the food was delicious. For all the hassles one may encounter in a fast food situation, I have to say that this location is tip top. The food is as fresh as Taco Bell gets. It is consistent and they dont botch the other when there are ingredient substitutions. It is easy to find things to eat if you are not into eating meat. All in all, this location is a good option. Especially when other taco shops in the area are closed.

Last Wednesday night around 9 PM I had went to this specific Taco Bell into the drive-through and there was a garbage can a very small one in the middle of the way so I had gently moved it and I drove up to the speaker at the drive-through and a lady barges out I’m sure she was the manager that night she was super rude and she was staring me down for no reason she was yelling at me over and over again and I had told her I did not hear her I really don’t understand how you treat the guests there and I was all alone I really wanted to call my sister because I felt helpless she was super super rude to me I didn’t even catch her name but she was the manager working Wednesday night or she was the one of the cooks working Wednesday night I had no idea that a small trashcan in the middle of the drive-through meant that it was closed this location is always closed online it didn’t say that it was early closing or anything like that that night there were several other cars behind me maybe she got upset that I had move the trashcan implying that Taco Bell was open? That’s not my fault at all you need to do your job and be respectful at all times and by doing your job meaning moving the trashcan or actually putting a sign that says you guys are closing early outside on top of the trashcan

This review is purely based on their hours never being right on google. Their hours were wrong even before Covid. I understand Covid changed a lot but the times were just updated a week ago by the business (it says so on google)! Myself and a few other cars were there last night waiting for about 10 minutes. Someone finally came out at 11:30 pm and said they close at 11. We started to say google was wrong and they cut us off mid sentence, as if they had said this a million times, they know google was wrong.Like... wha?Staff and food here have always been top notch. Get very frustrated with this taco bell I live in del mar and seems to be the only one around. Their hours on here r wrong. Says it opens at 7am and I believe thy open at 8 I was there at 740 and noone. Also they are way more expensive than other locations probably due to the only one around which is pretty much extortion. This is, hands down, the worst Taco Bell I have Ever Had The Misfortune of going to. I work in the area and there arent many other places to go to for lunch. I can say with all honesty that every single time I have come here theres been some sort of issue. Food takes forever, staffing unprofessional and unattentive. I guess it didnt occur to anyone that maybe they should put their sign at the very beginning of the drive-thru so people can see it right away and decide whether or not they can go on. This time Ive been sitting in the Drive-Thru for about 25 minutes, stuck between cars and I cant get out of the drive-thru, waiting for someone to take my order, cars arent moving, people in the Drive-Thru are blaring their horns and nobodys coming out to explain anything I dont know whats going on....... again every single time I come to this place its always a bad bad experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We placed an order through postmates at 930pm arriving by 1030pm. The Carmel Valley location does not close until 11pm. The driver drove all the way to Taco Bell and got there by 10:05pm then to find out our order was canceled. We drove there ourselves and saw employee(s) HIDING when we drove up to the location and when driving through drive-thru windows. Whoever closed Thursday January 6th, 2022 thanks for ruining my first Taco Bell craving in years.

This Taco Bell is my least favorite Taco Bell because they charge the most out of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. The staff are friendly so I don’t blame them since they have no control over the prices and the food is as expected. They typically charge about 80¢ more per item from what I have seen and that alone makes it not worth the trip 9 times out of 10.

Nothing spectacular. I love taco bell, but I really only reserve 5 stars for places I believe go beyond my expectations, so 4 stars is still great. It took a moment to be waited on, but the food came out fast, it was priced fairly, and was edible. Came here during my lunch break and ordered out, so I dont have much to say about the eat in experience. The place was full with happy customers, however, so if you like to eat in, theres a good sign! Overall pretty good, just not the absolute best.

This is the slowest Taco Bell or fast food I have ever been to. With only 5 cars in front of me, I spent 24 minutes in line before I got my food. I got to the front finally and found d the reason. The woman (9/12/208 at 12:49 pm), was moving the slowest I have ever witnessed in my life. She absolutely has no business working in fast food. I missed my doctor appointment because what should have been a 5-10 minute ordeal became a total of 27 minutes adding in the 3 minutes it toon to get the hot sauce she didnt offer and didnt seem to understand.

I would not come to this restaurant during lunch hours 11:30 to 12:30, because it is really crowded. They dont have enough staffs to work during these hours, so it takes a long time for foods. Last time I was there I waited for 35 minutes and no foods, so about 8 customers included myself asked for their money back. Unfortunately, we did not have a graft experience at this specific Taco Bell. After ordering from a very nice person, we received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I have had two bad experiences with this Taco Bell this week. This first experience wasn’t that bad, but annoying. We ask them to switch it out, and they take ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO CHANGE THE ORDER, I MEAN HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE 3 TACOS. We get our food, open the Crunchwrap, and there is only minimal salad, and one layer of beef instead of 2 layers. The tacos were fine, and the cinnamon twists were stale but whatever. I work nearby and my rule is if I’m going to eat this junk food I have to walk there. It’s probably ½ a mile round trip, so I probably burn the cheese from a regular hard taco. Sometimes I just get a craving for a chalupa or some non authentic fast food tacos.Most people avoid the usual lunch rush of 12-1 at most places, but for some reason coming here between those times is actually faster than coming at 2. They are staffed up for noon, but staffed down for 2. Doesn’t make sense to wait 4 minutes at 12:30 and 12 minutes at 2pm does it. So yes this goes against the grain as far as timing goes.There is one manager who is super hard working and corporatized. Other than that the staff is hit or miss. Prices are good as usual and they are always running new items/specials. Parking here is heavy use and awkward, a little grimey despite it’s location, it’s a little more of a pitstop for the area. This is certainly in need of the renovations I’ve seen at some TBell’s in OC and SF (Cantina’s). The décor is dated. About 20% of all the tables are not clean at any given time. The trashcans are always full, partially because of the boxes they serve in and the bathrooms are generally a mess due to the pitstop-esque nature of this place.Food is pretty consistent, I mean it’s not great, but it’s never really bad. If you choose to eat Taco bell it’s kinda on you the way you’ll feel afterwards and less about the place than your life decisions.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only did they give me someone elses order when I went thru the drive thru, but when I parked my car and went back in to get my order, they forgot the hot sauce. The hot sauce is printed out on the order, so not sure how they can forget it, except by not checking the order to make sure it was filled properly.

Credit card didn’t work, didn’t get the combos we ordered and the person taking orders mumbled through it all. Had to have them repeat numerous times. If a ventriloquist can speak clear, this guy has hope!
