Store looked half closed upon arrival. I had to talk to someone through closed doors to ask questions about repairing phone. Half way into conversation I realized how rude this is so I left.

While I received great and quick service from Green Zone, they didn’t inform me that the card reader was not working until my phone was fixed. I had to go to my bank to get cash, leaving my phone in their hands. Luckily the bank is nearby. Then I come home and find that they had posted a five star review from my phone that I never authorized. Please don’t do that to your customers. I was very happy until I found a business review to your page that I had not written myself.

I went in to fix my iPhone X which had blacked out on me after I dropped it. I really thought this was unfixable but he changed the screen like new in 10min!! It works perfecttt the screen is pretty much like the original maybe even the original, quality is great. happy with resultsand affordable price

Been here twice! Fast, Great Prices, and Very Helpful. First time I went to fix my charger port (iPhone 6) they charged less than most places. Went back for the LED screen and the glass screen and got charged quite a deal! Save your receipt.

I had dropped my iphone 7 plus and cracked it. The crack pattern was similar to fish scales. He quickly fixed my screen at a great price and made it look brand new again! Not only did he fix my screen, he also cleaned my speakers so that they played at full volume again! Definitely recommend his service.

I was shopping around Monterey Park for a 5C screen replacement and everyone wanted at least $90 and an hour to do it.. At Green Zone I just walked right in and they fixed it for $75 and in the 10 minutes I was waiting in the shop. AND they have a 30 day warranty on the screen. Absolutely dope, you should definitely use these guys

I called the store before I went. They told me the price for battery and I arrived there on the same day. Due to COVID, they did not open the door so the phones were passed to them through the mail slot. The thing is, when the job was done and I gave them my credit card, they said cash only. Since I did not have any cash with me, they put back the old battery, which caused the loss of the sound. I had to go to another store to get it fixed. Not recommend for any cell phone service.

Great place to buy some flowers for any occasion! They are really patient and understanding. Dont be afraid to tell them what you really want, they will do their best to make it happen. On top of that, prices are so affordable and more than fair. Parking may be a bit difficult on the street but thats a non factor.

I came today to repair my crake screen, Jayden is the guy helped me to fix my iPhone 6s. i thought it might be take a hour or more than that to fix my phone, but he only took 15mins, that was awesome, and very professional, and the price is very reasonable. i really recommend this store. repair faster, and the price is reasonable. also, they are friendly, super nice. Thank you green zone tech.p.s. they also give you a FREE screen protector.

Green Zone Tech has been taking care of my phone screen repairs for the past year. They offer wonderful and incredibly fast service and are also cheaper than any other place. I drive all the way from the San Fernando Valley to their location in Monterey Park, that should tell you how great they are!

Brought in my Galaxy Note 5 to have the original battery swapped out with an aftermarket battery. Cost of replacement was $55. Technician accidentally broke my screen during the repair. He bought a new screen and replaced it free of charge. Now the new screen he put in does not work with my S pen. On top of that, he used SUPER GLUE to seal the back cover! Its permanently sealed and the S pen will never work. He was sorry about the issue and at least refunded the $55.You can see the glue along the edges on the pics.

IPhone 6S screen repair. Called and quoted $55 and be completed in 10 min. I waited outside and screen was replaced in 10 min. So far so good! You wait outside due to COVID. Highly recommended!

So angery with the people that work here. I got my screen fixed here need I say they gave me 60 day warranty (60 days arent over yet) my screen had come up from my phone and screen wouldnt go on but I was able to answer by swiping the screen. These guys told me that they couldnt do anything I would have to pay another $90 for what I had the warranty. I went back 2 times before this because they didnt glue the screen right. So green zone your getting a 1 star from me you guys didnt do your job right.

Soo... Ive had to change my opinion after a couple days after having my repaired iPhone. I came into the store wanting to replace my cracked iPhone and was charged 120(including a damaged camera and speaker that was evolved in the process of removing the screen) even though over the phone they said it would be 60-90 over speaking to the staff over the phone. After I agreed apon the pricing of that, the staff also informed me that my iPhone was bent and could repair it to its original form. A couple days after of having my iPhone repaired my iPhone was stuck in a start up boot cycle and has the error 9 every time I connect it to iTunes. I still have my 60 days warranty so I went back to see what they could do for me. And they told me it would be 120.00 to fix it since it was a motherboard issue. Even though Ive never had this issue before having my screen replaced.(they didnt even look/touch or visually inspect my iPhone). I also live in Chino Hills and having to drive all the way to Monterey Park to tell me that it was a motherboard issue I had after having my screen replaced was very disappointing.

Horrible service. My phone came apart (the adhesive never fully stuck) after they fixed the screen. Also, they lied that the back of the phone wouldnt have a notch mark after they pulled it apart. I want my $145 back. Tao Bai even tried to hold my phone ransom unless I instantly transferred payment. What a nut job!! My phone completely broke and I had to replace it.

This is a very insecure store. The screen of my Apple phone is broken and the sound is inaudible. I need the boss to check what is wrong with the phone, but the boss turned the screen of my phone without my permission. I changed it, and then asked to give him $ 300 in cash. Before that, he didnt tell me that I can only pay in cash. I cannot use any bank card, because I only have a credit card with me, and the bank cannot withdraw money. I can only find someone to borrow cash. And the phone had to be seized in his store. I went out to find a few friends who did n’t have that much cash. Finally, I ran several places and finally got $ 300. I went back to the store to get my phone, and I have n’t Give me an invoice. I dont know what he did to my cell phone when I left the store? Because all my important information is stored on my phone. I am very angry about this behavior!
