2023-08-03 22:52:19Went in for an upgrade today 8/3/23. Was promptly and courteously greeted by Moises. He got us a free upgrade with trade-in, which was a pleasant surprise since the person I talked to at T-mobile customer service the day before said my trade-in value would be zero dollars. (Always go into a T-mobile store to check on promotions, true trade-in values, etc. because sometimes the people at their foreign call centers have no idea what they’re talking about!)We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Moises was a pleasure to work with; very professional and knowledgeable. If you’re in the market for a new phone or an upgrade, and you’re in the Temecula area, go to this T-mobile store. Of all the locations I’ve been to, this one has had the best customer service by far. No upselling, no pressure, no hassles.

2023-06-21 22:20:15Bahad (sorry if I misspelled your name) was amazing 👏.Was having technical issues helping me switch to TMobile from ATT but was always very professional and had excellent customer service. Actually everyone in the store while I was getting help was awesome. Very happy that I switched and glad I chose this location for help.

2023-02-16 03:17:38Seems some of the older reviews were not so good for this location. I suspect a mgt change as the service received by Jaime could not have been better. Knows his craft . Assisted me with transferring phones that I started over the phone directly with TM. So he was not getting pay for his service, swapping Sims and asigning numbers. I ended up adding an additional line and watch to give him some payable business. He did not attempt an upsale. I initiated. I really do not have a huge need for the watch but hopefully he gets a little something for the sale.

2022-12-10 02:39:18Give you a best deal.. Hahaha thats funny. I got sold a phone with new 5g network, but phone was 4g??? Let alone for better discounts to join was put on senior citizen plan, and after year was asked to verify age to continue discount.... Im 46. So shady store

2023-11-02 04:00:41They had us there 5 hours transferring pictures from my old phone to my new phone. They kept taking my phone off the charger and I ended up leaving without my pictures. I had my four children with me as well.

2023-03-02 23:30:13Went in for 2 brand new lines and I specifically told Enrique that I DID NOT want any insurance/warranty on my plan. I log into my account 2 days later and I was told from Tmobile (800) customer service that they added the insurance to both lines. I went in for a refund bc I dont want to do business with a company who is defrauding customers. Enrique told me that he would not waive my restocking fee. He got caught being sneaky and adding extra stuff to my account, and now Im being penalized 140.00 restocking fees. He became upset that I didnt let him rectify the issue. All I wanted was my money back. Sad that theyll do fradulent things just to make their numbers.

2021-08-06 23:12:51Mary Ann was amazing! She got me the military plan after inquiring about my service. She also complemented me numerous times for being an army veteran, and the plan saved us $40 a month. She was knowledgeable and helped us with the best promotions so that we got 2 iPhone 12 with our trade-ins. Great experience! I highly recommend.

2022-07-02 23:40:43I am very disappointed with my service. I explained to the employee that I wanted to get a decent phone for my wife and that she really wanted a good camera on the phone. I was told about the pre-paid plans where you get a phone for the upfront cost of $150. I asked the employee if this was a good phone and they told me yes, its a great phone. Me as a trusting individual took his word and accepted the phone. I got home and updated the phone and then found out how badly I was ripped off. They gave me a Samsung Galaxy A03s which turns out to be a beginner phone and can barely function. I had the phone for less then an hour when I drove back to tell them I wanted to upgrade the phone because this one is terrible. They told me unfortunately they could not do anything and the most they could give me is $10. So I paid $150 and then a hour and a half later it is worth $10. I am not the type of person who would write a negative comment because it excites me and I can truly say I felt betrayed after this.

2022-02-15 19:50:37On 2-11-2022 around 4pm I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Kendall. She helped me with the purchase of two phones. Kendal was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly transfer information from old phones to the new ones. I think I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. This was by far the smoothest phone purchase Ive ever made.
