I came back in february to add ONE line to my account, I left the store next day checked my account and I had two extra lines when I only asked for One extra line, i checked my bill was showing for more than $200, So I called customer service and canceled these two extra lines, I came back on March to upgrade my phone, and they added an extra line I was told this line was free(I didnt really care about it because I dont have an extra phone to use another line) so I checked my account went up to $183. So I had to call customer service AGAIN to cancel this line.

Ghetto Store and Ghetto Employees. T-Mobile doesn’t even hold them accountable. They are lazy, and they take way to long to attend people. They always give attitude. I was there 2 hours before closing and they were like you should have came earlier, and we won’t attend you because we close at 9pm and we don’t help people after that even though I was in the 2 hours before closing. They are so disorganized, and environment feels unwelcoming.

This T-Mobile was great. I didn’t catch the girl who opened my line she was short with blk shirt hair. She was great made everything so easy. Christopher who put on my screen protector for my phone and the phone I added to my line. Service was great. Manager was good too they gave us the attention and just wanted us to get helped.

Great customer service Maribel and Jesse went above and beyond with getting me the phone that I wanted; which is the 64gb iPhone in rose gold, they didnt have it in stock at their store so Maribel located it for me at an east la store and Jesse went out of his way on his time to pick it up and have it ready for me the next day! The girl who serviced me told me that for the past 5yrs T-Mobile lied to me about my plan. She was very unpleasantly rude said that I was wrong about the information I was sold over 5yrs ago and couldnt explain nor remove the charges that keep making my account go up and did not finish the phone set up because I wouldnt agree with her.

They are usually helpful but I went in and this time I got Alex. He was unhelpful. For an issue I had on my phone he said you have to call it in. We dont do that. When I mentioned they have done the warrentee exchange before at the store he told me NO. I asked if he was tired he said no, Im just bord.Then I asked is this job borning? (As a joke)He said yes, sometimes.Wow! This was such bad experience and I was trying to be nice and this dude was just so negative and unhelpful! And my sister was so excited to get a new phone! And we wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone but this Alex guy he was so negative and really rude! We just went to another store where they were so helpful and just did the warrentee exchange on the spot!

Came in prepared to purchase phone, but when they brought the phone out, it was a totally different model phone!!! Wasted my time, my gas, with no apology. My rating is based on my experience with Alex, ive been going to this tmobile for about a year now and i prefer if Alex helps me out because ive gotten all my family members phones from him, he does things quickly and gives you the necessary info you need to make a good purchase and has always addressed any of my questions or concerns readily. the store is a few blocks from my house so its super convenient for me!

If I could give this location no stars I would. They have very bad customer service instead of helping out with my issue they just told me to call customer service. I asked simple questions about my bill which the representative didnt want to look back at the memos to help me with my questions. I think they are very lazy. The only time the representatives want to help some one out is when they are selling u a phone other than that they really dont care

I purchased two IPhones the rep put my cellphones under someone elses name instead of mine. I provided my drivers license and i verified my full information with someone over the phone. Now, I have no service because Im under investigation with T-Mobile department for 2 IPhones. I have a sheriff report looking at me as a criminal. I did everything accordingly to the law. Please do not go there they steal peoples identity and you get stuck with charges without using them.
