ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We (my entire family) have been working with Atascadero T-Mobile for a few years and Madelyn (Mattie) has been such a AMAZING 🤩 and wonderful advocate in our cellular journey!! You know how it is dealing with cellular companies, or at least OTHER cellular companies (i.e. AT&T (the WORST 🤦🏼‍♀️) Verison, etc…) I could never leave without spending half the day and gaining a massive 🤕 headache! NOT T-MONILE, they have the absolute best people, friendly, super knowledgeable and very efficient. Connor and Kansas are also SUPER STARS 🌟 Theyall deserve a raise!! Thank you for everything❣️

This store is Great! Went way beyond what you would expect to help us find a lost phone. The tips and tricks used to ping (and find) our phone was amazing. Very patient with us in a stressful time.

I went into T-Mobile Not really knowing what I was going to do. Brian, if Im not mistaken was the gentleman who helped me out. He answered every single question I asked him no matter how small or irrelevant. He never got irritated with me or upset about how long The switch from Metro was taking. He gave me great input along the way about which phones I could get, which phones I should wait for and what phones were available to me and what he thought was the best. He was never too pushy. He didnt seem like he was just trying to make a sale. It seemed like he genuinely just wanted me to get the best deal and get the best phone that I could get. Im not going to lie. I was there for quite some time but there was a lot of things we had to do and none of it was his fault. All in all I was able to switch over to a better carrier, Get a phone that I wanted for a long time and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better person to help me. Even though it took a long time I came out of there Happy and well informed. Honestly Ive been there again just after 4 days because Im clumsy and my screen protector broke and they replaced it for me with a smile. Great place, a great mobile provider and great employees. I definitely will keep doing business with T-Mobile and I specifically will be going to this store again if I need anything in person.

Madeline, Kansas and the other employees are always going above and beyond to help customers they take their time to do what they can to help with what ever little or big issues with cell phones or services the are very polite and courteous Ive seen them with other customers as well and they are just a nice with everyone else. Ive come into this store plenty of times and theyve always treat me with respect thats always a plus.

Madeline and Bryan were both extremely helpful on different trips to T-Mobile this week. Bryan was funny and extremely knowledgeable, straight forward. Madeline was super helpful and fixed our issue quickly.I highly recommend this store over Costco kiosk any day!!

These employees are hands down the best costumer service Ive had the pleasure of receiving! So outgoing, friendly, helpful, and all around super personable. I was with Verizon for years, now Ive got a tablet and brand new S8! Super happy with my bill, my service, and they let me know of awesome promotions I wouldnt have known about. Very satisfied and wont go anywhere else !

Tmobile is a good overall company but this store doesnt want to help you. I waited for 30 mins when it was just me and another customer and they had 3 team members workingat the time. When it was my turn, all they said is to call 611 because they dont know the answer.

Super helpful. Loved their friendliness they even had a nice vibe in the store. No one was upset or unhappy. Very patient. Had a lot of knowledge on what they were helping us with. Our phones work very well. Dope staff. Definitely would recommend going to that store.

I do not recommend going here at all!!!! They charged me for a tablet (that I dont have) which increased my bill to $75 more dollars a month. They offered me the service in the store and I kindly declined. However, my bill says otherwise. Now Im on the phone with T-mobile customer service and its a pain. Stay away from here!!! They are sneaky and only want your money.

My fiance and I opened a new account online, got the deal of 2 s20s for 1000 ea, paid over time. The man on the phone who finalized our order asked where we were coming from. I was bringing my line from Verizon, my man had a line on t-mobile already with family and we were told, no problem, when the phones come in we can go to t-mobile and they will make it so we have our original numbers. Well, it wasnt that simple, but the staff at this location really had our back and made sure it happened.I would like to particularly recognize Michael and Mikyla. Michael was training, but got the job done with getting our phones activated and my phone from Verizon. He was upbeat and made the appointment enjoyable.Mikyla, our appointment started out positive until she was on the line the their IT trying to get my mans phone from the other tmobile account. She was told if we keep his number and cancel the temporary one we were given, we would no longer get that deal on his s20. I lost it a little bit, and made it clear this would happen or the whole thing would be canceled and we were walking. We were told by the salesmen we spoke to when we were signing up online (they call to finalize details) that it wouldnt be a problem. The it person Mykyla was talking to told her we would have to pay for all three lines to keep the deal. Mikyla stayed calm during my...frankly, during my rage, and made sure we were taken care of. She was cool, calm, and collected and handled the situation without flinching. Her demeanor made me feel bad for the way I reacted, but I let her know I wasnt angry at her, it was the situation, and I felt it was manipulative to be told it would be no problem then IT trying to tell me we would lose the deal if we keep the phone number.Thank you to this location for helping us navigate this, and taking care of the customer.

I want you to know that my visit was stress free as I went in completely stressed as I been calling other companys about my unlocked phone to get it turned on and connected! Everyone helped out at T-Mobile and got my phone to wrk and also explained to me everything with amazing customer service and everyone to the manager on duty with a smile and I walked out with my phone turned on and working Im so happy !! Exactly what I wanted and hoped for going into the store is what I got, thank yu T-Mobile store in Atascadero, thank Yu soo much Im glad I chose T-Mobile, I would recommend this store to anyone !!! Nice enough staff. Some could use a bit more knowledge on getting things done within what I am assuming, is their company portal. Maybe theyre just training people all the time. Im not sure. That being said, the only real issue I have is how they try to sell sell sell you every accessory in the store that goes with your phone. And once you say no, its not enough... they continue to try and convince. Besides that, like I said, its not the end of the world when someone tries to sell you a few things. Its just when you have somewhere to be that it gets a little annoying.

Service from John W. was excellent. I was dismayed however, that there was no seating available for customers. I also feel there should be some tall stools behind the counter for the employees who are forced to stand for hours at a time.

This place runs so slow. You walk in and no one a knowledges you. They don’t ask what you need help with even if they’re busy. It doesn’t take a long time to let someone know that it’ll be a while until they can help you. This is the second time I’ve tried going there and it’s been the same thing twice.
