I recently wanted to purchase a phone for my grand daughter and had one of the best customer service experiences! The sales person who assisted me was named Miguel. He is a very nice and professional person. He was very thorough and helped me get a great deal on a phone. My grand daughter was so happy. Will be visiting this store again!

I just want to thank her for her service she made my son and I feel very comfortable on getting him a new phone. I urchased a new phone and some accessories about a month ago. Let me tell you that the service I received was outstanding and my sales associate Andrea was helpful as well as knowledgeable.

I always like prompt service and good answers to my questions, and I received that here. I needed a new charging kit and a new set of ear buds. They gave me the information on the various products they had available so I could make an informed selection within my target budget. So far, I am very happy with the products I purchased. Thanks!

They act like there are not happy employees service was not good they did not solve my issue with my new service plan felt like they did not what to deal with the issues trying to get my new phone to connect to their service would not go back to that store again. All 7 people sitting around not getting in involved to fix my service and phone issues. Not ever a smile or thank you was said. Worst service ever!

I highly recommend Gabriela. She is highly knowledgeable about their system and an excellent customer service representative. I have been in twice in the past two weeks as Im new to Sprint and she helped me both times. She made the process smooth and a comfortable experience. Their inventory is organized and easy to find. I very much enjoyed my time both visits. Thanks again!

Visited the store and the employees are great! Under new management and it shows from the appearance of the store to the knowledge of the employees. They can only do so much customer service but the do have a big selection of phones and accessories. Noticed they greet customers immediately when they walk in so that’s also a plus. Not super busy like other Sprint stores so they aren’t in such a rush to sell. Always recommend my friends and family to this place 😃

Sales representative are trained to lie to get you hooked on a contract. What they tell you you’ll be paying and what you pay are two different prices and if they tell you buy one get one free you won’t receive anything free. Just finished getting scammed and they kinda admitted that many sales representative lie to get you hooked on a contract

In person customer service is more than expected.Kieve greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and got me exactly what I needed and wanted right away.
