2024-01-02 23:15:45T-Mobile in the desert doesnt work.It doesnt matter if you are in Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, it doesnt work anywhere.Tried calling customer service multiple times but theyre unable to fix the issue. But the reason Im giving the store a one star is for its fraudulent the employees, added a bunch of services to my account without telling me and making my bills Skyrocket. I went back they apologized and said they will issue a credit to offset the unnecessary charges they placed. But nothing got resolved. After going to the store for 8 months finally I was able to get some charges credited back. Not all but some. Play close attention because they will lie and promise you larger trade in bonuses. For example they offered me an $800 trading bonus but I only got $200. And the employees even the manager said he couldnt do anything about it. So they will lie and trick you to make the sale.I dont know how they sleep well at night knowing that they rip off and trick people all day everyday.Canceling my seven lines by the end of the month been a customer for 17 years. I know it means nothing to the company but I just wanted to be honest and make sure people know so nobody else gets ripped off.

2023-12-26 19:51:13Ive gone into this location twice and the last time will be my last. Employees are very nice but unhelpful if you are not buying a new phone. Unless you are upgrading or getting a sale from you they are standoffish, like you are a bother to them, a nuisance and they usher you out the door. Even though its extremely slow in the store it feels as if they would prefer you werent there at all. Found the offers I was looking for online and the agents over the phone were nicer and helped me with my services. Ill be calling from now on or going to other T-Mobile store locations.

2024-02-04 09:36:38First they sell you a phone. You own it. If you want to climb everest and throw it you can. BUT, you cannot make settings changes to YOUR phone if you have any billing issues. Also, employees argu in front of who get which customer. Like a lady clad in gold will get more and bring more. Just putting my feelings into words.

2023-07-13 13:51:04I accidentally ended up at the T-Mobile door ten minutes before they open, earlier this week. I fully expected to wait outside until they opened. I was both embarrassed and impressed when Blanca unlocked the door and let me in. The store is very nice and well maintained. The three staff members were all professional in demeanor and busy working. Blanca assisted me with an issue I’d been having with an older iPhone. She removed my physical SIM and installed an eSim, and that did correct the issues I’ve had for years! Blanca then assisted me with finding the right new charging accessories. Blanca also provided excellent information about the benefits to upgrading my device, without being overly pushy to sell me a new phone. I’ll definitely utilize this T-Mobile location for any future cell phone needs. Thank you, Blanca!

2023-10-28 03:05:48Trying to unlock my kids phone to transfer services. If you swap your main number tmobile just closes your account without any warning. So I couldnt even get in to pay the phone off. Go in. Pay it off. Tell them listen I dont have a way to get into the account because the primary number was transferred and apparently that shuts things down. I dont know what the pin is because Im a Sprint customer and always used the secret question. That apparently doesnt carry over. So I ask since Im there if they can call me and get me a new pin number so I can handle everything and make an account. Guy starts to then someone else jumps in and tells me to just make an account under the number still in service that Im trying to transfer. Cool. But I ask does she need to be on network to do this? Because she isnt. We had tried transferring to google and didnt have her specific sim card anymore so her phone wont get on the tmobile network. He tells me no, you dont need to be.Get home, try and make an account, it says theyll text a code to confirm... to the phone that wont connect to the network. Go back in, re-explain the problem. Didnt have my ID this time, thats on me, had a photo of the front/back of it though on my phone, but wouldnt accept that. If I hadnt just been in and asked all these questions in the first place I wouldnt have been so irate. But literally a go do it yourself mentality when there were 0 people in the store and 4 reps there. Like. You couldnt have just let the first guy call for me like he was going to? WHY did you step in and make everything 10x more difficult? The first guy understood what was going on and was great. Second one was unhelpful, clearly wasnt fully listening to the conversation, and had no business stepping in and giving me misinformation. Then trying to still blame me by saying well if you had the SIM card. Bro, I said to the other dude she wasnt connected to the network, which is why I asked DOES SHE NEED TO BE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT. Otherwise, why would I ask?Gah. Will be so happy to wash my hands of this. I loved Sprint. Tmobile is an absolute dumpster fire.
