The employee Chris (with the long hair) over here did a 5 star job, if I could give 10 I would, I came in to deal with account problems that took about 2 hours and he was so patient and definitely was dedicated to getting my problem resolved and did every effort possible. So grateful for his service!!😁

I came into the store with a problem with my Internet services after going back to back with customer service on the phone. They told me to go into physical store. I just left the store feeling very happy very satisfied. I believe this is the best T-Mobile store of representatives that I have been to buy far. Every single person and there was very professional, including the manager and staff. Helped us didn’t Russia’s explained everything to us and left us feeling satisfied with our visit and our problem solved. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store.

The loving energy and the welcoming feeling when you walk in this place is amazing. Here at 3900 Niles st suite 100 the employees are amazing. Great staff, great serviceI am from out of town. They couldnt have been more helpful when I went in to get my phone replaced. Very friendly and personable staff. Keep up the great work!PS. Your guy working there with black hair and glasses is super cute. I hope he sees this ❤️

I went in today for a replacement phone that guy I believe his name was Robert was very helpful. At first his computer didnt work said hed call me when it was ready to go in to the system and I came back later he remembered me checked me out programmed my other phone and was great! He was really cute too

Although T-Mobile in general has poor customer relations. This retail location is by far the worst that I have been to. Not only are they rude and unwilling to help. They give wrong information because they can receive commission based on what they have you purchase. They wouldnt let me upgrade my phone saying that that I needed to give 150 as a down payment. I left and went to another T-Mobile and paid less than 20 dollars in taxes for my jump upgrade. Stay away from this T-Mobile at all costs.

I went in to pay for my cellphone bill and one of the employees helped another client ahead of me when I had arrived first, I told him it was my turn and he had an attitude with me. Bad customer service!

Worst place. We transfer to T Mobile. Set up the plan. Pay 1st payment. 1st Auto pay was incorrect. Took over $120 more. Called ; spoke to someone extreme rude & unhelpful. Nothing was done. 2nd month came, we saw that the amount was incorrect. Called & spoke to an Asian lady manager (Chimsky) that did not understand the plan at all. Very rude. We made her understand & she said we would get credit & hang up on us with NO cause. 2nd Ato payment was wrong again. Took out $100 more. Finally had to go to the store to resolve. After explaining the plan & showing proof of what was taken out I think we resolved it. We will see this 3rd month. Auto pay & customer service sucks. Do not recommend T Mobile to anyone.

Majority of the time that I’ve came to this location the employees were rude so I only go if I really have the patience & know I need something small but the girl who was working today lied to us so we could spend more money. I don’t know how they get away with this stuff but it’s honestly ridiculous. They’re not good at sales, they’re good at scamming!!

I love this place. The people are so nice and understanding. Go to a guy named Danny. Guy with glasses. Hes smart and knows what hes talking about. Got a great price and good service

Customer service sucks, returned my phone before they transferred my information into new phone, say they will keep you updated but they dont, rude, unworthy place to spend money.I do not like this place and I will never spend any more of my money in this phone shop . they could care less about customers and if I could rate them negative I would.

T-Mobile honestly has the worse data speed ever, Im constantly traveling and need my data to work fast in order to get to places and navigate me to the right places without loading. I have an iPhone 8plus. Ive been a customer with T-Mobile since November and Ive had horrible data speed since the second week Ive had it. I used to have AT&T and i regret leaving them. My T-Mobile bill is so much more higher then my AT&T bill along with my data being slow and my calls dropping.

It is 12:58 on 12/27/18I am currently sitting in the store and the female employee with the dark hair and neck tattoo and the male employee with the tiny man bun and glasses are taking video of people walking by and mocking them. Openly mocking them brutally and in front of clients. I didnt realize I stepped into a high school. The same female employee is also the same one that swooped in and became slightly verbally combative and argumentative when I was dealing Enrique.
