I was beyond pleased with the help of Paola, Carlos and of course Sam. Not only did I go in to get a phone activated, I also left out with new home internet. They made our experience interpersonal and went above and beyond with customer service. I will not mind passing 20 other stores just to get the service I received from them. Thank you

Horrible Customer service. Visited the La Habra location because my phone would spontaneously restart. It had been doing it for about two weeks. On Oct 27, 2022 it spontaneously shut off but didnt come back on. Tried the restart function but that didnt work. The associate helping me couldnt get it to restart either. Kash ordered a warranty replacement phone & informed me that I would be notified when the phone arrived so that we could do the exchange. Five business days go by & I had not been notified. I return to the store only to be told that they dont have it there & that its usually sent to the location closest to my address. I told the associate that this IS the closest to my home- only five minutes away. Long story short, my replacement phone was sent to a t-mobile store 20 miles (round-trip) away. And no one there, not even the manager knows how to process a warranty replacement for a Sprint account . Needless to say, a week later and my phone has not yet been replaced. This is unacceptable!!

They always close the wrong store and for whatever reason I always get someone not willing to help . This is the second time I walk into this store and get no help all because I forgot to review them the last time I was there. This is the same reason I went to att right after this visit .

Waited 3 hours ( no exaggeration) for them to just connect two phones lines. Luckily for the woman who helped us, I lost the receipt which had her name but seemed like she was new and couldnt figure it out so instead of asking for help she made so many mistakes resulting in waiting longer, there was no manager to take control of the mess and confusion they made and there was another employee who was more experienced but yet wouldnt come see whats going on with this new person who was obviously having trouble but wouldnt ask for help. Never coming here again. I understand being new at a job but making customers wait three hours shouldnt happen.

Tmobile advertised a deal to trade in a phone straight across for a newer model no charges to do so, representative re assured me no hidden charges. My first bill came and wanted 35 dollars a month, when I called they said they barely got the trade in and was broken, LIES, the phone was like new. They have a little system of lies, an internal investigation is under way, before this continues.

I have had almost 10 years and every store experience to this point has been excellent. Today however was very bad customer service experience at a store. We had come in the store to upgrade two lines. There was some phone swaps on the lines and the rep informed us that our lines were showing they were pending device turn in. The rep claims she was unable to do anything in store and that I needed to call customer service. This is after asking the manager who didn’t even bother coming out of the back room. We called customer service who stated there was no pending turn ins and was able to help with the phone swaps in less than 10 minutes. The most upsetting is that the in store rep didn’t offer to call customer service from the store.

Went to make payment on their payment machine and was told the store doesnt have one. So I would have gladly paid at the register but found out it would take 4 hours for the payment to post to my account. Why is that sprint? If your not going to have your payment machines available in all of your locations then payments made at the register should also be automatically applied to account. Especially when paying in cash. This is ridiculous, Ive been to 2 stores and called 3 and finally found a location that has a working payment machine.

Beware if Jeremy helps you, he’s definitely not the best at Customer Service. He should be a trash man, he’s deserving of smelling trash juice.
