Came in to get a new phone. Great service & great workers. They were all friendly & very helpful. Melanie assisted me in getting my new phone. She was awesome & answered all my questions. 10/10 experience :)

This is not just a compliment but certification to very special staff at this location, I was patiently handled with great personality ( Crystal ) whom she helped me with my issue about the phone and transfer data from old one to new one and make me feel that Im welcome with any support needed also ( Alexis ) and ( Mayra ) all the crew were accommodating and make it seamless pleasure experience, thank you all for the great job .

A year ago, I was able to obtain T-Mobile Home Internet (wasnt available online). Speeds have been good. I was able to go in last night, and swap the Arcadyan KVD-21 to the newer model with external ports. Download is similar, but better in more locations. Upload has gone from ~15-20Mbps to 40-50Mbps, and downloads are ~430-500Mbps.

Thank you to Alex and Jason for helping my sister. Her phone wasn’t working and because she has insurance they were able to file a warranty claim and T-Mobile gave her an upgraded phone! I’m so happy to have a store whose team members let you know all your options and so happy with T-Mobile for taking care of their customers! Thank you so much.

This store had a thief on staff. He told me I qualified for a free Tablet, didn’t disclose that I have to have an additional line which is not free; additional. When I tried to return it he said I couldn’t, he was backed up by other staff, they refused to return it. I ended up cancelling the account within few days, never used it not even once, just waste of money for the sake of his commission. He changed my account to my wife’s name without even asking me which was fine but I don’t know why. I guess he saw me as an older man, not savvy with the technology, felt I was an easy prey.

Jason Chacon and this team were so helpful. We arrived about 30 minutes to closing and he was so patient and helpful. We had a complicated situation with my 79 year old moms phone and he was a huge help. Great service all around.

Walked in to take advantage of the new promotion but all three employees (one is a manager) just kept surfing on their phone while I looked at the display models. I asked one employee a question and he seemed annoyed to give me a short answer, turned his back and continued to view his phone. Felt like I was bothering them so i decided to leave. I did make a commnet about coming back when they are not busy but no, not going back. Customer service has slid to a new low.

A++++. JIMMY RIVAS at this T-Mobile store is BEYOND GREAT ! I went to this store in the Westfield Valencia Town Center to see if I could pick-up T-Mobiles new 5G WiFi Internet Router. Jimmy was one of the 3 professionals in the store, and he quickly and courteously greeted me, and asked if he could help. Jimmys entire vibe is to Try To Help The Customer and NOT Try To Hard Sell The Customer. I really appreciated Jimmys highly professional, relaxed and welcoming, but very alert and knowledgeable demeanor. Jimmy answered my questions politely, clearly, and with excellent technical and practical knowledge of T-Mobiles products. The information that Jimmy provided me SAVED ME A TON OF HASSLES - - Jimmy SAVED me from making a lot of wasted effort and a lot of wasted time and money. Jimmy helped me select the CORRECT WiFi Internet Router for my home Internet and my personal WiFi requirements. T-Mobiles product provides me with technology that will still be fully modern a few years from now. Be aware that the Internet Routers that each T-Mobile store receives are limited in number, and only arrive at designated intervals, so the product might or might not be available In-Store on any given week. Jimmy also saved me a LOT of money because there is a holiday promotion right now for T-Mobiles WiFi Internet, which I was not aware of until Jimmy showed me the current ad. Jimmy Rivas is EXCELLENT on all measures of performance, technical knowledge, courtesy, trustworthiness, and customer service. He is the Best ! Thank You JIMMY RIVAS & T-Mobile ! -E.

My phone died and it was time for a upgrade. I had 2 prepaid plans that needed to be transferred over to a regular account, find a new phone and of course I wanted to have my data/pics transferred over. I ended up going to the store very close to closing on a Friday night. I expected a rushed and less than a good experience with customer service. Well I was completely wrong. I had the absolute pleasure of working with some of the best Reps I have ever worked with, not just at T-mobile but anywhere. Morgan and Jose and I believe CC the manager, not only helped with switching over, my excessive billing questions, finding the right phone, transfer of information on my dead phone (that kept on shutting down) but they ended up staying late past closing. The manager CC even took a call after hours on her own personal time to help. I kept apologizing for keeping them past closing on a Friday night but all I kept hearing was Please dont worry we want to make sure you leave here happy Morgan, Jose and CC you guys rocked it and not only am I happy but so is my Son. Customer for life.

I give the other star for the good sales associate there, but none star to those not. I got my s20, I came back to look for cases and screen protectorI talked to other associate, I just ask general question to determine which one is better, then I came back just to see, if they have a good protectors, and the name Harold told me, that I keep asking too long and to many question even though he was the one that keep following me and asked me if I had question and he also discriminate me that he said If I have that kind of phone when I was looking for s20 cases as if I am just a beggar that went there. 17yrs weve been in tmobile but he reduce the quality of customers experience and sales this kind of representative.

The staff here lied to me (or more likely dont know their own rates/plans). My wife and I joined T-Mobile specifically for the T-Mobile One plan (unlimited everything on 2 lines). I directly told the staff that I would be going to Canada for at least the next six months. We wanted a plan that we use so we could simultaneously live in Canada and USA. I specifically asked if there was any limitations or restrictions or roaming charges. They told me there wasnt, that my plan wouldnt be affected in any way and worked across north America. I didnt just ask one person this. I came in on two different occasions and ask several different staff members (I even asked other staff members when visiting other T-Mobile stores). They all gave me the same answer, there was no restrictions for traveling to Canada for extended periods of time. Some of them even stated they knew people who lived in Canada with T-Mobile plans. Yesterday (after only being in Canada a few months) I received a text from T-Mobile saying that that my plan is not intended for extended international roaming. When I called T-Mobile they said that if 51% of my usage is used internationally I get flagged in the system. If this continues to be an issues my plan gets shut off. This frustrated me more, because I also specifically asked when signing up if there was this 50% usage limit. I asked this because I knew AT&T did this with several of their plans. I was told no, that there was no limit and that I could use 100% of my unlimited data in Canada. When I was on the phone with T-Mobile today I asked if they have any plans for extended international usage. They told me no such plan existed. Soooo, Im not sure how their employees know people who live in Canada and use T-Mobile. All I know is that if we continue to stay in Canada they will cut us off.

If it wasnt for Taylor I would give this store 1 star or less if I could. Long story short my plan was changed without my consent. Store manager told me to go back to the store that made the change which was far away. After I got upset Taylor stepped in and told me she will call. She fixed the issue in 2 minutes! Taylor 5 stars. Manager 0 stars!!!

Scott and Omar, two team members that demonstrated their customer service abilities by taking care of a concern that needed to be addressed. Omar was concerned of the matter and made sure it was handled by adding his manger Scott to the equation of making sure the simple concern on the account was handled. Not only did Scott understand the problem, he handled it with ease and made the process quite painless. Omar completed the task under Scotts direction which means that the store as a whole works together as a team as all retail establishments should. The concern was eradicated and the team did a great job! Thanks!!

I went to this location to exchange my phone the minute I walked in the store there was 6 of their employees literally doing nothing zero customers in the store. One of them approached me to help and I had a complicated situation because we had a family plan service and I tried to explain to the person that was helping me instead he shot me down and other one approached me with one other guy pulled a knife on me and tried to stab me and taking my life away for nothing.Police got involved, please be very careful with this location you may be in serious problems when you go there.6 employees just standing there doing nothing and gets payed. People like us make their job possible and when you ask them to help guess what your not going to get helped because there are lazy people

Worst manager I have dealt with!!!So recently I purchased a note 7 from this store. Finding out my phone was in a recall do to battery issues I called this location and asked what I need to do in order to receive a fixed note 7, they put me on a waiting list and told me they would call me when the phone was available, so I waited a week or so. I had flight out of the United States coming up and no call yet so I decided to give them a call and I was told by a representative that they had one note 7 in stock but they were not sure if they could exchange it for me since they they had to be order over the phone through T-mobile, he then told me to call T-mobile to verify if I could get my phone exchange for the one instock. So I did I called T-mobile and a representative told me that they have change procedure and any Customer could walk in and exchange the phone, so she went ahead while I was on the phone and called this T-mobile store to explaine the new procedure to the manager STEPHANIE and also have that phone in stock on hold to for me. STEPHANIE rudely said that, that wasnt the procedure !!professionally the T-mobile representative told her she can forward her the new procedure for the recall. She said no need to they had the new procedure sent out to them already, and she told us they had no note 7 in stock and hung up ! I was really upset something this serious was a joke to STEPHANIE. Then the representative called around all the T-mobile store near me to see if she could find any, but no luck. She offered me to get a temporary phone, so I agreed and went to this T-mobile store to exchange my phone for a temporary phone. representative was really nice and helpful when I told him the issue he then told me he had a note 7 in stock so I would not need to receive a temporary phone. He ended up exchange the phone for a note 7 that STEPHANIE said they did not have in stock!! Finally I had a fixed phone and I was able to fly, unfortunately weeks later I find out the repaired note 7 are defective as well. The problem is the horrible service that STEPHANIE gave and the games she was playing, thats what really upsets me out of all this situation!! I am a loyal T-mobile Customer and a Samsung Customer but people like her should NOT BE INCHARGER specially in a delicate situation like this one!!! Everyone else was nice and professional but cause of her Im giving this place a 1 star!!! Aslong as she is there Im not shopping and this T-mobile location!!

Worst customer experience Ive ever had. They rang up the wrong phone and then tried charging us $75 for a restocking fee on their mistake. Now the phone weve had is being held hostage while they try to correct their error that for some reason the manager cant correct in store.

Ima working class 26 year old, skeptical about spending money anywhere, Ceasar answered the gauntlet of questions my mother, 2 brothers n myself had for him the good, bad, n ugly . I would recommend all my homies, friends, coworkers, family members to go thru Caesar (glasses) very smart professional and true to his word I left with a galaxy s8 reluctantly bought a screen protector which he installed for me, 6 days later when my otterbox came in n I noticed the screen protector peeling, i worried id have to buy another 30$ screen protector, I went back in Ceadar took care of me professionally installed a new screen protector and my new otterbox from amazon. Bait and switch store. Agreed on the terms over the phone with Stacy (the manager) but after my store visit they told me that I have to buy an extra phone and a premium line to qualify. Stay away from this store worst then a car dealership.

Horrible Customer service. I called 2 days in a row to speak to a manager and i could get one on the phone or to return my call. the second day i called customer service agent Gil answered the phone took my information down and said that the manager will call me in 10 min and hour later i called and Gil told me that the manager was busy stocking the back and could not answered my call. I am very disappointed.

Worst experience ever in any store they actually broke my phone and yelled at me for it worst part is that customer service gets WORSE the higher up in management you go by name Mike Miller is the one that claims to be the highest in management and is the one who got in my face and yelled at me because his associate broke my phone then they want to charge me $20 to fix my phone that THEY broke and then I have to wait 2 weeks for another and still pay for service that I cant even get definitely not going to be a T-Mobile customer for long
