I had the pleasure of being assisted by a true gentleman at the T-Mobile store on Almaden & Blossom Hill.Leo Torres professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience exceptional. He took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable guidance without any pressure. I left the store feeling confident in my decision, all thanks to his expertise and courteous demeanor. Highly recommend seeking his assistance for any phone-related needs!

This is for the T-Mobile store located at the corner of the Alameda and Blossom Hill. Not helpful at all. Took my elderly parents in to move them over to T-Mobile from another provider. Were going to get two new phones and a plan. There was only one guy there. There were some issues with the activation and he said to come back in an hour. We came back at 4:00pm and the door was locked. We saw the same guy going to the back room through the glass door, he turned to look at us knocking and ignored us. We waited for 20 minutes outside the door, but he never came back. This was 4pm and they dont close until 8pm. Very rude and inconsiderate.Ended up going to Costco T-Mobile around the corner. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Got my parents the phones they needed and a new plan. Danny was so patient with us and spent hours helping us out.So, stay away from T-Mobile at Almaden and Blossom Hill.

Back in Nov 2023 I switched carriers over to T mobile for my family in which we have 5 lines because of the great promos that T mobile was offering to switch carriers. Well I noticed that I was not receiving the promos promised in my first billing statement but customer service told me it would take a few billing cycles before all the promos promised would be reflected correctly. Needless to say each time I call customer service for assistance they would tell me that I needed to go into the store. So I have gone back to this store about a half a dozen times from Dec 2023 to Feb 2024 and worked with Leo T. at the store to try and get things straightened out with the promotions thru customer service. This is a shout out to Leo T. at the Almaden store because each and every time he has helped me. He is a pleasant, professional, and competent individual and if it wasn’t for Leo T. awesome customer service I would seriously think about leaving T mobile as it has been a very trying experience of taking over 4 months and still waiting for all of my promised promotions to take into effect.

I visited this store due to my frustration with ATTs customer service. The T-Mobile store, on the other hand, provided me with a refreshing experience that washed away my previous stress.I highly recommend seeking assistance from one of the young employees, Leo. In my case, he handled my concerns professionally, both from a customer perspective and in representing T-Mobile. I believe he will continue to provide excellent service to other customers as well.

Ordered a new Apple phone. Could not get it to activate after spending 4 hr on phone with tech support. Went into this store doubtful they could help but Rodolfo was super patient and helpful. We finally got it to work. I was impressed how he was helping me while also helping other customers. Super impressed.

I came in today to get a replacement screen protector for my iPhone and the entire team, especially Rudy, was very helpful in helping me get set up with a new screen protector. I did try adjusting it, and got some lint on the screen protector and they replaced it with no questions asked! Five stars from me!

I recently wanted to make the switch from Verizon to T-mobile. So I looked it up online and was snipped. I fell into the trap and they called me right away to set it up. 45 minutes on the phone and 12 emails, they sent me a SIM card 3 days later and I thought things were great. However the person on the phone never set me up with anything.So in a panic, I went to the store. Leo was the person that helped me, and he really helped me. I was about to cancel things with T-mobile until I met Leo. He explained everything to me and ported everything over. I am very happy with the service I got. Leo gave me all the information I needed, spent time to show me all the details and where to get my phone paid off.Please give this guy a raise.

The team here is amazing! I was with sprint since 2003 and and T-Mobile bought them out so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stay with this new company even after so many years, I literally was talking to a friend about switching to att a couple of days ago but LEO! changed my mind! He was so helpful and patient, fantastic customer service! Steve and Rudy were so good too! But Leo made it his mission to help me out! I live in sunnyvale but i will gladly make the drive to the Almaden location for any future questions or help that I’ll need! Thank you guys!
