Kris and Hannah were beyond awesome!! They helped us the whole time while helping other customers, and answering the phones. Kris is a great manager and Hannah was the best help. They both made switching phones and phone companies fast and easy. They both were thorough, nice, accommodating and answered any questions we had. Kris and Hannah made the process a breeze. Can’t express enough how helpful they were. Thank you two!!!

Kris & Hannah are the Best representatives for T Moble. They are very professional & Knowledgeable about the product they provide. They did everything right the first time. They helped us transfer 4 lines and get 3 new phones. Even when the store got busy they made sure we were not put on hold through the entire experience.They made sure all the Customers in the store were taken care of as well. They answered all of our questions. They explained things about the products & Service in a way we could understand. They told us about all the special features & perks of T Mobile. I spent two days going back and forth with T-Mobile technical support and apple support trying to get my phone fixed. Shahyar (not sure if I spelled it correctly) went above and beyond trying to help me. I was in the store two days in a row and he tried to help me but ultimately he couldn’t. He stayed after closing and helped me to get a replacement phone. I appreciate his excellent customer service and his patience. Tech support is so frustrating and he kept his composure!

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism from young lady with long black hair who replaced my screen protector.Unfriendly, and constantly checking her phone, and actually answered a call while I’m sitting there, real short with person who asked her what she was doing.. she grumpily answered “changing a screen protector.”Guess good customer service isn’t a pre-requisite for employment at this location.

First of all, don’t believe all the negative reviews you see here, people love to complaint about nothing, but very few reallyLeave a comment when something good happens. So here is mine :Went in late evening to possibly upgrade phones with my husband.Rodney, the store manager, was very informative and laid out differences between a few options we had, and price difference as well. He is very knowledgeable, and has such great customer service. Upgrade and the transaction was a breeze with Malik as well, got our new phones working in no time and explained what he was doing during the process . I will be a forever customer at this location just because of the service we received today.Thank you again for your professionalism Rodney and Malik !!

Walked in no one greeted me on Sunday the 10th. The whole store reeked of weed. The staff seemed high. This is not the first time I experienced this. T-Mobile definitely doesn’t drug trust and this is very unprofessional will never return.

Weve went into this store twice recently and talked to the same guy, the first time we came at 7:15 for an upgrade. The store closes at 8 and we were told to come back next day. We went to the Sunrise mall location next day, great service. Went in tonight at 6:15, store closes at 8, a few people present but not a ton. The guy told us they are closing at 7 tonight due to being short staffed and a data transfer takes 45 minutes and we dont do it in the last hour of the night. They normally close at 8, so... we asked for him to atleast show us what box is whose phone and he said well I was going to go on break but thats quick so I can do it. We ended up getting nothing accomplished, felt like a huge bother and will never return. We did ask about appointments the first time we had the experience and was told t-mobile doesnt do appointments. Here we just upgraded our phone with t-mobile. This is not a good look for T Mobile. The employee seems demotivated and exhausted, may need to work on staffing, appointments do help with staffing shortages. When employees forget WHY T Mobile is here (customers) its a problem. As a manager, I would look to the Leadership to inspire and motivate these employees and remind them why we do, what we do.Thanks.

Brianna and Tristan are amazing!!! Both super knowledgeable and fast. They made switching over to T Mobile and setting up our family plan much easier. We had had some frustration previously, but these two got everything done perfect. They were able to explain each step of the process and made sure we completely understood. This place has you wait for over 30 minutes to get seen by someone. I tried to cancel an account mo ths ago and no one could help me. Finally able to do it today and they told me they are still going to charge me another month for canceling today! Go get your phone line somewhere else. Tmobile has gotten really bad after expanding. Thats why I went somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the customer service but the store itself was comfortable, with nice vibes.My wife and I had gone in to T-Mobile earlier asking what we needed to do once we got the new iPhone. We were told just to come in and theyd be able to switch the service over even though we werent account holders. Today, we came back to the store with the iPhones and after waiting for a while, we were connected with a worker. The worker, in our opinion, didnt appear to care about our issue and we had to explain three times what we wanted. After each of the first two explanations he just gave a blank stare like we were speaking a different language. After a third try at explaining wed like to switch service to our new phones, he quickly told us to just call 611, he couldnt help us in the store without us being account holders (conflicting with the person who had helped us previously) but he assured us that if we called 611, that they would be able to help us without our needing to be account holders. We go home and call 611 and... they said we need to be account holders to switch the service to the new phone. So while we had them on the phone we had the account owner add my wife. Just as we get the account pin information (We let the rep know too), and I wish I was making this up, the T-Mobile 611 representative said its been 10 minutes and I havent been able to help you so youll have to call back later or go in-store and ended the call.

I have never had service with TMobile. The funny thing is that ALL of my personal information was found in their data breach. I called their customer service. They said they couldnt help me and to go into the store. I went to the store and they couldnt help me either. Funny they couldnt find my information in their system, but it was leaked in their data breach. SOMEONE ISNT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!

He was very friendly and professional and helped another customer while we had to wait for my phone to download information. This is a great worker... Multi tasker and deserves kudos. Waited double the time listed even after calling support ahead of time. All I needed was a home modem swapped out. My son needed to use the restroom and it was not available to the public.I am a customer and was livid. Almost an hour wasted. I will never go here ever again.

Wish I could give zero stars. T-Mobile support said I should return my internet gateway to the store and they would handle cancelation of services. The store claimed I needed to call support. I called support and canceled only to he billed for two months. Made an appt to see the store manager and sort it out, was told to show up at a specific time only to be told the manager was on his lunch break, waited for him to return and the guy was annoyed and literally couldn’t be bothered complete jerk. Took me over 2 hours to resolve the situation no thanks to the manager he was no help at all. I have been with T-Mobile for 1 month and hav spent 6 hours on support, 20 years woth Verizon I don’t think I spent even close to that. Needless to say when I have time I will navigate away from this company

No customer service . The employee by name Marc Alexander at the Costco kiosk, is not professional. Husband and me spent close to 2 hours bought 2 phones and he only signed 1, I was waiting for my phone and nothing, until we went back to Costco for 3rd time today, 3/27/23. First time 3/22/23, 2nd time 3/22/23. I called him 5 times and TX him and no response, what kind of employee, I told him that I want PINK color and no problem today the other employee by name Robert. Said T mobile has Black color Only. Well by this time the manager at Greenback at citrus heights knows what happened. I think Marc is gone from t-mobile, dont trust Marc anymore. I visited this stostore 4 times, first 2 times to inquire about T-mobile home internet and I was very pleased, and bought it on the second visit, very nice customer service. The third visit was to inquire about a promotion I received by email and was very happy with the true advices I received. Today I went to get the promotion and was surved by Malik, from the beginning he was not willing to help, pushing me to what I dont want to buy, and when I insisted on what I wanted, he left me and went inside, I waited for him, he came out went to someone talked to him and went back, came out the third time locked to words me and went in. He was absolutely unprofessional like his colleagues.Guys when you read Malik on the badge ask for someone else.

I used to go to this store often when it was only sprint, but havent been since the merge until this trip. I called and inquired about a product and asked if I should reserve it so it doesnt run out before I get there after work and was assured they had plenty. I got to the store 20 minutes later and was told to wait until they text me the wait should be 10 minutes however received a text wait time of 24 minutes and I would receive a text when its my turn. After 47 minutes I went back in and was finally told they had run out of the product. A different option was recommended for more $ and I purchased it and received some assistance setting it up with my device. I would have given 5 stars but the wait combined with not having me to reserve it or prepay so I was assured to get what I came for took one star away. I know these are troubled times and overall the experience was ok, not bad but could have been a little bit better. The sales person was very friendly and helpful.

I was having service issues with my phone. And after calling t-mobile and then telling me they fixed my issue, they didnt. So I went down to this store as its close to my home. When I went inside, I was greeted and the man told me it would be about a 15 minute wait. I said ok. A few minutes later I got a text from t-mobile saying my estimated wait would be 70 minutes. I went back up to the greeter to question the wait and he reassured me that wasnt the case. That the system way over estimates. 1 HOUR LATER I am helped. It only took the guy helping me less than a minute to address and fix my issue. Mind you, the whole time I was waiting, the greeter guy is just hanging out up front on his phone waiting for guests to periodically come in. Is this why our bills are so high? We pay to have people stand around who cant even give time estimates that are even close. I sure hope what they did to address my issue works, because if I have to go back and be told its a short wait time and it be 4 times as long, Im gonna be one passed off customer.

Ive been visiting this store occasionally for years. I must say that MOST of my experiences have been less than satisfactory.My last experience was decent. The associate was helpful and attentive.I think part of my problem with this store is that historically theyve had bad customer reps.Another part of it is that I dont usually need to visit unless theres already problem.Lastly, I question the willingness of the company itself to provide excellent service in ALL aspects of its business.Seriously considering changing carriers after 17 years with Sprint.

I had a very complex account problem, and Mikhail at this store was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. He and his co-workers deserve a shout out! He stayed until the problem was solved even though his shift was over, and my problem required some serious digging as well as some truly outside the box thinking. This was an extremely time sensitive issue. If there was a way, Mikhail found it. Thanks again, Mikhail. You do amazing work.

Went into the sprint store at around 7:30pm. One of the sales people asked what brings you into sprint. Told him that we want to up grade my sons phone. Got told we dont do upgrades after 7:30pm. I looked at my son and said really loud to where ever one in the store heard me, lets go to another store. Avisely they dont want our business. I have been with sprint for about 15 years now and Im not happy with any of the stores customer service anymore. I get better customer service when I call sprint customer care. Some of the Sprint Stores customer service staff suck. If I find another store to go to and the customer service sucks there as well. Ill be canceling my service with them and going elsewhere.

This T Mobile has a good crew. I have had some issues with my phone voicemail and have come in a few times, but for some reason my problems couldnt be resolved. This time I got Cheyenne who was a pleasure to work with. She went right to work and cleared some overlooked issues and had my phone up and running properly in a heartbeat. If your looking for a great person and someone who is super knowledgeable, ask for Cheyenne. You will be glad you did.

The reviews about customer service are correct. This particular store is just cold and the energy is like walking into a room where everyone is mad and you can cut the tension with a knife. Thats this store.The young man that was, i guess you could say trying to help us, didnt smile, was kind of rude and just wasnt pleasant in any way shape or form. We didnt get our problem solved and had to call customer service. The customer service representative asked if they did this or that to the device and we said no and she said they should have Im sorry. Hence the 2 stars, because in less than 5 min, we were in the store for 35 min, she had it working!I guess the store is there to sell merchandise, as they were super nice when we were purchasing our devices. I think from now on i will call customer service and hope i never have to take anything in again and if i do i will find another store.I will not be back!

My phone broke, not their problem, I get that. But theyve had it for over 2 weeks and never have they called to update me on the situation. I have called and tried to get it taken care of, or at least understand what is taking so long, and they just try and get me off the phone as quickly as possible. This store is about an hour away from where I live but its the only store I was allowed to drop my phone off at.If I could give them zero stars I would.This experience has made me start working towards how to leave Sprint entirely.Called the 888 # and had similar experience, there was no way to help me, I turned my broken phone in to the wrong folks for something, I dont even know.And mind you, my phone had no scratches, had not been dropped and no water water damage. I have broken my phone previously (ran over in a driveway haha) and got a new phone within 2 days. I dont know why this is so much more difficult to get taken care of.

Came from out of town to get the glass repaired on my wifes phone. Only location that had the right color. Drove almost 2 hours. Phone fixing guy pushes hardcore for upsale, politely turn down extra coverage 3 times. Get told 1 hour. Come back an hour later and the tech isnt working on my phone but spending his time trying to sell the extended plan to the next appointment. Phone just sitting there, waiting to be put in the press and finished. Took him 30 min to finally get the guy to accept the extra coverage. Then I ask if the phone was almost done. Guy laughs and says, oops, totally fogot about your phone. I was standing right next to the repair station for 30 min. The guy puts the phone in the press and continues to finish signing up the other guy for the extended coverage... when my phone is finally finished, the guy has the nerve to start to try to sell me again on the extended coverage. Such terrible customer service and I am definitely giving him a 1 out 10 when I get the text. I wouldnt typically blame this on Sprint and give a bad review but the Store manager was standing next to him the whole time. Never asked if I needed help or anything. Super sour taste in my mouth from this bad experience. I am thinking of canceling with Sprint all together.

Never think it’s the worse customer service and mostly employees over the phone they are very rude and liars, I’m without my line all ready over 1 week they locked my number and didn’t want to unlock I paid my phone original sprint 🤬4 weeks ago every time when I call them they said 24-48 hours, now just spoke with customer service and lady told me it will take 24-28 hours again, I purchased 5 lines $100 monthly with automatic payment, but never paid $100 always $207. My recent visit was disappointing to say the least. I pay for TMobile device protection which includes free screen protector replacement for my phone. I went in to get my screen protector replaced, and the employee took my old one off and then realized they were out of stock of the one I need. Unfortunately for me that means I had to leave without any screen protector on my phone, and its a brand new phone, they arent cheap. The store manager was there and didnt seem to care, just said sorry theres not much I can do and just shrugged it off. I hope they train their employees better to avoid this problem for others in the future. I will not be visiting this store again.

Ive had Sprint forever.. And have gone to this store for all of our shopping and servies issues for at least 8 years. Its gone from an A Class in customer service with knowledgeable employees who actually loved helping us.. Now you walk into a cold and unwelcoming staff members. And the management is just as bad. I pay a lot of money for degraded service in ALL areas.. I do have to say that its not pin pointed to just this one store but in other stores, other states, online live chats and even contacting using phone. I can go on and on with my years of experience with Sprint, I wont tho since it seems no changes are made except in, increasing billing charges, with decreasing performance...

Worst customer service ever. I have been with sprint for nearly 10 years,and this store and sprint cared less. Dropped sprint and moved on to better service with another provider. DO NOT go to this store if you have any phone issues. They refused to help me, and I paid extra monthly for so called insurance. Useless. Overall experience was just okay...the salesman tried to push his opinions on us instead of answering our questions on a product we were interested in. The also seemed a bit put off by our questions. Horrid experience. They couldnt care less that you are even in their store. In fact, they ignore you hoping you will leave. They act as if they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you. They also purposefully deceive you, change your account without your permission, and dont stand behind what they tell you. If you get a quote, be sure everything they tell you is in writing. If you have a service issue on a phone, be careful! They left out parts on two different phones. On another, it was working fine when I brought it in, just needed to switch info to another phone, and then the phone wouldnt recognize a sim card when they were finished. Have had to go back in 3 times, and all still doesnt work.They told me theyd handle something & call me back. I never heard back. When I called them again to see if they had done it, they told me they asked everyone & no one even heard of me! So, I go BACK into the store & sitting at the tech desk is a big piece of paper with my name & phone #s on it! When I told them, they didnt even apologize .. just said what do you want?Ive been a Sprint customer for over 8 years. They have no concept of the term service or valued customer.Go any place but Sprint.

Brandon is an expert parexcellance! Regardless of any type of phone issue I bring to him, he knows the process to deal with the problem and what the solution is. Brandon is the most erudite tech Ive ever dealt with.On my recent visit. Serg helped me resolve several issues that were a pain 4 a while. He takes as much time as necessary to deal with a problem, not just gloss it over and move to the next customer.The store is managed expertly by Rodney, who has a very efficient staff and a well laid out showroom.

Unfriendly phone service. Attempted to call them regarding a broken iPad and asked for step-by-step help for repair. The employee answered the phone unprofessionally, and snapped at me when I asked if I could get in-person help making the phone call to get my iPad repaired. The employee stated that a 1-800 number was the only way to get an iPad repaired by Sprint purchased through Sprint. I simply asked for additional help for difficulty understanding and the employee was rude and unhelpful.

My first time here I asked for a little information on the wireless internet. Prices, Quality, which is better, etc... the sales rep asked me what I wanted to know specifically then proceeded to tell me they didnt really know anything. We left.This time I thought went well because I had gotten my upgrade to an iphone for $50 and a free phone box that was only going to make my bill go up $10. Too good to be true. Yes it was. Bill went from $160 to $210. WOW! On top of that I get a discount through my job and the employee told me to come back in the store with check stub to verify I work there still. I did. My discount still dropped off and they havent been able to add it back since March!I also was informed that I need to speak to that exact person that sold me this stuff in order to get the bill figured out. I couldnt return the phone box unless the guy really did lie to me... I havent seen him back at this place. But who has time to chase down a sales rep.Anyways I would try to avoid this place, the employees are incompetent. They have no idea what they are talking about ever.Sprint is cool as long as you stick to the basics. Adding things adds up.

Im a sprint customer, I went to this location due to an issue with my Samsung device. The technicians that worked on my phone were kind and courteous and were able to solve my problem faster than I expected. If you have an issue with your device I would definitely recommend this store.

After over 5 years with Sprint, this visit to the Citrus Heights CA. location will now have us looking into other options. I got to experienced the most shocking customer service from a MANAGER of a major company like Sprint. I confirmed his actions after reading some reviews on YELP. Hes an embarrassment to this company and co-workers because I know company standards and expectations are much higher than that. Ive visited other locations and always felt like a valued customer. It could be either lack of training, or just there for a pay check because he obviously dont CARE when company loses revenue.

Non helpful staff. Not interested in helping with any customer service/administrative, phone problems, connection issues, nor billing concerns. Unless you are BUYING SOMETHING NEW and expensive, the staff is just, call customer service. Then customer service refers you back to a store. I went in there with enough cash to pay my phone bill, and I was talked into paying HALF my bill, and using the other half to put down on a down payment of FINANCING 2 Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speakers. I know, my fault, but I kept saying no! Sales tactics. Tsk tsk. This has caused my billing to be backed up, adding to my monthly bill for the speakers, and since then, when I surprisingly (sarcasm) could no longer afford paying $125+/month for phone service and 2 Bluetooth speakers, my service has been suspended, I have no phone service, and Ive been sent to collection. They continue to harass me for over $550 for phone service and the cost of the speakers. Dont get reeled in by these sales people that work off commission. They dont care of you cant afford the service anymore, they want to make the SALE, for their commission. No customer service whatsoever. NOT RECOMMENDED. Sprint sells your info to other companies as well. Im sure that was in the fine print. Now that I own my $700 phone outright, they also refuse to unlock it so I may use a more affordable service. So now this phone that took me 3 years to pay off is useless. You really suck, Sprint.

Came in with defective port on my LG V30. Their sales supervisor greeted me and referred me to a tech in a reasonable amount of time. Coming from sales its common to put customers with tech issues behind the que in liue of potential sales and they didnt do that. They took care of me and ordered the parts I needed. When I came back in my phone was repaired by their team in an hour.

Worse store ever for your wireless provider. They lie and then you have to spend many hours on the phone which gets you no where. I made many mistakes, but holy moly. This is probably the worse one. The sales guy lie and now we have been in a pickle. The guy I delt with his father was in law enforcement and his was very unethical. He lied about everything. I understand commission, but why lie so much if you know your product is not good.

I’ve been trying to get a SIM card for last three weeks and everytime I go there they said they don’t have any and still haven’t got the shipment but what’s bad is this last time one of the employees( Derek ) thought is funny “common man just go to Best Buy, man they are only two dollars “ and he takes out his wallet to try to give me a two dollars and than he say I don’t have two dollars other wise I would give it to you being funny . First of all a SIM card it’s not 2 dollars and second of all it’s not that I don’t have money to buy it but when pay money blu for my cell phone my provider also got to give me that service, any how I am very offended by what this individual did that day loudly and thought is funny

I went in to the sprint store to pay my bill, because I lost my card. I needed change because the machine didnt give change. I ask the caucasian male with the pony tail to give me change, he said we dont give change and you can go to safeways. Horrible customer service. Anyways went back to my car to see if I had change. I didnt have the change. I went back in to sprint and was greeted by a really nice guys. He asked how my day was goung. I said good but it would be nice to have change for this $20. He said I can take care of that for you. He is the reason I gave 3 stars, if it wasnt for the first guy, it would have been 5 stars.

I came here with a broken phone, and left with an upgrade and an sdcard.A guy with swoopy hair and a smug face greeted me and answered my questions - he lead me over to the technician Memo (another tech was there - his name was Brody I think), BUT was really to the point. He told me I needed to get a new phone.Afterwards I left with a big ass speaker and a new phone.These guys kick ass.
