This location is number 1 in Oakland, great customer service, in and out, and will keep you informed about all the latest deals that are available to you. They get the job done every time. And try their best to help you with whatever as quickly as possible. Because who wants to sit in a phone store for hours. Thanks Trieu, Dani, and Brandon!!!!

Do not believe the video Trieu is a cool guy very help so is Brandon, and Danni puts on a screen protector the best. Quick service and very informative. And is stress free no car break in. Go shop with them.

Emily gave Great great customer service!Emily went far beyond than anyone has ever done. I upgraded and help me set up my phone. She was patient and understanding she answered every questions I had. Very very helpful. I recommend this T-Mobile. Ask for Emily ! She also speaks Spanish.

Poor customer service ever!!! Manager does not know what his doing nor employees. They wrote a note stating that i have a water damage on my phone which I dont. One employee said i have to pay more for phone damage and call insurance. I left the store, I called insurance to do another warranty and told them what happened. They also said only warehouse people can see if i have a water damage not the store. They were able to remove the notes. The Insurance workers was able to exchange my new phone to another location where i was only get to pay $5. GO TO LAKE MERRITT T-Mobile STORE so much better service and nicer people!

We went Saturday, February 23, full house! Mr. Federico, always does an outstanding job! Because we had problems with phone, we had to come back Wednesday, February 27th..not as busy. Young Lady..short, pretty, cleaned counters, and displays, we gave her nickname..Ms. Let it rain..keeps store clean! Mr. Freddy was going to store, and asked if we wanted anything..Mr. Federico..awesome! The staff work as a team, and gives each customer gets great customer service, personal, and professional!Thanks Tmobile for hiring valuable staff!

Manager was VERY RUDE and condescending as hell and did nothing to help customers. The employees there didnt seem to know anything about the products they were selling and was quite literally no help at all. I asked some basic simple questions about the new Samsung S21 phones, only to have the employees point to a specs sheet and say just read that. But that spec sheet is ONLY IN SPANISH. There was no english version of the spec sheet and when I mentioned that, the employees there just told me to google it on my phone(WHICH I MENTIONED I HAD LOST AND DIDNT HAVE. HENCE WHY IM BUYING A NEW PHONE).So with that in mind. I immediately left the store highly fustrated and angry. So I went to the T-Mobile location on 3040 E 9th St(next to FoodMaxx) and was helped by a T-Mobile Expert(Khayree) that actually knew the products and had FANTASTIC customer service. So I purchased a S21+ Ultra and another S21 for a workphone, all due to great service from the T-Mobile location on 3040 E 9th St(next to FoodMaxx).This T-Mobile location lost a sale and a client for all future business. I will ACTIVELY tell all my friends, family and coworkers to avoid this T-Mobile location like its the Delta varient. 0/10 would never recommend any customer to go here.

Ive gone here for service a few times. I didnt buy a phone or even sign a new contract. I just needed help with a SIM and they helped me no problem. It was fast and they were nice.

I went into the store and Im next in line to be seen a gentleman came in after me and he was behind me in the line they chose to take him before me and act like they forgot that I was in line and I know what it was for the Discrimination because Im gay because I look like a boy or didnt know I was Latina and that I was able to speak Spanish I am appalled because the gentleman knew that I was in line first even came in after me but because he was Mexican he was taken before me and she also had a white girlfriend it is unfair and Im not going to take it I waited my time and I should have been helped but now Im on the phone reporting them to T Mobile headquarters do not go to the store unless you want to be treated unfairly if you are African American gay or trans or anything thats not like them. Im not the type of person to sit back and allow people to treat me this way and they clearly knew I was in line I spoke to the gentleman way before the other guy got into the building so for them to act like whoa whats your name oh I didnt know you were in line Im sorry about that but they still took the gentleman before me unfair treatment discrimination.

This people dont even work during listed business hours. It was Sunday 5:45 pm and they are supposed to close at 6:00 pm, but the doors were closed (locked) already and the worker is giving me the sign with his hands to walk away. I just had a small question, I wasnt gonna hold them back until 7pm!!! Very poor service.

In this store they treated me very badly. I went to change a damaged phone and the customer service made a mistake with the serial number. These people tried to force me out because I complained and they even beat me up. This is a terrible place, they treat you, I dont recommend it, I went to get them to solve a problem with my phone because I got hit while working. First they told me that the warranty covered it ok. Today I spoke to ask about my new phone and they told me that they already had it there but when I go the phone arrived and they told me because of a little black dot on the top right side it was not covered by the insurance when they had already checked it before the truth is It was discriminatory because this is the second time this has happened to me. Very bad customer service, terrible, very terrible, the truth is, weighing with the Asm and the manager.
