I had an amazing experience with Adrian, he was very informative and helpful. He helped me switch plans for a better deal to get trade in’s with promotions and i love my new phone! The accessories were also included in a bundle that made it easy for me to budget.

(Wait 15 minutes before a rude employee take time to assist me she was more focused on her personal business on working hours I know because she was at the phone talking with someone in Spanish thighs no related with her job also she was fixing her watch) so I’m just left this location at 6:56 pm after more than 75 minutes waiting at the phone to speak with a T-Mobile customer service representative because an employee “Geovanna” tell me they can’t help me, in a rude way she told me that i have to call customer service, I try to explain to her that I did before come to the store and they told me to go directly to a location, so after waiting in the phone for more than an hour they told me exactly the same (i have to go to the store) that lady (Geovanna) was more focused on her personal stuff on work hours hope the owner of this Retailer location take serious their customers service experience.

Horrible you guys have to watch your payments because they try to charge me two lines when I dont have them . So instead of my bill being 124 it was 254.For no reason just that they wanted to add new lines so they can get commission horrible staff for doing this to a mom with kids.They only did that to get more money on sales. So when they tell you things are free dint accept nothing is for free.

Ive had a fantastic experience with the a sales person, Juan, at this location.Since 1st time that I purchased my new device, 3 months ago untill now whenever I experience a technical issue with any software or app hes always been there to solve it. Hes professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.Ive referred other ppl to that store & they too were totally satisfied.So, thank you Juan ! 😊

My first experience was bad. Who was that lady responded to me in rude way to accept Internet gateway device, asking for return label which was not told to me by the other store. She was like Well, I dont know, you go to hell. Is this how you treat a customer? You got to solve the problem. I had to go and return 3 times to return the device, no proper communication from a communication company ? What a disconnect. I had to call the customer service online and get the things sorted out. I have to run to drop off one more time. I will not go to this store.

I had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store. By chance, I stopped here after doing some shopping at the Northridge mall. It was the best decision I could have made. As soon as I entered, they greeted me with a smile and offered to help. If someone couldnt answer a question, another team member immediately was there to help. You can notice that employees here work as a team. I had numerous questions and they were all answered. The people that work here are patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. I recommend this store to anyone who has had a bad experience elsewhere. This store location is not close to me, however, I am willing to travel here for the customer service they deliver.

My replacement phone had a problem with charging port, and T-MOBILE said they would replace it under warranty. Waking in the store, I told the employee that my replacement phone had arrived. The minute I said that both the employee and the managers face expression changed. They we not happy. The phone doesnt have a single scratch ! Without even looking at the phone charging port, they claimed physical damage! I asked to show me where, and the manager rolled his eyes. The manager stated that he doesnt care if T-MOBILE will instruct him to replace it, and he will not do it! After talking with the T-MOBILE representative, i was informed that this place has an extremely bad rating on warranty exchange, and they will talk to the T-MOBILE sales manager who signed up these guys. Keep in mind that these stores are not actual T-MOBILE but a private resale store. My advice is to have your replacement device shipped to your home and only buy products from the T-MOBILE website directly! Hopefully, this location will lose their contact with T-MOBILE!

Customer service is very crazy 🤪. My order is ready for pickup but when I got there they says Manger is out off work two days I have to wait. WY they send me msg my phone is ready for pickup. I dont recommend any one go there. They do lot off lies.
