Id give negative stars if possible. They pretty much screw us over, they practically stole our trade in phone. Dont go here for any changes to your account or upgrade on phones. They are a scam. Worst service at any T-mobile store Ive been to. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!

Not even one star worthy. Tim does not need to be there refusing to provide excellent customer service. I have had unbelievably poor service being a new T-Mobile customer and I am about to leave them after 13 days of being a customer.Tim knows nothing about apple products and should not be selling them. Highly arrogant and dismissive behavior—basically a bully as if the products and the service are free.My watch was not working and after 4 trips to the store he tells me to call apple because it’s not his issue. This is on a new watch I purchased at his location and it’s not his issue.Then to tell me that there is a restocking fee for something that did not work for me. How? Deplorable service!He talked down about one of his employees to me also and that’s not okay-pure narcissistic behavior. His workers deserve a better manager.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. My bill did not match the quote stated in store by ~$30. The whole idea was to switch from Verizon to Sprint to have a cheaper bill. The manager wants to maintain the notion that insurance was “added after the fact” yet the whole basis of my visit was centered around my current phone having insurance as suggested by the manager. It is the reason I did not purchase a new iPhone with Sprint that day. Anyway, my suggested plan had some 4 additional lines with cheap phones to obtain the quoted bill and get some money back on prepaid cards. I was upset by the high bill, and I wanted to return the cheap phones, cancel service, and get a refund. The manager said there will be a ~$200 ($50 x 4) restocking fee as it was greater than 14 days per manager... despite sprint’s policy of “30 days total satisfaction”.< 20 minute call with corporate I was informed that a re-stocking fee is inappropriate as I was under 30 days of service. My items have been returned with no re-stocking fee, service cancelled, and a full refund has been issued as this is the 30 day total satisfaction policy.This is a 3rd party store. I would do business elsewhere. This store doesn’t abide by sprint’s standards.

Tim is not a good customer service manager.He refused service saying “he does not take cash and will not allow me to pay my phone bill at his location” he needs to be fired he has several complaints in regard to his customer service previously.Corporate is being contacted at this moment!He discriminated against me and judged me as soon as I walked in the door!This should not be allowed if he can not provide great customer service he should not be allowed to work with the public!!!Like this comment if you want Tim to be fired!!!!Your response to my review is not accurate!!Please do not come on google reviews trying to save Tim,it is obvious he has had issues with customers currently and previously!He only offered to take my payment after I mentioned to him that I always pay with cash at every location I go too without a issue so why would it be a issue at this particular location!!! his reply was “I will take your payment this one time we are asking our customers to pay thru autopay” who would want to do business with someone after I felt like he was just being unprofessional there are certain ways your suppose to go about things as a customer service manager . He was definitely being judge mental from the beginning.If that was the case why would he cut off a totally different sales associate would was willing to take my payment and say no we are not taking cash payments.Please check your audio response I did record my encounter with him from the begging so if you would like me to post it here that will be fine as I have already sent it to corporate this is not the end of this I am definitely pursuing further action!!

I’m extremely happy with the service my family and I got. The team was very helpful, Audrey was our mobile expert, she explained the best deals for what we were looking for. She went above and beyond for making sure all of our questions were answered. We came out with two new iPhones thanks to the help of Audrey.

I went to do some shopping @ Wal-Mart today. Everything I needed was available except for the most important, tp & some meats or cleaning supplies. There was fruits, veggies & water. Lots of supplies coming in though. All the grocery staff were helpful, courteous & the place was clean.I would recommend going in during these tough times.

Jose was a big help for me today, unfortunately I am still unable to be helped... after more than an hour on the phone with customer service, we got no where. I will have to go back, but at least I have confidence when I return, the employees at this store will be much better to work with than the store off Betteravia
