Bad customer service4110 highland ave, highland ca. 92346 store location.Discreption of employee :tattoos on forearms redhead with hat white guy.Enter store to pay bill, payed.Asked question about, why my service is poor and they requested new Sim card, he removed my Sim card, Put new card in phone and programed the new Sim card, came up with unknown number, I noticed the Sim was in the different spot so i suggest #2 not#1 like the old one so he swapped it and still nothing. So I asked him maybe put my old Sim back in and my number came back. I had no service after and was erased.I had service when I entered the store.left with no serviceHe said there was nothing he can do and he has to help these 7:30 appointment customers, I jave no service and Ive been with tmobil for over 15 years. Not cool this is bad for my business and cant contact my customers and I cant even contact a person to remove this problem until 10 am tomorrow? Pulling my hair out hoping you can make this right.Thank you for your time

Today I visited the store and witnessed horrible customer service from an employee named Andrew!! An older lady arrived and asked for help logging into Netflix. Andrew was extremely rude and making the older lady feel bad for not knowing how technology works. Working at Tmobile employees should know that situations like this one will happen and they should be respectful and patient with customers. I hope andrew gets retrained in customer service and show more compassion for the older community.

I just want to thank Andrew for the worst experience I’ve had at a retail place in a long time. I had three sales rep. Tell me how wrong I was. Those would be Philip, Hugo, and Andrew. I was trying to make return I understand it is in a sell I was actually gonna make a purchase right after, but thanks to the sales rep. I decided to wait off special will be Hugo Phil. They were Completely unprofessional end rude . And for Andrew if you didn’t want to help me or do your job just pass me off to a different sales person or clock out and go home

Coming from AT&T the level of service and help here at T-Mobile is amazing refreshing. Derek was so helpful getting us information, then Phillip made the switching carriers a quick and simple. My bill is now lower with newer models.

We went in to trade in our phones. Wendy initially told us we couldn’t trade it in. Then looked up the “new guidelines” &said they changed it as of the new year &we would get 350 trade in. We got the phone &went to trade it in &wendy is now is saying we dont qualify for the 350$ trade in. It’s the inconsistency. You should KNOW your information CORRECTLY. the whole reason we got new phones is bc she told us that we would get $350 trade in so now we can’t. We’re frustrated bc she told us one thing one week &is saying no the next. Going to a different T-Mobile from now on.

ADRIAN!!! Man the guy can really do his job!! Best experience Ive ever had from all the time Ive ever been with T-Mobile. I know if I ever need assistance again this is the store and the guy to contact. Hands down best experience and some way some how accommodated me in everything I needed.

I encountered bad customer service with Michael who was on a power trip when things didnt go his way. He even told me to get out of the store, when I gave him the same attitude he was giving me. This was not the first time this has happened regarding him. This store lacks good customer service, they took away the good people who used to work here and greeted you as you came in. Now your made to feel like they are doing you a favor, and your wasting thier time. There were customers who asked if they spoke spanish and they didnt even try to direct them to another store that did, pull out their phone translator, or even go get their manager, who i later found out that she did speak spanish. If you want a store to go to that gives you quality service, head over to your redlands tmobile. They know how to treat you better. over there.

Had trouble with my Yahoo account the sales guy said uninstall the app the reinstall I did but my password didnt work he suggested I go home sign on using my laptop so I did still didnt work. I then called Yahoo the agent said never uninstall an app before calling because now they cant help me unless I pay monthly to Yahoo $12 they will give me a temp password grrrr so upset lesson learned. Store customer service ppl should know those important things.

If I could put negative stars I would! Horrible customer service! I got there trying to upgrade my daughters phone and yes I understand the guys were busy but they didnt even acknowledge the fact we walked in. It was as if we werent even there. That was very rude! First time and last time going to this location!!! These guys need better customer service training!

Do not ever come to this location, the employees scam people. My girlfriend came here to connect her brand new, fully-paid iPhone that she purchased from the Apple Store, to a T-Mobile line. She didnt get his name, but the Hispanic employee who is kind of chubby and roughly 59 or 510 tall with a combover and beard (he is the only one with a beard who works there) scammed her. He either did a sketchy trade-in or straight up stole her unlocked iPhone and gave her a carrier-locked one that she is currently stuck with. They claim in order to unlock the phone she now needs to pay $370 which makes no sense because she paid in full at the Apple Store already. It is also impossible to re-lock an unlocked iPhone. The iPhone says that it is carrier locked in the settings which can only mean he swapped out her unlocked device for a locked device when she wasnt looking. Absolutely detestable scammy behavior. We wont even bother coming back to the store to confront them, we will be escalating this directly to T-Mobile corporate and are reaching out to T-Force on Twitter to try and resolve this.Again, the people who work here are LITERALLY thieves.
