The worse service ever but yet what do you expect from T-Mobile expensive, and you must go thru major steps to get 1 thing accomplished with them. I was told by customer service 1 thing get to the store and totally different info and they have the never to blame each other for miss leading information given to the customer. But this location gets added to the worse of the locations yet the manager Nancy gives the example of bad attitude unhelpful.

I went to my local T-Mobile/Sprint shop to pay my bill, as I do each month. Today the customer service was like getting a medical check-up with an old-fashioned Country Doctor; the young lady who dealt with me didnt just process the transaction... she carefully examined the components of the phone, cleaned its parts, mentioned some helpful ideas, and with her own hands performed a chip-5G upgrade/switch. ***WHO SAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER WORKS*** !

Again this area seems to have a common theme. I went in to look for a phone, money ready sales rep just stared at me like he didnt have a clue of what his job is. I had to inquire while he was confounded, so I left. If Im going to get discriminated it be nice to actually have a reason for it.

They are thieves, I transferred my account to my boyfriends and the girl never explained to me that they were going to charge us both for making that change, and they even sent me to collection and I didnt even know, these people are abusive, they have no consideration for people .

I bought a phone a month ago at this place, two weeks after having it it stopped working, I called customer service and they said they would send the replacement to the store, now that I go to pick it up they say they cant exchange it for me because it doesnt have the original screen.Do not buy anything in this store, they are selling phones that are even REPAIRED like a NEW phone.
