2024-02-11 00:27:04Representative was beyond disrespectful. Was greeted with poor manners and once we began the quest for a new phone, Representative was not helpful at all to have questions answered. Representative didnt make attempts to help out or seek further assistance. Will never go back to this store .

2024-02-11 00:38:49Service was terrible employees did not want to help me at all. Employees would not want to help us and made false statements about our promotion. Did not want to look up offers at the moment.The service was based off how the employees felt that day.Will never come back to this store ever again.

2023-08-31 20:23:01I was skeptical about some of the reviews but did not mind as some of them weren’t so irrelevant to the services that a store should provide. My experience was great overall. Provided answers to all my questions which was needed. Left with home internet!🙌🏽

2023-06-13 13:38:53Service is based on how they feel for the day . Also review the contract and have them explain details and changes to the account . Ask if they will run your credit and check for anything missing from your purchase . I was missing a sim card key for one of the phones. Save yourself the pain and visit another location. I

2023-02-25 21:34:56Avoid this store at all costs. I was sold an Apple Watch that was the wrong color I asked for. They charged me a $50 restocking fee after opening while still in the store. This was a traumatic experience and may reflect my ability to ever go into a store again. Absolute worst.

2022-10-01 03:05:06My phone has not been working properly for over a week. I finally get a warranty exchange for the phone but it was delivered to this store. I went in around 7:15pm and they would not help me because they said to transfer the data in my phone would take 30 minutes to an hour. The representative was rude and rolling her eyes at me. Did not want to help me at all. Im sure that if someone walked in buying a new phone and needed their data transferred they would have done it so that they wouldnt miss out on a sale. I am very disappointed with the treatment from T-Mobile. This is not how customers should be treated.

2021-09-17 00:33:56Customer service was great and we felt welcomed. Marcopolo helped my girlfriend out getting her new phone connected after having terrible customer service elsewhere (Sunset and Alvarado). He gave us the run down of all the details on different plans and what not. Honestly, overall it was great and I recommend this place highly.

2019-01-10 01:27:49We just went in looking for offers. The attentive worker Chris was great. He was able to speak in our language, Spanish. His patience, his attitude and friendliness convinced us to switch. All workers should learn from this young man and be bilingual. I applaud this store for their smart hire.
