How is this location still in business? I ask myself now. I went there 5 days ago to purchase a replacement phone. Mine got wet, and does not work. I walked in, 4 people were huddled around looking at one of their phones. I came in, and one of the group broke away, and asked me if she could help me with something. I remember I had to look her up and down, looking for a sign that she was an employee, as she was dressed like a teenager at a skate park on a Saturday morning. She was however wearing a tee shirt with the TMobile insignia on the front, so I thought, ok. her name is Lolly. She said she was the manager. I explained my Samsung A-32 was not working, and needs replacing. The first two phones with huge displays, neither one had any phones in stock, but the next one, which would have been over 1000 dollars, had several in stock. So I decided to order one of the A-35 Samsung, as it was recommended as an equivalent to the A-32. Lolly then arranged to have it sent to my home. (turns out that phone doesnt have a head jack, now I have to return it ) Anyway, she ordered the phone, took my address, I showed her my ID, reiterate my current phone does not work, I need this phone ASP, she asked for me to pay the taxes on it, said it would cost 16.00 a month for 24 months, she had me sign her IPAD. I thanked her, and off I went thinking Id have my new phone in two days. WRONG. Apparently, she neglected to have me sign the correct form on her IPAD, and another signature was required. An email was sent to me, but because my phone does not work, and I have no other devices, I had no way to know of that communication. So when My new phone didnt arrive, I borrowed my friends phone to call TMobile cust service to ask where my phone is, only to discover an email was sent. An email I could not see because I dont have a working device. An email requiring an additional signature that delayed the shipping out of my phone! . That was a whole additional problem. Anyway, I finally got my replacement phone, that now I have to return because it has no head jack, I wont be going to this location again of course, I will have to go farther from my home to find an affordable phone thats in stock with a sales person who is able to process a sale correctly. Wish me luck.Update: As it turns out, during the phone call to customer support, the TMobile rep, searched for a store that carried the phone I wanted, the A. -32. The one at Harbor Plaza has one in stock according to TMobile. The rep gave me the address, and told me they open at 10 am. I went there this morning, ( I will be posting review of that store too) Turns out, no they didnt have an A-32. Another long call to customer support, and I was referred back to this Outlet store! To none other than Lolly! Who according to the customer service just told her, that she has an A -32 in stock now, just one left. The rep had called 5 other stores to try to find an A-32 for me, but theres one at the Outlets! Hurry over I was told! So I rush right over, and have to deal with the same girl, who started this whole mess in the first place. She just kept blaming others for her errors, lied straight to my face several times, and didnt even apologize until right before I left. And of course, didnt have a A -32 in stock as she has JUST TOLD THE TMOBILE REP THAT SHE DID! Lied right to my face, telling me the rep had asked for A -35 !! This girl is unbelievable! I asked her what the real managers name is, she said Cynthia. So Cynthia, if thats even a real name. Id like to talk to you.

Just switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile since they seemed to have better pricing and deals. When we went in today for our phone set up/transfer we received bad service from one of the sales rep that goes by Chris Lopez I believe. He was not friendly and seemed annoyed at all the questions we had and did not provide solutions to our situation. They were super friendly the first time we we signed up but now that we are with T-Mobile and needed help transferring and setting up our phones he seemed mad like we were bothering him for helping us. Made us regret our switch instantly. However at the end another sales rep James was super helpful and answered our questions and explained things thoroughly so that made up for the bad experience we had with “Lopez”. Hopefully Lopez can be more professional moving forward or get another job that makes him more happy.

Wow. I had a awful expierience at almost every other carrier and they treated me with such decency and respect it was really incredible. I ported 2 lines of service, got 2 iphone 11s and only spent $20 more per month then what I was at with verizon prepaid. Was in and out within an hour. Staff was super patient with me and wife and was extremely thorough. Probably the most refreshing expierience I have had in a while. Will definitely be back.

Staffs are very friendly and efficient. They have small gift for you if you purchase stuff there. The store manager, Walter, is very nice and knowledgeable. I will come again for my next service.

Went in kinda late...probably 30mins before closing and they were all still very helpful and patient. We ended up having to keep them there a little later than their normal hours and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Marshall, our mobile expert, was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Got things done quickly and efficiently. Definitely my go to T-mobile store from here on out. Thank you T-mobile at the outlets at orange location!P.S. google maps will take you to some other location in the outlet, so if you’re looking for it just know it’s across from the Levi’s store!

I’m a satisfied customer no doubt !!!! I got a great deal with a great experience as well. IRMA is such a wonderful lady she Hooked me up purchasing a new iPhone and new line with low down payment compare to other carriers. Overall am a happy camper. She’s a sweet lady answering to any questions I had great customer service.#1 IRMA ask for her!!!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I m a customer with T-Mobile of 10 years +. I had an issue with a phone on my account. I got the worst customer service from Heidi. The worst attitude I have ever experienced with all my years at T-Mobile. No manners whatsoever. She should not be in customer service. Her manger was standing next to her and she was going on and on with he the attitude and the negative answers and he couldn’t even tell her to stop. She acts as if she owns T-Mobile and her manager. I don’t understand what kind of a store this is! I just purchased 2 iPhone 13 pro max and an I watch form the same store 2 days earlier and that’s how I get treated when I come back? I called T-Mobile directly and they solved my problem immediately. Find a different T-Mobile store.

We were tricked into joining sprint at this location!! I loved T-Mobile should of stayed can’t wait to go back to them when lease is over. We were told so many things and our bill 25% higher then sold. They said we would get $100 rebate per line and got 2 of 5. Recently I walked in with a question and was basically shut down by a rude employee. Told me call sprint and I called and again the worst service. The worst experience ever! Lesson learned .

I went there to check out the new deal for new lines with unlimited data. David was very helpful from the moment I walked in. He gave me a rough estimate I felt good about. They didnt have the phone I wanted but figured ordering the new Samsung S10+ would be faster than waiting months for a store to have in stock.Vincent took over in opening a new account. He was very courteous and thorough. He even helped other customers while helping me but it didnt feel like it delayed my process at all. For a customer with a difficult problem, he politely sent them to another associate which showed me his decision making and prioritizing what is more important at hand are excellent and prime example of how employees should be anywhere. He even answered every question I had regarding the account, payment, and process while setting everything up. He even welcomed the questions and on top of everything, he brought me and my mom a glass of water without even us asking.Im very happy with the decision to come here and buy my phone. Im expecting it by mail around mid to late April.As far as customer service goes, my experience was better than I expected and highly recommend this place. I came on Tues afternoon when it was kind of slow so I didnt have to wait at all.
