The service and equipment I received at T-Mobile deserves an A++. As a senior, I needed an incredible amount of help in selecting phones and payment plans for my husband and me. I have been so incompetent with cell phones that I dreaded having to shop for a new one. Ivan not only helped me select the best deal for seniors like me, but he also helped transfer my data from my old phone to the new phone. He set up a new phone for my hospitalized husband as well. He did everything possible to accommodate my needs. He was the epitome of competence, service, and kindness. He turned what could have been a stressful encounter into a pleasant confidence-building experience. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring and training such admirable workers and for manufacturing such great cell phones.

THIS IS NOT A STORE LOCATION REVIEW ........ITS A T-MOBILE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE IN NEWBURY PARK,CA REVIEW!IS IT JUST ME? I come to Newbury Park quite a bit albeit not as often due in part to incapable service..Sometimes it works fine, not 5G fine but sufficient but 90% of the time its like I drop into a deadspace with intermittent 2G maybe...But Ill have the 5G bar like everything it Titts! Its not the Phone either,(OnePlus Nord N10 5G).So is it just me?

Just had a great experience at the Sprint store. Billy helped me activate new lines under the new bring your phone promotion. He was super helpful, and went above and beyond on the customer service. I really appreciated the great service.

I just came to the store to get a new phone for my brother since it is his birthday. I got him the galaxy S7 edge and the gentleman at the store were fantastic. Robert and Ali (the district manager) were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this store. They also play great music :)

*Update - it ended up being a debacle with my phone, this store meant well but the system is broken for Sprint folks, T-Mobile just wants to make everything so difficult that you just switch*Im a Sprint customer who upgraded his phone to the T-Mobile network which was problematic but they have a representative named Roland, who is amazing! I am willing to drive an extra 20 minutes one way so that I can work with Roland directly. Kudos to him and this location.

I just picked up my iPhone 7, the store manager Chris was amazing. He gave me a great deal on this Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker! Great sound! What blew my mind is the fact that they offer a beverage to their customers! Keep up the flawless service Sprint @ Newbury Park!

Terrible service. Doesnt care what you like and forces their choices on you, youll have to fight to make your own decision as a customer. Im not sure if they have a financial incentive to sell speficic phones but it sure seems like it. They are not at all transparent in what theyre doing and the manager promotes this bad service, we had to ask at every step to see what we were being charged. This is my first review on Google because of how incredibly impolite, unprofessional, and overall horrible the experience with the staff was. Dont go here if you care about making your own decisions.

Ive had an unfortunate experience with this Sprint store that I would hope would be beneficial for others to hear as it could hopeful save someone from similar aggravation. I switched to Sprint from AT&T for the promotional offer of gift cards and credits towards upgraded devices and to save money on the ongoing bills. I asked The store associate and the manager here what would happen if I received poor service where I lived. They reassured me with the 30 day money back guarantee for trying out the service and we proceeded with the switch. I was spare the details but I also ended up with a fourth line for a hotspot I never even asked for and then also had to temporarily lease an iPhone 6+ while we had to wait a few days for my AT&T iPhone to unlock.Low and behold, I had horrible service at my house. I also received poor service in general just driving around the county. I was unfortunately surprised to learn that I couldnt access data while on the phone as well. So if I was on a call I couldnt look up directions or in some cases my directions would stop working and I would have to juggle between hanging up and resetting directions. I also received a bill for $317. when I was told my plan would be approximately $140/mo. Ok, well at least there is the option to return everything, right? No harm, no foul, it wasnt a good fit for me so Ive decided to switch to T-Mobile as AT&T is getting too expensive. Had great service for a week with T-Mobile and went to return my devices to Sprint. When I called the store I asked if there was a time limit to returning to make sure I wouldnt be charged anything for having the devices too long. I was told within two weeks at any Sprint store and I would be fine. I brought it back before the two week window to a store nearby and they said I have to go to a corporate store. Then the corporate store said I have to go to the original store which happens to be far from my house. I drove over there and was told only the manager can handle and he wouldnt be in until the following day.The following day I returned everything to the manager and was expecting to receive my credit of $254.03 for all the down payments and taxes from the original purchase. Instead I was told I owed restocking fees of $236 and that there was no way to avoid it. I called customer care right there and asked about this and he initially said the same thing but when I asked if he concurred that this is false advertising he consulted a manager who read the policy showing that there should be no restocking fees. Unfortunately the manager at the store said that he was unable to give me my credit and was unable to waive the restocking fees even though corporate was right there saying that I shouldnt be charged. Once I had verbal confirmation from corporate that they had applied a credit for the $236 restocking fees and got off the phone with them.We proceeded to return everything. I was charged for the restocking fee. I asked him to confirm the credit once the account was closed and he said he was unable but that if I called back to customer care it would show.I called back to customer care and after holding I was told that the current balance owed is almost $700.So thats where I stand as of now. Im out of pocket $500 and currently owe an additional $700 in 2 weeks. I was also told by AT&T that the way they advised me to end my plan with them will result in another $150 in charges that will not not be recovered. Im also out about 20 hours of productive time that was instead wasted on all of this.Corporate is supposed to process a refund for me within 45 days. Im *really* hoping that this gets resolved and that in the end I am reimbursed. Based on the current trajectory of communication, Im highly suspicious. So, thats my experience. I dont think Ive colored this unfairly.I TRULY HOPE I CAN PROVIDE AN UPDATE SOON SAYING THAT ALL WAS RESOLVED AND I WAS FULLY REIMBURSED. TIME WILL TELL. Note that my criticism is of the store and is communication, not necessarily its staff.
