Absolutely the WORST customer service. I have been a happy customer for almost 20 years and have a ZFold that is experiencing problems... when trying to file a claim, T-mobile said it was under warranty and not an insurance issue... they sent me to THIS store to exchange my phone and I was told the store wouldnt take it because it has screen damage... I called T-mobile back and they said it IS a warranty and the store would take it.... I went BACK to the store as requested and was told AGAIN, that they wouldnt take the phone... screen is perfect and the manager claimed that because the edge of the screen protector had bubbles...and I told him I put that screen protector on to make sure it was safe... I asked if I peeled that back and the screen was perfect would he take it. He said yes, so I peeled it off and he said it now isnt covered by warranty because I removed it.... I feel played by this store!

My husband dropped his phone while in the hospital. We went to this store to replace it. There were 3 customers in the store. My husband, recently released from the hospital, was willing to wait, but asked if he could use the restroom. He was told to use the Wendys restroom across the parking lot. We left, and came home. Too bad for the sales force. We may buy on line or visit Costco. What a mess.

Edith was really great, helped my friend out with everything with his new phone, she is very friendly and patient, made us feel comfortable in the store and had a impressive working knowledge of my friends new phone that he purchased. I purchased a brand new iPhone 15 and when I went to pick it up at this location, they gave me a box that was already opened, the phone was missing its screen cover and had fingerprints on the screen. When I said I purchased a brand new phone, they made it seem like it was a hassle, saying they need to process a complete return and purchase a new phone again. I have never heard of purchasing a new phone then getting a box that was already open. I don’t know if they were trying to sell me a display or a phone that was previously returned. Left a very bitter taste in my mouth, I will certainly be telling my friends and family about how they tried to give me an open box when I paid hundreds of dollars for a brand new phone.

Went in for a new phone and the sales Representative Jose helped me out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Definitely will be coming back here for an upgrade soon.

Jorge was helping my girlfriend and I. We came in to upgrade for a IPhone 15.He was very knowledgeable on the products. He explained the new features with detail. Very respectful to us. We are very happy we came in to see him. Thank you Jorge!

Store is ok and employees generally are ok. But greatly disliked overall service - as soon as some problem appeared, manager had to be involved who had 0 wish to resolve anything, basically stating nothing can be done and its your own fault and just short of leering in your face - oh, we have a contract you signed and there is nothing you can do, anything else I can help you with, otherwise go and and .... you know... Had to call T-Mobile care myself and turned out that yes, everything can be fixed and resolved to mutual satisfaction, just need to have willingness to do it. Something that manager clearly was not just lacking but actually preferred to turn upside down, aggravating the whole issue. If not for still good T-Mobile customer care I would already be enjoying new phone from Verizon. But I certainly will not be back to this store.

Went in today for my birthday, thought it would be nice to surprise my girl and daughter with some Apple Watches, but the Mgr refused service, didn’t even tell me why, or let me resolve whatever issue with customer service any issue. Maybe because I’m new to California? I dunno. Other than not being able to buy anything there, it was a nice store.
