Do not go to this store. We opened up a business account last year which you need a valid ID and social for. It has been the most disappointing phone service and we ended up lodging a fradulent complaint. They charged us for 6 extra lines and devices which we were never approved. They had no activity for the first month because a tower was down in the area and they did not know when it would be activated again. Then they charged us $600 more for something we had not used. Do not be duped by their low prices and friendly staff. Absolutely disappointing.

Good store, went to upgrade phone and there was a line but the wait was overall short - they seem to know what they are doing and were very helpful with my upgrade - even gave me some advice on which phone and line was best for us. I’ll keep this store in mind next time I have to upgrade or get my phone fixed.

Terrible service, was told that through a promotion our bill would be $140 for three phones and that the line we were adding would keep the same number. We lost the phone number and are paying $170 and they say theres nothing they can do, its just one of those tough situations Diego Garcia is the one who scammed us and all they did was retrain him. We were just guinea pigs for him to screw us over and we get nothing in return!

I came in to T-Mobile looking into switching from Sprint. When I arrived Abel greeted my family and I even though he was busy with another customer. He then helped us out and went in depth and explained the plans and options we had. Abel made the switch very easy and simple he was also able to transfer my information from the old device to the new one which was one of my biggest concerns. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. If we have any questions we will definitely be going back with him. Im glad I made the switch to T-Mobile!

Edit: Apparently someone got ahold of my information and ran up a T Mobile bill for several hundred dollars. The charges had nothing to do with me. I was paying as I went with my own phone, and I didnt stay with them for very long. This is the first time this has happened to me. The charges come from Santa Rosa T mobile.They are friendly and helpful! Edgar put a lot of time into helping me with my phone.I noticed that the people who came in were also happy with them and had only good things to say. I dont feel hustled at all, and I usually do in other places. Im glad I found this store.

I checked the reviews for the other Sprint stores in Santa Rosa, and they were dismal. I mean really awful. I almost gave up on the idea of switching to Sprint from Verizon, but I saw the reviews for this store. It is not a corporate store, so its not fancy and filled with phones and gadgets. Dont let the lack of gloss fool you. What they have are really well trained and polite employees who explained all, and got me two very excellent phones with a plan that I like and understand. This is the real deal. Dont go anywhere else with your Sprint questions. Courteous, competent and fast. Who knew such phone stores existed?

This T Mobil store has given me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to Alfredo, Alan and Coby. Real professional guys with a good sense of humor and well trained. My husband and I switched to T Mobil from Verizon and Page Plus. It took 4 days, 8 phone calls and 5 port attempts to get my number over but these guys were patient and did all they could to solve the problem, putting me at ease. I would recommend T Mobil and I would NOT recommend Page Plus. Thanks guys! T Mobil, give these guys a bonus!

Best customer service Ive encountered at a wireless store--though the lone employee behind the counter was helping other people, he took a sec to acknowledge me and to let me know hed be with me as soon as he was done helping them. I know it seems like a small thing, but that kind of service counts for a lot to me. And, once he did help me he was able to fiddle with my plan to improve it and get me a new device (I was upgrading from the Galaxy Note 4 to the Note5) with no out-of-pocket, the same monthly bill, and a $200 credit to my account. I know some of this is Sprints retention policies, but I walked out pleased with the outcome when I had just intended to get a warranty replacement on my old device. One thing worth noting: if you need repair or replacement service theyll have to send you downtown to the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall location.

I went into the store to resolve a payment. Casey was the only one at the front. He asked how my day was going and if there was anything in particular he could help me with. He was prompt and polite. After receiving some disgruntled news about my remaining fees, he broke down the fees in a way that made it simple and easy to get. He made me feel as though I was being taken care of with my best interests being met. I find that he is a great representative of T-Mobile and deserves a raise.

I must say this first. The staff is quite friendly. With that said I have been a customer of sprints for over ten years. I have never had billing problems until dealing with this store. Not only was a I sold a mobile hot spot I was told came with the plan. ( I have free hot spots on my phones ) once I tried to remove it it they got me with the ok sorry its pass the return period. They were very nice though and said that the manager would get it removed which he never did. I have also had to call every month since February to get my bill amended due to how bad this store messed up my account. Honestly just deal with Best Buy . For some reason they know more about Sprint than the Sprint store employees . Or they hire more competent people in general...

On June 7 I bought my first cell phone (Im 62 and I live under a rock) and I had a GREAT experience. I walked in the door and was immediately met with a friendly greeting by Justin. I was a bit daunted by the terminology but Justins explanations were a great help in understanding the technology. After comparing features, I settled on the iphone 5. Justin got me all set up in a timely manner. Later in the day I called with some questions and Justin was able to sort it out quickly over the phone.It was a great experience, I am very pleased with the transaction.

I walked into the store not knowing anything about cell phones. I had an old android phone. Josh recommended, without pressuring me, that I purchase a new phone that was more up to date. I did not go with the new phone. I had issues with security certificates and logging into my emails, because my phone was so old. I came back to Josh, who explained why my phone was having issues, he helped me upgrade with a new phone. He also helped me transfer my contacts and answered all my questions, there were many.He was helpful without being pushy. I had a good experience and did not feel stupid for now knowing what I didnt know. I would recommend anyone to come to your office and speak to Josh for help.

Every time we go there whether we have an issue or not, the customer service is excellent! Today I had an issue Ive had with other phones and instead of telling me I needed to get a new phone, they fixed the minor issue that was causing my problem. This stores the fantastic exception to Sprints overall customer service and a very pleasant one!

I came in to T-Mobile with a completely fried phone thinking I lost absolutely everything. Thomas helped me, he got me a new phone and retrieved every single photo I had in my fried phone. I have never been so pleased with T-Mobile before. Thomass service was absolutely outstanding. Any time I go to T-Mobile I will be asking for him from now on.

Explanation was nice and slow, as our understanding was meager.Quante was simply great---from start to finish, he knew what to do and at times worked collaboratively with others. Ill start by saying that I am very glad that the old manager is back. The manager they transfered in from a different location wasnt the best. Her and Eduardo helped me a lot in getting my bill fixed from an error made by T-Mobile. They helped me right away. Glad the old manager is back, and im glad that the company is helping that store out by bringing her back. 5 stars for her and her all new staff.

My boyfriend is actually the one who came in and I am honestly very upset by the service we received. First off, when we originally switched to sprint we spent over 400 dollars on various things and pay another 86 monthly for the phone plan we have. The first time we went a man named Edgar helped us and he was super great. This time we called ahead, we needed help to place a screen protector on an iPad pro. I figured no big deal, considering we are customers there and wanted to get the 20 dollar a month data plan for tablet deal. The man immediately refused on the phone and said they dont do that. Once my boyfriend called back and said we wanted a plan also suddenly he was fine with it. When he got there they refused to put the screen on the iPad without talking about the plan first. The screen protector on my screen was not placed well at all. There are bubbles and lint caught underneath the screen. Overall this all left a very bad taste in my mouth. Im honestly reconsidering my plan with sprint. Especially considering we bought an IPhone 6 SE from that particular store and the person who put the screen protector on (also bought at that store) said he would do it in the future for us.Added to the fact that after all of that it was not even done well. Well, I dont think I will be purchasing anything from sprint ever again, and Im probably going to cancel my plan.

This store is a joke, they have only 2 people working, one of them cannot do anything by herself she has no clue what is going on. Also they have not been able to solve my issue in well over a month and I keep getting the run-around. I was told the manager left early, was that a good idea with a person here who doesnt know what to do, and now she has disappeared yes I am in the store, she had no idea what to do but thats not a good reason to walk away. Shes back now. Now two people helping one customer while the rest of us have to sit and wait.

After an awful over hour wait with no help at the College store, and without the screen protector I needed, I was sent to this store. Amazing!! Davatemeo (sorry if I misspelled) and 2 other members helped me with minimal wait and smiles on their faces. Its nice to see employees treat customers with respect and no attitude. They will go for a hard sell. Be very clear about what device youre interested in, and the terms you desire. Remember that its ok to leave if they are offering you something other than those things. I was with Sprint for a few years and ended my contract early. In my experience, customer service AND the actual phone service is subpar with Sprint.

Abel is kind and has great customer service. I was able to get my phone with a good understanding of how it works; the billing information; the service connects and the protection with a cover; he personally recomended. T Mobile contains to assist me having just moved from Colorado. State to state access. Abel s time is valueable and giving me excellent one on one service. I am thankful his kindness shines. Terrible company none of the cashiers are willing to help you out. They tell you to do what you asked them on your own and they always use the excuse that there system is always down so they dont help. Also, the data is not the best I wouldnt recommend this company. However, when it comes to buying a phone their system works perfectly, and theyre all ears.

The girls there are disrespectful, loud and clueless. They were constantly making rude comments about thier manager (who was in the back) infront of customers and laughing about it, Im sure he heard. It was loud and annoying.What ever happened to conducting yourself professionally while working?I asked about my bill, she couldnt answer the question. She started going on about her plan, her phone, her moms what plan her mom has..I dont care! Im here for mine. Anything i asked she would stare blankly into the computer screen. I was there to pay the purchase price of my phone. Simple, right? No. She said keep the phone you dont have to pay for it. ?? Oh really?? These 2 gals say things to customers and when the customer questions it they laugh and say well i dont know i think, why dont you come back when someone is here who knows. Why are they there? Its like leaving children alone with no supervision. There should at least be 1 person there who knows what to do and oversees them, And not hide in the back. I think its called training.?This store is a joke.If Edgar or Steven are not there i will turn around and leave, i should of done it today.

I stopped by today at around 2pm and after waiting for 20 to 25 minutes for help it was finally my turn. While he was looking me up another customer came in to buy something and the associate decided he could help both of us. I was trying to tell him what my issue was and he kept telling me go ahead tell me what your problem is, I can multitask. It was so incredibly rude I left. Wont go back.

This store is horrible. The employees are rude, condescending, obnoxious, and ignorant of policy.Moreover, this store is owned by MobileOne LLC, not T-Mobile. If you want to do business directly with T-Mobile, go to one of the other T-Mobile stores in town (College Ave or Santa Rosa Plaza). This is a 3rd party corporation masquerading as T-Mobile.I will hasten to say that I like T-Mobile as a carrier very much. They offer very competitive rates are reasonably good customer service. Unfortunately, this particular retail outlet only serves to bring down T-Mobiles otherwise good name.

I had a great experience in this store. The other day that I upgraded my phone, Ivan was very helpful. He was very patient with me. He showed me the differences between the phones that I was indecisive and helped me narrow my choice. My brother was also very grateful for his service as he was able to communicate with him in Spanish to make sure his needs were met. I would definitely come back!The other time I went to change my phone, a boy named Ivan who spoke Spanish very well helped me. He helped me choose the phone I wanted and answered all my questions I had about the plan and the phone. I will definitely return to this store the next time I need something.

I was waiting for half an hour and I didnt even wonder what I was doing just because I speak Spanish... and I didnt want to speak English... Ive been there twice now and I always leave there to my displeasure…. It is not the best attention….. to each their own
