Do not go to this store. We opened up a business account last year which you need a valid ID and social for. It has been the most disappointing phone service and we ended up lodging a fradulent complaint. They charged us for 6 extra lines and devices which we were never approved. They had no activity for the first month because a tower was down in the area and they did not know when it would be activated again. Then they charged us $600 more for something we had not used. Do not be duped by their low prices and friendly staff. Absolutely disappointing.

Good store, went to upgrade phone and there was a line but the wait was overall short - they seem to know what they are doing and were very helpful with my upgrade - even gave me some advice on which phone and line was best for us. I’ll keep this store in mind next time I have to upgrade or get my phone fixed.

I added 2 lines but changed me 3 lines also I never bought Apple Watches they added my bill every month 40$. Pls be careful on this store.

Terrible service, was told that through a promotion our bill would be $140 for three phones and that the line we were adding would keep the same number. We lost the phone number and are paying $170 and they say theres nothing they can do, its just one of those tough situations Diego Garcia is the one who scammed us and all they did was retrain him. We were just guinea pigs for him to screw us over and we get nothing in return!

I came in to T-Mobile looking into switching from Sprint. When I arrived Abel greeted my family and I even though he was busy with another customer. He then helped us out and went in depth and explained the plans and options we had. Abel made the switch very easy and simple he was also able to transfer my information from the old device to the new one which was one of my biggest concerns. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. If we have any questions we will definitely be going back with him. Im glad I made the switch to T-Mobile!

Edit: Apparently someone got ahold of my information and ran up a T Mobile bill for several hundred dollars. The charges had nothing to do with me. I was paying as I went with my own phone, and I didnt stay with them for very long. This is the first time this has happened to me. The charges come from Santa Rosa T mobile.They are friendly and helpful! Edgar put a lot of time into helping me with my phone.I noticed that the people who came in were also happy with them and had only good things to say. I dont feel hustled at all, and I usually do in other places. Im glad I found this store.

I checked the reviews for the other Sprint stores in Santa Rosa, and they were dismal. I mean really awful. I almost gave up on the idea of switching to Sprint from Verizon, but I saw the reviews for this store. It is not a corporate store, so its not fancy and filled with phones and gadgets. Dont let the lack of gloss fool you. What they have are really well trained and polite employees who explained all, and got me two very excellent phones with a plan that I like and understand. This is the real deal. Dont go anywhere else with your Sprint questions. Courteous, competent and fast. Who knew such phone stores existed?

This T Mobil store has given me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to Alfredo, Alan and Coby. Real professional guys with a good sense of humor and well trained. My husband and I switched to T Mobil from Verizon and Page Plus. It took 4 days, 8 phone calls and 5 port attempts to get my number over but these guys were patient and did all they could to solve the problem, putting me at ease. I would recommend T Mobil and I would NOT recommend Page Plus. Thanks guys! T Mobil, give these guys a bonus!

Best customer service Ive encountered at a wireless store--though the lone employee behind the counter was helping other people, he took a sec to acknowledge me and to let me know hed be with me as soon as he was done helping them. I know it seems like a small thing, but that kind of service counts for a lot to me. And, once he did help me he was able to fiddle with my plan to improve it and get me a new device (I was upgrading from the Galaxy Note 4 to the Note5) with no out-of-pocket, the same monthly bill, and a $200 credit to my account. I know some of this is Sprints retention policies, but I walked out pleased with the outcome when I had just intended to get a warranty replacement on my old device. One thing worth noting: if you need repair or replacement service theyll have to send you downtown to the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall location.
