I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I came here to add 2 lines to my plan and get 3 new phones. We were helped by Jessica Garcia. And listen yall, she was literally the MOST helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales person I have EVER experienced. I was thoroughly impressed. She answered all our questions and got us exactly what we wanted while constantly multitasking several different things with ease, and also helping her coworkers with questions. Also she has a talent with explaining things that normally sound like Greek to me. Like this woman deserves the biggest raise. Also if she ran for office I think I would vote for her, lol. The world needs more Jessica Garcias. Thank you for your excellence Jessica!

Their service doesn’t work at my home and they don’t care. Two year contract says I pay and pay and pay. Reply: I went into this store and was told I could only buy out the contract and then I called T-Mobile directly and nope, the contract is superior to your service. So you want me to try again? How, why? T-Mobile sells contracts not service.

Horrible customer service. Some of the reps can’t be bothered to look up your account to see what’s the problem. I went into the store because I wasn’t getting any data on my phone or watch and since I mentioned that I had gone to another T-Mobile the previous day. The rep didn’t bother to look at my account and with an attitude told me to go back to the location I had gone on previous day. Turns out the internet was turned off and all he needed to do was press a button to turn back on. So thanks to his laziness what could’ve taken less than a minute turned into almost a hour with the drive to other location.

Tmobile was the worst provider Ive had. Signed up just before traveling overseas in hopes to have a good service. Worst service. Bought a mobile hotspot and was told that it was unlockable after 40days of service. Device is locked and not allowed to be unlocked. They lied or didnt know...which is the same to me since I paid for item and I cannot use overseas. Anyways, dont trust. They are not trained and none really care. Paid a lot of money for nothing. ...I think AT&T may have been better, but I was hopeful since Tmobile is a German company.

Didn’t greet and welcome people- just stood around while they played around with their phones, chew gum and talked among themselves. When it was my turn - she immediately said I needed to go to MV iPhone. I explained that did not drive and suggested she go into settings and please take a look. She did and after a few clicks she fixed it. So they did not show any effort to try and fix until I pleasantly nudged them-not my job-this was at grossmont center.

Shout out to Mari at the La Mesa TMO location. She helped bring on a new customer from Boost to T-Mobile. Helped us by working with their customer service to transfer line and suggested new services. People come to T-Mobile for their excellent customer service and locked price plans. We will continue to recommend T-Mobile to others. Thank you!

Went to this T-Mobile to get the iPhone 15 and one of the workers, Jessica, was listening in to our conversations, adding comments, and started to run my credit without permission. Terrible service.

Hit or miss with this location. Jessica was rude over the phone. All I wanted was to get clarification of why I had charges under my fathers line and she dismissed me and told me she can’t help me. She just wanted to send me to customer service. I’m the one that pays for the phone bill and she could have helped but she chose not to. This is why this place always has new employees. Jessica should not work customer service if she’s going to have that stank attitude and not be willing to help people. Look for a different job Jessica!Michael, this wasn’t just over the phone. My father went back into the store and she was completely rude to him as well. She was too busy texting to help!
