I came into the store to obtain help for transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. It was a 2 hour process because my old phone was full. During the whole time, I was being helped by George and Sam. They made me feel welcome and had wonderful conversation with me. They made the process and easy and comfortable. They solved my issues and were professional and kind!

I typically dont write reviews for specific employees, but my experience with this particular employee had a profound effect on how I feel about T mobile as a company.In the last 12-14 days, I got a notification from Samsung saying I needed to perform a software update, which happens from time to time when they patch security issues and make some changes based on the feedback they are receiving from their customers. However, I usually am given the option to delay the update or start it immediately. Not this time. I had to start the update immediately in order to continue using my phone, which was a first for me. So I updated it, and when it finished, I immediately noticed that my phome was performing much slower, and my data was being throttled. I was experiencing latency as Id never before seen it. I also noticed a lot of Bloatware was installed on my phone, which I could not remove.I immediately drove to this T Mobile store feeling very upset. I was helped with 2 minutes of walking in by a very welcoming,Kind, disarming young lady named Celia.I told her everything that was goingAnd, within 20 minutes, she had it fixed for me, and she was all smiles the whole. It was very obvious to me during my visit that she took pride in her work, and it was important to her that I left satisfied.I am beyond impressed with her work ethic and customer service skills. I hope she is appreciated there because employees like her are difficult to come by. I would not hesitate for a second to hire her myself if I had the opportunity.Thank you, Celia!

Celia!! Went above and beyond and was extremely patient. My husband brought my mother-in-law in to have her added onto our plan. My MIL couldn’t remember passwords, etc. to her old phone in order to get the pictures/data transferred to the new phone. Celia took her time and was able to do it all!! She is amazing and a true asset to T-Mobile :) Thank You!!

I visited this location to purchase a phone for my daughter, Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me to get a great deal on her phone as well as an Apple Watch for myself! I will definitely come back to Sam for all my phone needs.

Great customer service,I was trying to get my phone service transferred to T-Mobile, but my current provider was making it a bit difficult to allow that process. This team was able to help me every step until I was able to get my service transferred to them. Marcus and Dashar both great friendly caring people made sure everything was good until the every end with my new phone and service. Thank you!

I was very impressed with your staff at Trinity T-mobile today. I came in because my bill seemed alittle high. First, I was greeted by everyone. Sammy came over greeted me again then helped me with my issue. He also saved me $20 on my line. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.

Stop looking, Go here: Trinity & Eight MileThe only way to ensure you get the best possible deal with all available perks is to make your purchase in-store. Seriously, stop looking and go the T-mobile store in Stockton at Trinity Parkway and Eight Mile Road.The staff were knowledgeable, well trained and focused on customer service. I was surprised how well versed they were on the plan nuances and offerings.An example of something I overlooked was the significant impact of ‘Taxes and fees extra’ vs ‘Taxes and fees included’. I understood the difference, but didn’t realize how they were used to move customers to sway customers. A plan with ‘…Fees extra’ is often a 2 line plan and it can makes it appear extremely cheap, when in reality it’s often not.I have no doubt you’ll pay more purchasing online or over the phone. You can’t continue to ask questions online and I guarantee the online site won’t toss in something extra to sweeten the deal.I left with a different plan than I expected, saved money and got more. I learned several of my initial assumptions were either wrong or incomplete. The cheapest advertised plan, may not be the cheapest plan for you based on your mix of devices (iPads, watches etc.)Lastly, one thing I really liked: as we went through the process, they continued to ask questions, building on their understanding of ‘what was important to me’ related to plan perks and price. They made sure I made an informed decision.I highly recommend the T-Mobile store at Trinity Parkway. Great customer service and attention to detail.
