They added a line saying it was free that I never even added a device to it. It took two phone calls to get the line removed and the money credited back. There were additional charges that they would not credit me back due to this. They scam you for commission. I can’t wait to switch back to AT&T.

Rushed into this location thinking it would take awhile. Craig was amazing!! I had issues with my wifis(2), and Craig fixed both within minutes. I was on the phone over an hour last Saturday and the problem still was not fixed. Craig is one heck of an asset to T-MOBILE.I was able to make it back to my office before my clients arrived. Nice sales associate, fun conversation. Lack of openness when it came to the price of things, wasn’t up front about how much it was going to cost and how much our bill was going to change when upgrading/adding lines. We were coming from Verizon, and Tmobile is entirely different.Didn’t really explain the promotions, didnt let me chose what I transferred on my phone. Also sold us the insurance without telling us the price and didnt give us the option to change insurance (theres 3 different ones which I found out afterwards)2 stars because it was quick, -3 stars because he was here for the sales not to help us transition from another service and new phones.

2 separate service issues with this location. The 1st time I went in to this store, the girls working seemed bored and uninterested in providing any assistance, when tended, to I was purchasing a new phone line, so I didnt need anything fancy, but at least something that would be decent. I was told I would be getting a Samsung A32, but the agent came out with a Samsung A12 given these are lower end models and I didnt really need a powerhouse phone that would do flips and twists while riding a horse backwards, I accepted the A12 thinking it would suffice. Boy was I wrong, Ill spare the details, but lets just say that A12 can barely dial a call or send a message without a hiccup or pause in performance. It just sits in my drawer now waiting to be traded up for no real value.My most recent issue with this store is that I purchased an Apple watch for my wife for mothers day, I was supposedly getting a deal where the watch was $200 off retail price. That sounded GREAT, until I got the bill and saw that the watch plan (included) was double the cost of the regular paired plan and includes features that were A) not disclosed B) not needed and C) locks us into this contract without any way to downgrade the plan until the watch is paid off in full. Way to deceive your customers at this location T-Mobile. Coming from Sprint for over 20 years this place and Company has NOT lived up to its hype. Definitely wont be coming to this location for any more cell phone needs and seriously considering paying off ALL of our devices and switching carriers, this location from both experiences has failed and I see no reason to continue to support such deception.I try to give local businesses a fair chance and after back to back poor experiences, Id say I did that here. Wish this location handled customers with honest, sincere, transparent service because honestly, thats really all I wanted.

I always feel like Im appreciated as a customer when I go to this store. Probably one of the main reasons Ive been with T-Mobile for over 15 years. T-Mobile might have its issues but Cathy and her team know their stuff.

Aubrey gave me the absolute best customer service experience in a phone store I have ever experienced. He knew my questions before I asked them and was so thoughtful to go above and beyond demonstrating the features of the new phone compared to my old phone- very grateful he helped me. Aubrey was quick and extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about what my needs were. Thank you Aubrey for taking the time.

Wonderful 👍 great employees that are very eager to help us they had a full house when we walked in and even though I had already made my purchase over the internet they still gave me just as much attention as I deserved and even more so since I had bought a phone for a friend who completely doesnt understand that they are not there to help her understand what a Mobil phone can do and what year it actually is ! Omg OMG!!! FOR REAL!! BUT THEY HANDLED HER LIKE A CHAMP!!! 🏆🎖️ Cant believe it I was not able to keep my patients as well as they were 😂lol jk!!Anyways thank you a million we are very happy with all we got and everything you have helped us with and will definitely recommend your store over any other !!!

Was able to get help almost immediately. The first person did not know how to fix the issue. One of her coworkers stepped over and, with three clicks, fixed the issue I was having and then explained how I could do it if it happens again. In and out in 5 mins.

I visited the location on Plaza Dr yesterday to purchase a new phone for my dad as his old phone was giving him issues. I was welcomed and checked in by an extremely professional and friendly representative named Erick who coincidentally ended up assisting me. I always have a pleasant experience with T Mobile via call center or in an office location but this experience embodied superior service. Erick was able to effectively multi-task and support other customers and employees all while making everyone feel like they were his number 1 priority. He engaged in rapport with me while completing the smart switch and kept me informed on its progress so I knew the next steps. When the office got very busy I mentioned how I can complete the process on my own and Erick put me at ease by letting me know I was not an inconvenience to him and finished everything in just a few additional minutes all while actively assisting others. People like Erick are why I will never leave T Mobile.

I have been having customer service issues with t-mobile online/chat/phone customer service. T-mobile has been improperly charging me for a new S22 that was supposed to be free with my trade in. I went to this location to see if someone could help me but I was told that if I didnt buy my phone from there, they couldnt/ wouldnt help me. I was planning on buying my daughter a new phone during the same visit but decided to leave after the dismissive attitude if the representative.

The Gateway plaza offers amazing service ! I had a poor experience at another location in town and was contacted by Tim the territory manager to resolve my issue . Tim went above and beyond .He was kind and understanding, even went as far as to contact the store in advance to make sure the return was handled seamlessly. Mimi was super friendly and knowledgeable, she communicated w/ John regarding my return . -She was professional and allowed the experience to go smoothly! Thank you T-Mobile for making me feel valued as a customer!

My family and I were originally with Sprint. We came in on Sunday March 28 to set up a new plan and get upgrades. There was confusion due to our Sprint plan and the person helping us told us that she was gonna call us back on Monday with a solution. Its been a few days later and still no update.edit: They took care of the numerous issues we had with five of our lines and they were great at finding us the best deals possible. Lito, Erik, and Eric T. took great care of us and provided great service.

This T-mobile store is one of the worst I have been to, and I am ashamed to say that I have to visit it out of convenience.Every time that I come to this store, I am appalled at the way that the store representatives are allowed to treat the customers. They blatantly offended me today, and it isnt the first time; its just the straw that broke the camels back. The first issue I had with the Retail Sales Representative would be Lawrence with brown skin, black curly hair at his shoulders, and some facial hair. I had come into the store 40 minutes before closing and I had my name put on the list to be served in the order of arrival. However, being Mexican/European gives me a white complexion and clearly Lawrence had a problem with that. After finishing with the prior customer, he looks at the list of names, looks at me, and then looks at the guy next to me. He sees that the guy next to me has his same skin tone and he gets a smirk on his face as he calls Christian! Lawrence proceeds to chat it up with Christian as I go and take a look at the list to verify that my name was put down before his. Yes, my name is there, not crossed out, and Christians is after mine and crossed out. The previous 5 customers helped before me never got skipped. Lawrence sees me looking directly at him after I check the list, with a puzzled look on my face, and quickly looks back to Christian and gives him a quick grin; Lawrence knew what he did was wrong, but he enjoyed making me wait 15 minutes longer for service despite my having not earned any poor treatment. That is racist behavior and it is not unheard of in this plaza. I have seen it before at the Costco nearby, and now I am a victim of it as well.Its not only that Lawrence cheated me out of my spot on the list, but the store was actually closing in 20 minutes as I had been waiting for 20 minutes after arriving 40 minutes prior to closing. Long after my turn, I finally got to another representative at 5 minutes to closing and he gave me a hassle about finding my account so that he could resolve my issue. According to him, he could not find my account with the last four of my social or my name. He absolutely needed to have my phone number. Unfortunately, I did not have my prior phone number as my phone was stolen, and one check in the system would have verified this as I reported it stolen to T-mobile. My service was suspended and I needed a SIM card and new phone.The sales representative that actually served me never gave me another option except finding my old phone number that I had only had for a week before my phone was stolen. And I refused to wait until the next day to come back for more bad service from these representatives. As I was trying to figure out a way to find my prior number, the service representative finally decides to stop playing games. He got a new phone and a new SIM and told me that I could call customer service to reactivate my service.Its amazing how being 10 minutes passed closing time will motivate an employee to serve you properly, even when they dont want to.Please write to corporate about this behavior if you see it. I am going to do just that. I am sick of dealing with these lazy racist employees. This has all been going on for at least 5 years according to the Yelp reviews. Lets put an end to it.

We went on a weekday morning, so there was only 1 person in front of us, and the wait was just 10 mins or so. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Extremely pleased with our entire experience. Love T-Mobile! Great plans and service.

Went to two T mobile l9cations in Vallejo. The one on Plaza Dr was Clised Thursday 5/19 and listed as open today. Went there and they ate closed again. Note on door being closed for employees and customers protection. No word how long it will be closed. Then went to the one on Sonoma Blvd. Open. Great. But theyre Sprint system offline maybe back up tomorrow but no guarantee if will be working. Go to El Cerrito. Just need a simple fix. 3 stars. Also, no longer can get an appointment.

I went there to trade my old iphone to my new samsung. I checked everything on the box of the samsung phone. Everthing is new except the phone. There some marks that the phone was been used. The person keep telling me that the phone is new. So i said ok i have insurance for the phone just incase what happened. Then, here is the worst part. Remember i checked everything on the box. The phone comes with the fast wall charger. And when i checked the wall charger it was labeled fast charger then i grab something on my car while the phone is on process of activating. When i got home, and about to charge my phone, my wall charger was replaced with the damn regular wall charger.

Put on hold for almost 15 minutes from the start of the phone call and never got helped, then decided to call back to ask for higher management to talk to about this and got told there is no higher management due to the store being a corporate owned store and got hung up on because I wanted to speak to management about this instead of the same dude that forgot that I was on hold. Customer service is a joke at this store.
