If I could I would rate it 10/10 stars. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. They took care of all of my needs and problems with my phone. I would definatetly recommend them to all of my friends and family. I love T-Mobile!

Horrible services! Was told to come in at 10 AM by Jibrn on a Saturday for assistance. Jibrn doesn’t work on the weekend! Oh, and none of the staff wanted to assist with my issues. Customer services has gone down the drain!

Best location!!!Went in on Sunday to get my screen protector replaced and was greeted right away. Eric was able to help me, it was such a fast and easy process. Will be coming to this location from now on.

This store is awesome! The store manager Marvin & Luz are the best! They fixed a problem for my friend that another T-Mobile store created. My friend went to T-Mobile on sepulveda when she lost her phone and they convinced her to get a new phone with a new phone number even though she had been paying for insurance! When she told me, I felt that they had totally taken advantage of her because shes older & not very tech savvy. When we went to the store they lied to us and tried to cover their tracks. So we went over to this T-Mobile at Crenshaw near Coliseum and they were so great. Super knowledgeable and helped my friend get her replacement phone and her old number back. They even waved the restocking fee and totally refunded the money she spent on the new phone.All these cell phone providers are basically selling the same stuff, you need to know that you can trust the staff to give you what you need, not trying to hustle you into spending money. Marvin & Luz are the type of people you can trust!

Worst experience ever!! Location sucks! Every time I go, they never seem to get it right or offer good Custer service. Today wasted over an hour just for them to say, we’ll have to wait for the cops to show up before I can continue helping you.They should’ve had someone else deal with the issue in the store like someone who was just helping customers pay bills instead of ppl actually trying to OPEN NEW LINES AND NEW PHONES!If you aren’t of color don’t come to this area because your own kind won’t assist you.

Today I received 5 star service from yankely.Im a Sprint legacy customer and she helped me set up an online account under T-Mobile and also add an international plan on my other line over seas.She took the time to go over all myquestions and had the patience to answer eachone of them in detail.

I went to trade in my phone and upgrade but no one helped me at all. Mind you they were busy but after 20 minutes no one spoke, addressed me or acknowledged that I was there. Horrible customer service. If i could give a 0 that would be more appropriate. Sad I will have to go to another area to get my phone upgraded.
