2024-05-03 21:55:40We were extremely happy with the customer service provided to us by Jayson and Rashad! We have transferred our cell services from Verizon to T- Mobile and they made the transition seamless and easy. Now, were saving $$ every month and also upgraded our cellphones. Kudos to their team in this location.We actually planned on going to the the Davis location, but the the girl that took our inquiry phone call was lacking in customer services training.

2024-01-14 15:47:30Hands down James went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this store. We traveled from a distance to get the galaxy ultra 23 no tmobile store in our area had it and each store did not give good service like these guys in west sac.James made the transaction quick and easy. He answered all my questions. Shout out to the manager for helping out to he had great opinion on the phone and thats what i was looking for too.Thanks Guys

2023-04-04 16:24:32I went there to get a new phone in December and start a new line and plan. I was helped by Joshue and he told me that I could trade in my old iPhone X and that there was a deal going on for $800 off of a phone, so I could essentially get the iPhone 14 for free. I agreed, and although it took a long time (4 hours), he was nice and answered all of my questions. I asked MANY times, and he assured me that I could get this deal and I would not have to change my phone # to get this $800 off deal which was the impression I was under previously from a phone conversation with customer service. He told me that my first months bill would be less, my second and third months bills would be a little more, and then my fourth months bill would be back to the normal price that it would be. Well, March rolls around and my payment was still very high. I called customer service and come to find out that I was NEVER enrolled in this $800 deal and that I didnt even actually technically qualify for it because I was previously on a different account and plan with TMobile. I would NOT have gotten a new phone if this was not a deal, and this is NOT in my budget. I feel like I was lied to and blindly signed up for something that is now putting me in an incredibly sticky situation, and I would not have gotten this phone if I could not get the $800 off.

2018-05-29 01:19:21Product knowledge and service contract knowledge is essential to any business. I would suggest training before the employee gets to the store rather than on the job training so much that it does a disservice to the customer. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 17 years and have never had as many problems as I had on this visit since doing business with T-Mobile. Long story short I believe I spent almost 3 hours at this store and spent well over the amount that I was originally told I was going to be spending to make changes on my account. This visit was a huge disappointment and I blame T-Mobile more than the employee since its T-Mobiles responsibility to make sure that they have their employees knowledge base up to speed.

Julio was very attentive and helpful, that I forgot about my limited English. He fixed my billing issue and helped with additional line and phone.Im grateful for such amazing and professional employees as Julio .

2022-02-13 04:02:16I was there tonight to purchase two I phone the sales person was nice however the manager has negative attitude and loves to say No to customer. As I walked in and ask sales assistant if they have I phone 13 pro max the store manager from far away said no .however, the sales associate was super nice I have customer with T mobile for years and never had this kind of experience in the store but this store manager is absolutely deserve no star . We ended up walk away because of the store manager attitude I was there today around 7 40 pm
