Im not an advocate to have a location closed, but the service I received yesterday was far from having professionalism. T-mobile as a company needs to hire people who actually want to understand the needs of the customer(s). The assistant manager and her supervisor are the worst. They refer to their own employees from customer service as people that know nothing and they from India, so I dont listen to them anyway. I read the negative feedback of another reviewer about six months ago after they visited this location, and it was true from my experience. I honestly think they just dont like providing the same level of customer satisfaction as they do with the other groups that left a great review. I wont be the last African American to visit this store, but to those who are looking for better service, please AVOID at all cost. Ive been with T-mobile for over 12 years, and Im sure thats longer than both of them, two employee collectively working at T-mobile.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Going here at all cost!!!

Visited to purchase a prepaid SIM card for my nothing phone 1. Staff was kind but made a really crucial mistake. For some reason they didnt get my phone to work, which I doubt, because I have never had any issues with this phone. In the process, they reset all my connectivity settings, meaning I now have to remember and re-enter passwords for some 50 wifi-networks, and I have to reconnect all my Bluetooth devices. . The individual that helped me used a demo SIM for me to test everything out. He then left that simcard in. We paid $71,- for a prepaid SIM that thus didnt work. I then found out I was able to control subscriptions for about 16 other phone numbers, possibly of other users. Luckily, staff at a different store were able to remove that SIM, transfer my subscription to a new SIM that did work, only because I still had the card that came with the supposed-to-be-inside SIM.Please make sure that you check if your SIM and phone have full functionality after this stores staff touched it.

I am very disappointed in the type of customer service that I received with my wife. I work for a large company and I deal daily with hundreds of clients and I have never provided that bad attention that Enrique received, I think as a representative of a company, how can you Coming to tell the client to go to another company just for commenting or asking questions that he did not like A comment is good but you can never come to tell the client to go and not so much to still be making comments with colleagues and commenting If you dont like what youre doing here, now why dont I think that you lack training or a good attitude to serve customers? We asked for the supervisor but they were never introduced to us take actions and train the staff in attitude the person who attended me was Vanesa I think or jannessa but her service was excellent but this guy Enrique the worst service i have had in my entire time as a t mobile customer dont recommend this guy to help you

Shi..ty service in this store. It is a nightmare to deal with Erika and her supervisor. If you just want to receive help, dont even bother to try dealing with them. Stay away of this T Mobile Store

Today my mother and I were helped by Yonis. He was extremely attentive and such a gentleman to my elderly mother! He made sure she understood everything and received the best deal. Would definitely recommend him and his colleagues for service!

They told me I had no choice but to get a tracker added on to my upgrade.When I called customer service it turns out they lied to me.When I left the store, my new phone sim card wasnt even activated, had to go to another store just to activate it.Really I wanted to just get a new phone to replace the one I lost.Not only did I have to go back to this store so that I wouldnt get charged for anything related to the item on a monthly basis. They even charged me to return something I clearly never wanted In the first place. Thankfully T-Mobile customer service line was able to help me undo the wrongs made by this store.Usually I have a good experience transparent service at T-Mobile stores.this store doesnt uphold that standard.Save your time and sanity and just go to a different store.

Arec and CJ were really kind and helpful! Arec helped me save some money, add some lines and waved a fee. Really amazing. It was a super easy process. Highly recommend this location!

Yonis was super ultimately helpful with my phone experience trading my old one for an upgrade. He’s very informative and assures you know all the details of what you’re getting into and he’ll meet your needs to no end! Yonis is the meaning of customer service!!

Yonis is the best t mobile professional on the planet ! He needs to be running this company one day. Personal, understanding, kind, and energy like no other. All business will be brought here even though I live 1hr away.Can’t wait to give this company more money because of this guy.

Salesman Hugo did a bait and switch on my elderly father. Dont trust the store at all. They did NOT disclose that they put my plan on a 24 month commitment in order to get a phone for $50. I was on the phone with my father to make sure my plan didnt change and Hugo reassured me that nothing would be changed on my account. I tried to call today and ask for the manager and Hugo answered and argued with me then hung up! I tried calling back and no one answers.Buyer BEWARE!!
