The behavior exhibited by your staff was not only unprofessional but also entirely unacceptable. No customer should be treated in such a manner, and it is deeply troubling that this kind of service is being provided by a company that I have previously trusted.

We walked in to find out about their plans and ended up walking out with new phones, new plan, and a cheaper monthly bill! Iris and her team took care of us and answered ALL the questions we had. They didn’t even mind staying past the store hours to finalize our new plan. Overall great experience!

It was time to wait n wait in a crowded small room for the chance to wait longer for a new phone with agent who look like they just woke up from the dead. Yes, you all know what its like to wait. Looking at all the agents helping their customers, you can almost read the agents minds. No smiling, or interaction with their customers and the ones waiting to be served have the same doomed look! Well it was my turn, the young man was scared to pronounce my name and from that moment we laughed interacted with each other and even with the customer next to me. It was all worth the 1 or 2 hour wait. I left happy with my new phone and a new friend in Ryan. Ryan was all I didnt expect my agent T Mobile agent to be. He has excellent customer service skills, kind, knowledgeable, patience and friendly something you really dont see in this type of franchise. Ty, Ryan you really are a real example to your employer. God has blessed.

TLDR. scam store, fake mandatory insurance policy, they signed me up for an EIP I did not agree to and horrible scam way they move/sell accessories, so do not visit that store.I walked in trying to add a line and trade in a phone. They said that they had 3 accessories that come free with the phone and offered if I paid an extra 20 bucks a screen protector. I did not to pay anything extra besides the phone.Then they said theres a MANDATORY 3 month phone protection plan that I needed to get to get the 3 accessories. I declined, but they said the couldnt sell the phone without agreeing to the protection plan. Something about buyers remorse. I still declined and they told me that after a month I can go online and cancel the plan. I just said ok.Manager went on lunch.Purchase was made and I checked my receipt. Saw that they charged me for the 3 accessories on an EIP I didnt agree to. I told them whats this, they said it would be credited by corporate. I asked them for a promo code/pCode so if I dont get credit I can bring it up. They didnt have anything and they didnt want to sign anything.Manager came back from lunch and said that it was put in incorrectly and they refunded and restarted the process. He then told me we could do it his way or mine, I was confused.It turns out that the Free was service fee, not the accessories. If I purchased 50 dollars worth of accessories, the service fee would be voided. But if I didnt want them, then a 25 dollar service fee would be put on.Im ok with paying for accessories to not pay service fee, business and store has to move products, but they straight up tried scamming me and saying differently on everything.Ended up calling corporate and asked about everything and they said insurance is not mandatory when buying a phone, they cancelled it. There are no active promos for accessories, so it was just that store and they shouldnt have signed me up for an EIP without telling me first. Dont visit that store.

Went to T-Mobile at this location and was definitely the best service i have ever had at a T-Mobile store, Daniel was able to help he out with getting my warranty work done for my phone and helped me getting 2 sims, added warranty on another phone all in less then a blink of an eye, Thank You so much, Highly recommend coming in to this store.

This guy Alex that helped me horrible customer service. I asked questions he didnt even want it to answer. What a bad experience if I was the owner he totally wouldnt be working at my store . He just want it me to sign. Not even explaining anything. Poor service, wont come back here for anything. He thinks all customer are the same . Poor training, lack of knowledge and insufficient attitude towards customers. I will notify corporate of this t mobile dealer .

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. They denied service to my 91 year old grandmother. T-Mobile customer service line directed us to this location. The manager even denied service to the customer service representative on the phone. The manager was very rude not only to my mother but also my 91 year old grandmother. I truly believe that management should be re-evaluated.

Employees do not even notice or dont want to notice you are there. The look on their faces like I hate my job vibes. Uqqh since when Tmobile went like this every store is not nice to visit..

I’ve been to the T Mobile in orange at the outlets where I got my screen protector replaced same day with my phone purchase plan. And went to this location because I was in the area and they said they mail me my screen protector to my home address. This is just said, they didn’t want to put on a simple screen protector on my phone.

This place is unorganized when theres alot of people in store. They should have someone to register people so they know who next in the right order. Also it should be first come serve not helping other people just because its something quick like pay bill. Thats why now they have auto pay or online service on the T-Mobile app. to pay your bill or helping other people first because of race or gender. The only bad thing that this T-Mobile is the only one here in this area.
