Mauricio was such a delightful experience! My husband and I went into this store today to get new iPhones and Mauricio made the experience so smooth and efficient. We really appreciate his kindness and are grateful he is the one who took care of us today. Thank you Mauricio!!!

I was very pleased with the help of Ky....., (Kyera?) with re-activating my iPhone 15, and my watch, even in buying a replacement charger for it. She even tried doing a specific request of mine to get rid of a 203 area code, but doing so would terminate the protection plan after the swapping of phone numbers I needed to keep. I wanted to buy her dinner for such help, over and beyond the call of duty, but she politely declined. She helped me with my complicated situation very willingly. Best customer service!

I was having trouble updating my phone so I took it into the Tmobile store off Monterey. Kurt took out my SIM card on my iphone 13 and ive been having recurrent issues with my phone since. The first issue popped up as soon as I left the store as though I thought the problem was solved. My phone was getting pop ups I didnt understand so I went back in and kurt looked at my phone and said oh... you should back up your phone just in case. He took my phone to work on it AGAIN and the pop ups stopped. Few days later I loose service and spent hours on the phone with tmobile tech support trying to download my eSIM due to Kurt taking out my SIM card. I got my service back for about 12 hours and as of right now, I have no service. I took my phone into another Location at the westfield mall and Tony was able to give me another SIM card but my phone isnt able to read it. Tony said take it to the apple store for diagnostic testing which im currently in line for. Its day 4 now without any service. I called the store off Monterey and the manager Omar told me that it seems like its been a recurring issue with my phone and that he cant help me over the phone. Why would I want to go back to the store thta caused this issue! Im paying for service that I havent been able to use. Dont fix it if its not broken!! Ive had this issue since Kurt took out my SIM card for no reason, no one asked him to. Its been days dealing with this issue and clearly Omar and Kurt at the Monterey store in Palm Desert dont understand how important service is now a days. Very disappointed.

I came in yesterday with my mom after having a bad experience with the T-Mobile on El Paseo. I got help by Leo the manager, Kurt, Wendy, and Gilbert. The customer service was top tier, I was welcomed in like I was one of they’re own. I recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, easy, understanding, friendly service. Not only did I walk out with what I was looking for but much more with great deals and with no hassle so thank T-Mobile team for inviting us in💗.

Went in for a simple screen protector replacement. Couldnt deliver due to there slow tablet system. Was givin false information on warranty for my galaxy fold 4. Clearly more training needed at location.

New phone needed info transferred. At first it looked promising. Then he told me he couldnt transfer text. It was done last time by horrible rep at the palm springs store. He said dont know how she did it. Now only half my pics on new phone. While what he did get done he sat and played on his phone at the table with me. Nice customer service Freddie and Kristy. NOT!!

Getting a new phone has never been so easy. Biggest thank you to Jackie at this location for all her Knowledge and phenomenal customer service. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and made the process very speedy and great. I came in last minute due to breaking my phone and she took very good care of me. 10/10 👍🏽

Leo the manager is a top notch salesman and knows his product. We are switching from Verizon due to the better deals offered and the hassle free environment Leo created. The phones I wanted were out of stock at his store and he had them later the same day. I highly recommend Leo and this store. Thank you Leo for providing the customer service experience that has been lost at other companies.

I dont know what happened. It used to be a good store very helpful even but Im still salty this store wouldnt do anything about stealing $400 from us. Its not OUR fault you charged my card 3 times for the SAME bill. No no the GM said we had to call TMobile. If they didnt care what happens if someone didnt have $600 in their account? Is it their fault you guys dont know how to charge me for a bill like you have countless times before? Is it my fault your employees werent put my screen protector in the system? No train them better or fix your customer service. I strongly suggest paying cash or watch your account. Never had issues before not even through the pandemic up until recently. Fix your customer service or just watch what you charge people
