I went in last week to switch my service over... and the service agents there were very knowledgeable, patient, ready to help and just pleasant to work with! Probably the best cell phone store I have worked with... Many thanks to Lalo, my problem wasnt easy to figure out but he did it and he made it really easy on me!

Needed to swap my old phone for a new one. The people at the Scotts Valley location took care of it easily. No waiting either! This location is new and not well known yet, so no waiting!
