Awesome costumer service! I was looking for a specific phone and I got it for free because theres still lots of promotions. Great knowledge from all of them. I will need a new phone again and I am definitely coming here again 🥰 Also the Store was clean.

Feb.7,2024 — The employees are not inviting it made me uncomfortable that one of the agents did not even bother to stand up while talking to me. My issue was not even resolved after the conversation. I was just told to “wait” which is not the answer I was expecting. Do not come here i hope these employees get fired or close this tmobile store.

Got there, the female customer service representative made it seem like she was going to help me. I told her what I wanted. Then a couple of minutes later she said she had to leave and that I was going to have to go back in line. You know what I did I left. Ill never return here again. She should have just left and not even helped me.

My Internet provider had a problem with someone hitting their equipment and I needed Internet. I went and got T-Mobile home Internet and from walking into the store to having Internet in my home was less than 1-1/2 hours! It is faster than my old service and $20 per month less expensive. Im not going back to my old provider!

This T-Mobile is the only T-Mobile store we’ll visit in Stockton. Maggie is fantastic—wonderful service!

I came in to get my screen replaced because I pay additional services to get replacement screens. Miguel took his time helping someone with their Facebook login for 40 mins instead of helping me for five minutes. Make the drive somewhere else because everyone take forever to get a simple task done.

In February, I switched from ATT to T-mobile, and in 3 months, I was promised a promotion for every new line. 3 months later, when the deadline was up, I still hadnt received the money. When I called support, they treated me bureaucratically. They didnt even try to help me. Then I turned to Miguel, who was very attentive to my problem and thanks to his help I received all the money due to me.Thanks, Miguel!

All my visits her have been pleasant but my most recent one was awesome. The Gal that helped me out was such a peoples person, good attitude, down to earth, easy to work with. Not all TMobile locations are the same.

I needed to purchase a phone for my grandson who is leaving for college next year, and they COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL!! I was greeted as soon as I entered by several sales associates, experts AND management!Gabe, the sales expert, immediately evaluated my previous plan, assessed my needs, then found a new plan that covered both of us AND saved me money!My plan was so old, we encountered a couple of hiccups, and the managers, Miriam and Danny both helped resolve the issue. They all worked so well together, and the levels of knowledge and professionalism were exemplary.Gabe even went to the trouble to look up any extra promotions and found me an upgraded phone and free earbuds after rebate.I am not tech savvy in the least, so he and Miriam worked together to expedite the rebate for me!!Im a lifelong T-Mobile customer who, basically, keeps my T-Mobile account because of the excellent customer service I always receive at this location.
