Great location. I went here to get my phone switched from AT&T and there was a couple hiccups but the techs there we able to solve the issues and get me on board! Very knowledgeable personnel on their team!

As a new tmobile customer i recently posted a not so stellar review with regards to this store. my new razr + 2023 developed a flaw on the main screen within the 14 day return period and whilst the store did not initially handle my concerns the store manager cesar rodriguez followed up with me and replaced my phone with another one he had in stock. another store assoc christian facilitated the return and activated my same line in a very quick and professional manner. the customer service was spot on so much so that i made a point of telling cesar that even if the return process was not accepted and i had to live with the screen flaw, i appreciated the follow up and the effort to take care of the issue. everything worked out perfectly. a big shout out to these guys. i will shortly activate a 2nd line on the esim located within the phone.

FaceTime Tmobile 50 did not seem to know what they’re doing my home Internet does not work even though the coverage system says it’s very good it has no Internet and I’m not Winegard system needs a tmobile chip they don’t know how to insert it

On 12/17 at 12:15pm I walked in with my daughter, the male employee (I dont know his name as he wasnt wearing a name badge) rather than greeting me he asked me to wait outside. I assumed this was due to capacity I wouldnt know for sure as he didnt explain why. after a few minutes the same employee came to the door and asked what I needed assistance with I told him I was there for an upgrade he told me it would be a 40-50 minute wait. I explained the wait would be too long and I would go to another store. I believe the employee should have recommended making an appointment or at least asked what device I was looking for to make sure it was in stock so to avoid having a customer wait 40 minutes in line to only be told they didnt have it in stock. I now see why this location has such a low rating compared to its surrounding locations.

These people are absolute scavengers. They do not care about existing customers unless they are upgrading or buying a new device I cannot believe the lengths they went to just so they didnt have to service me. I called customer service to do a warranty claim and after waiting a week for the phone to ship they decide they they were not gonna replace it cause he DEEMED physical damage which I know for a fact is untrue. I do not know how these people sleep at night. And Im absolutely frustrated with the experience I had here and will be telling everyone I basically come in contact with to not waste their time with these Dirtbag people.

I thought tmobile was a great company but due to financial reasons we had to switch providers. When i called and hoped they would be reasonable i was charged for 2 months after i cancelled service. They told me that it was part of their contract that they can charge for months after you cancel and they wont do anything for me. Be careful before siging up with tmobile.

Worst customer service ever! Employee “Irene or Ilene” is rude and is in desperate need of training. She asked me for my ID I gave it to her however my maiden name is on my account so then she said she needed something showing my maiden name, who carries old documents with them.... anyway showed her my insurance policy that had my maiden name still wouldn’t take it. Then remembered my Sams Club card had my maiden last name with my picture and she had the nerve to say she needed a California ID not a club card. Clearly it’s me on the picture I verified phone number and I had my social security card and was being extremely difficult. When I was only there to replace my screen protector. Then drove to my neighborhood T-Mobile at Gosford Village and Oscar was able to help as always!
