This is now my favorite spot! I visited over the weekend to upgrade my phone. Although there was a short wait, I was greeted immediately upon arrival and kept informed about my wait time. The staff were fantastic—knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Manager Nalani checked in with us several times to ensure we were being taken care of and our needs were met. I wish more places provided this level of service!

Went in trying to do an upgrade on a phone. They made me wait close to an hour, by the time I was helped I was told there was not enough time for them to help me. The person who assisted me seemed like he didnt care, very dismissive. They have terrible customer service. Avoid if possible.

Every time I come to this location for services Aracely Lopez Gaxiola always has answers to my questions and fixes any and every issues with such ease. Amazing care and customer service. The staff here are the best and I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 16 years.

Made me wait for an hour and a half, and then the manager with tattooed neck comes in and tells me they can’t help me until tomorrow, I ask her why didn’t they tell me earlier she gets mad and just says I have a lot of people, she wasn’t even at the store when I came in, there was only one guy (amazing patience btw) and the store was packed, she came in late and super frustrated. I love T- mobile but this is ridiculous bad service, of course there is a way to tell people “we won’t get to you today” but not after waiting so long with my kids there, I own a business account and am planning to switch providers after this.

Went to go and upgrade my phone. The wait time was 45 minutes and when I got helped I got a lady named Lucia and she had the worst attitude and she acts like she doesn’t even want to be there. Terrible worker and very unhelpful. Waited 45 minutes only to get placed back on the list after Lucia didn’t want to help us anymore. Worst worker I’ve experienced at T-Mobile!

My impression of this T-Mobile store is that they dont have the best customer service. The guy at the door was a little bit on the rude side. To make matters worse, the wait time was more than an hour on a Tuesday night. This is NOT the first time this has happened. They need to hire more people. I just left and drove to another store and noticed there that the customer service was better and answered my questions in about 20 minutes. I am for sure not going back to this Eastlake location. Too much of a hassle.

Upgraded our three phones u see the Go5G Military Plan. The sakes rep, Arvin, left us in the middle of transferring our data to our new phones. Did not even thank us for the business, but high-fived his co-workers on his sales. . Pricing was not even negotiable. No discounts. The only guy who really helped us was Martin. He waited while we completed our data transfer. He was professional and patient.
