This is now my favorite spot! I visited over the weekend to upgrade my phone. Although there was a short wait, I was greeted immediately upon arrival and kept informed about my wait time. The staff were fantastic—knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Manager Nalani checked in with us several times to ensure we were being taken care of and our needs were met. I wish more places provided this level of service!

Went in trying to do an upgrade on a phone. They made me wait close to an hour, by the time I was helped I was told there was not enough time for them to help me. The person who assisted me seemed like he didnt care, very dismissive. They have terrible customer service. Avoid if possible.

Made me wait for an hour and a half, and then the manager with tattooed neck comes in and tells me they can’t help me until tomorrow, I ask her why didn’t they tell me earlier she gets mad and just says I have a lot of people, she wasn’t even at the store when I came in, there was only one guy (amazing patience btw) and the store was packed, she came in late and super frustrated. I love T- mobile but this is ridiculous bad service, of course there is a way to tell people “we won’t get to you today” but not after waiting so long with my kids there, I own a business account and am planning to switch providers after this.

Went to go and upgrade my phone. The wait time was 45 minutes and when I got helped I got a lady named Lucia and she had the worst attitude and she acts like she doesn’t even want to be there. Terrible worker and very unhelpful. Waited 45 minutes only to get placed back on the list after Lucia didn’t want to help us anymore. Worst worker I’ve experienced at T-Mobile!

My impression of this T-Mobile store is that they dont have the best customer service. The guy at the door was a little bit on the rude side. To make matters worse, the wait time was more than an hour on a Tuesday night. This is NOT the first time this has happened. They need to hire more people. I just left and drove to another store and noticed there that the customer service was better and answered my questions in about 20 minutes. I am for sure not going back to this Eastlake location. Too much of a hassle.

Upgraded our three phones u see the Go5G Military Plan. The sakes rep, Arvin, left us in the middle of transferring our data to our new phones. Did not even thank us for the business, but high-fived his co-workers on his sales. . Pricing was not even negotiable. No discounts. The only guy who really helped us was Martin. He waited while we completed our data transfer. He was professional and patient.

I had the store order a phone because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock and the employee helping me said that the store would take care of trading in the phone after I received the new one. After getting the new phone, suddenly they can’t trade in my old phone. They hadn’t created a shipping label so I could mail the old one in and when I called t-mobile, the agent said that the store never made a shipping label or created any kind of paper trail for the trade in. When I called the store, the employee that answered was trying to get me to go to another store to solve the trade in issue.

I have spent over a month trying get T-Mobile to help me with device. I have done two warranty exchanges and an insurance claim and they want me to pay for a phone out of pocket even though I paid my insurance and the deductible to get a comparable phone.I spent more than five hours on the phone with them yesterday been to three stores and they still will not help me get a phone without paying again.This is how they treat small business accounts. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

Bare minimum customer service with no problem solving skills to help the customer. Has an “I can’t help you” attitude” and only cares about customers that will increase their commission that day. Don’t bother going in the store unless you have no choice. I will always call and do my service through online or on the phone. Stores are useless.

I am a loyal customer and recently bought two iPhone 14 Pro. I went to the one in imperial Beach and the customer service were excellent. They helped transfer my old phone to new one. I went to the one by Otay lake just to purchase a case they told me to sign in and come back an hour and a half. I drove home, which was 5 minutes away as soon as I got home, they called to see if I was at the store. They wouldn’t want me to come back and said they had to move onto the next customer. I never heard about buying a case or a product and You have to wait in line that long. It’s crazy. You should have someone or at least one person to do a small transaction for purchases. This doesn’t make sense for business. The staff also not willing to help answer the questions because they’re so busy. I went to Apple Store instead and got my case and walked out within 10 mins even though they had tons of people inside but they have all staff and technology to take care of customers fast. I will not go back to this location again.

So first off this place is where you go if you only want to buy a phone. Not for issues, questions, screen protectors, or anything that isnt going to make them money.I showed up at 6pm to get a new screen protector put on my phone (free-part of my plan). They put me on a list and informed me 5 people were ahead of me and they may not get to me before closing at 8pm. I saw 4 people working and said so youre telling me 4 people cant help 5 people in two hours? She said its likely we wont get to you. I sat down and soon realized how poorly that place was run. I also realized that they call who is on the list and then give that person 10 minutes to show up and then move to the next person and then wait 10 minutes for them! I also saw that one person holds the tablet and another associate person Calls. So in my two hours I watched 4 people stand around doing nothing for a combined 50 minutes! Just waiting for their person to arrive. Then the girl next me said she had been waiting 2 hours and they mostly have been waiting on people to show up. WhAT! Some people actually went home and waited til they got a text then drove back up. Meanwhile all of us standing around ready to be helped are just waiting and watching them wait! I cant even believe how poorly this place is run. And at 7:45 they let me know I wasnt going to be helped. And the next day I drove to the one on Broadway and they changed it out and were awesome!

Notable customer service chops, goes above and beyond to assist each person assigned to her, and has an encyclopedia of knowledge of the various systems, products, features & benefits of all things cellular. Waited for 2hrs, didnt fix problem. Sent me to apple store because they werent smart enough or lacked training(iphone pro max). Didnt take them more than 5mins to tell me they cant fix it. They could have spent that time from the start so that i didnt have to waste 2hrs waiting. Apple in turn sent their technicians home since it was already 30mins before closing when i got there i was told to come back the following day before they open or else id have to get an appt in 2 days which will set my drive back to texas 2days. This T-mobile store has poor customer service. I called to ask if they had a certain phone. The guy Andrew spoke with him on the phone he said the have the phone that I want it and I ask if I can make an appointment and he said just come in. He failed to tell me that there was a 45 minute wait and they were taking people in front of me that is already have an appointment after 1 hour asking him how much longer he said I still have 2 people in front of you. Andrew being a store manager should have better costumer service. I would not recommend this store. Store at Otay Lakes Road.

She showed my younger indecisive sister every phone in the store pretty much and was so patient and delightful the whole time. We didn’t even realize the store was closed for a half an hour by the time we were done, there was no rush at all. Would absolutely recommend this location, especially with Jennifer! Overall.... they have great customer service.The first time I switched to T-Mobile, I was very upset with the representative that helped me out. I was charged a bunch of extras items that I did not sign up for. I called T-Mobiles Customer Service line and they were able to remove the extra fees and services. Besides that one experience, everything else has been great. I switched my mom onto my account and I will be switching my dad very soon.Thanks T-Mobile!

I went and bought a new phone and spent $750. The hour I waited for my turn was fine, but when I got my phone it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to setup. Ridiculous! When I asked if they can at least hook me up with a case for the inconvenience, the manager Noe showed me cases that were on sale for $20. I looked at the price and it was $19.99 and I said how are they on sale when it says $19.99. He said well its cheaper then the other ones. I said can you give me a deal on the case and he said no.... first and last time Im going to that store. Very poor customer service.

Really bad experience today. My iPad was damaged and I thought I still had appIe care. After wasting 40 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile support, I was told to go to this store. I asked for their assistance because I was not informed my Apple care plan would be removed if I cancel the line. The manager didn’t offer any solutions and was completely unhelpful. He said it wasn’t their fault, they didn’t have anything to do with it and that I should have noticed the change in my bill. They’re happy to up sell you but failed miserably with basic customer service. Nothing “uncarrier”, more overhyped than anything.

Ive been a customer with tmobile for at least five years, never had an issue when coming in to change my screen protector. I am torn between writing two completely different reviews for this location as my family had two completely different experiences in two consecutive days from two different associates. I have chosen to focus on the second day and the exemplary service my wife and niece received from Casey Renk. Casey was patient, polite, informative, and helpful. He went out of his way to communicate with my niece (who does not speak English) and showed a great deal of empathy and patience while offering superb advice and overall service. Overall, this review is not about T-Mobile or this specific location (as noted above) but for the awesome service from one individual. I came in to solve a confusing issue with my social security number, and having to visit the store twice in one week. I was helped by Karla, and she was the best person that I have ever been helped by. Knowing my issue, she kept trying to think of ways to solve it and how it happened. She did not quit once. Knowing some people, some mightve just gave up instantaneously, but she kept going. She really made my visit worth it, as she solved the issue and any concerns that I had. After I left I was super happy that she was the one that helped me out, and we were able to come to a solution. She is the best, and is super kind and respectful to the customers. Best liars...!! I witch from at&t to tmobile with the promise that they would pay off my termination fees. They also said I would pay certain amount a month. Turns out that Im paying $100 a month. I should have stayed with At&t. They are the best..! After 3 months I received a letter saying that they would not reimburse me the $745 to pay off at&t. Horrible bad customer service, to sell they are super friendly but to dare to solve and help the customer forget them. KEVIN The manager protects themselves by saying this is how it is and there is nothing else to do. Definitely change companies. Asap!!!!They dont deserve even a little star.
