Be warned, if you come into upgrade your phone and tell them you dont want insurance or accessories, they will lie and tell you the phone is not in stock or your trade in doesnt qualify and send you to a corporate store not caring about the trouble they cause you, or they will just add the features without permission. You can check their inventory by calling 611 to verify what they tell you.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!THEE WORST!1 star only because thats the only way you can post a review, but its really No stars!2 guys were EXTREMELY RUDE! I had to leave and go somewhere else! They lost a really good longtime customer! What the owners need to know is that these bratty younger people are ruining business and future business with having uneducated rude know it all.Buyers beware!

Omar and the team at this store provided excellent service in upgrading my phone. It was an old one and took lots of TLC to complete the process. We interacted with multiple staff members and observed them serving clients with friendliness, patience and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back for future needs and highly recommend this store and staff.

Awesome experience at this store! After several consecutive experiences at various stores, I no longer carry a real great attitude into the retail locations. However, this time, I noticed the moment I walked in that this store was well run and was ready to b give them a chance. Turns out, I was helped by the manager, and he was great. As a retail manager myself, I noticed his tentative and calm demeanor. He kept his staff occupied and on track while ensuring every customer was greeted and addressed.I went on to the store because my girlfriend was in need of an upgrade after her Google Pixel 4a 5G just quit working with no obvious cause. The manager took the time to answer my litteny of questions and explain each of the possibilities. There was a little room for improvement on the different scenarios, but it was not due to rushing or Upselling. In the end, he addressed all my needs and concerns while making sure I was taking advantage of ALL promotions available.

Honestly, I never write reviews but this place is horrible. I waited for my turn and the “manager” told me he wasn’t able to help me. He said I wasn’t in the system and there was nothing he could do. I wasn’t sure how we weren’t in the system if we just upgraded our phones two days before. He handed me his tablet and told me to try. Mind you he turned two people down before me as well. I left and went to the T-Mobile down the street and was helped so fast and they got the job done! I would recommend you try the t-mobile down the street. Way better and nicer employees. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

Omar, Sarah and Dania did a wonderful job of making this an easy process. I stopped by their shop just before closing after getting lost. I knew exactly what I wanted and they stayed to help me. They were so courteous, helpful, education-oriented and went above and beyond with customer service. I wont go anywhere else. What a great team of people who care about their product and helping people!

I can’t recall her name, but I was trying to return the device for home, Internet Gateway, but the individual without getting the full picture when I told her returning a device she had automatically refer me to other location after multiple back-and-forth and explaining the whole situation having issue with the home Internet and asking her to look into that account, she would be able to return the device. It’s sad people they don’t do their due diligent without trying or without understanding they push it to somewhere else so that they are avoiding Work core resolving that issue are facing don’t go this location

Gave my friend a great reason to switch from his previous phone provider and the whole experience I am and would recommend fully to anyone in the area of seeking a top grade of; cellular phones, services, accessories, plans/add-ons, etc. and the price of everything is not only unbeatable for the rebates and rewards I am suprisinglly shocked by the generosity of the company giving to new customers and the current customers who have referred new customers to their network.
