Be warned, if you come into upgrade your phone and tell them you dont want insurance or accessories, they will lie and tell you the phone is not in stock or your trade in doesnt qualify and send you to a corporate store not caring about the trouble they cause you, or they will just add the features without permission. You can check their inventory by calling 611 to verify what they tell you.

Omar and the team at this store provided excellent service in upgrading my phone. It was an old one and took lots of TLC to complete the process. We interacted with multiple staff members and observed them serving clients with friendliness, patience and professionalism. Awesome experience at this store! After several consecutive experiences at various stores, I no longer carry a real great attitude into the retail locations. However, this time, I noticed the moment I walked in that this store was well run and was ready to b give them a chance. Turns out, I was helped by the manager, and he was great. As a retail manager myself, I noticed his tentative and calm demeanor. He kept his staff occupied and on track while ensuring every customer was greeted and addressed.I went on to the store because my girlfriend was in need of an upgrade after her Google Pixel 4a 5G just quit working with no obvious cause. The manager took the time to answer my litteny of questions and explain each of the possibilities. There was a little room for improvement on the different scenarios, but it was not due to rushing or Upselling. In the end, he addressed all my needs and concerns while making sure I was taking advantage of ALL promotions available.

Honestly, I never write reviews but this place is horrible. I waited for my turn and the “manager” told me he wasn’t able to help me. He said I wasn’t in the system and there was nothing he could do. I wasn’t sure how we weren’t in the system if we just upgraded our phones two days before. He handed me his tablet and told me to try. Mind you he turned two people down before me as well. I left and went to the T-Mobile down the street and was helped so fast and they got the job done! I would recommend you try the t-mobile down the street. Way better and nicer employees. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

Omar, Sarah and Dania did a wonderful job of making this an easy process. I stopped by their shop just before closing after getting lost. I knew exactly what I wanted and they stayed to help me. They were so courteous, helpful, education-oriented and went above and beyond with customer service. I wont go anywhere else. I can’t recall her name, but I was trying to return the device for home, Internet Gateway, but the individual without getting the full picture when I told her returning a device she had automatically refer me to other location after multiple back-and-forth and explaining the whole situation having issue with the home Internet and asking her to look into that account, she would be able to return the device. It’s sad people they don’t do their due diligent without trying or without understanding they push it to somewhere else so that they are avoiding Work core resolving that issue are facing don’t go this location

Gave my friend a great reason to switch from his previous phone provider and the whole experience I am and would recommend fully to anyone in the area of seeking a top grade of; cellular phones, services, accessories, plans/add-ons, etc. and the price of everything is not only unbeatable for the rebates and rewards I am suprisinglly shocked by the generosity of the company giving to new customers and the current customers who have referred new customers to their network.

The store at first doesn’t seem to have any procedure to check in clients however they keep tract but you just walk in and stand there. Then when I told them about my problem they said I would have to go to Apple in MV. I asked if they could do something in settings and she finally looked in there and did something to correct my problem. It was like pulling teeth. Bad customer service- many employees were talking among themselves and chewing gum listing to music playing with their phones. This was at the grossmont t mobile. Wish management could see this!

I walked in yesterday to get a new phone. I have had an acct with Sprint for over 20 years. Eversince T Mobile took over the service via phone or in person has been garbage. I walked in yesterday and some guy with long hair who looks like a poodle did the bare minimum to assist me. He was rude, lazy, and a total clown. I will be moving on over to AT&T once and for all.

Very rude!!Me and my friend walked into this store and were not greeted or anything until 5 minutes of standing in the store waiting for someone to help us. One associate was helping some other customers and gave us one of the dirtiest looks making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Additionally the wait for getting a replacement screen protector was like 40 minutes even though the associate with the long hair, who gave us the dirty look, had just run into the back to hide from the crowd.

Not trustworthy. I went into the store to get a business tablet plan and the lady sold me another plan altogether (this was AFTER calling out the high price of the out the door price). She tried to sell me some other plan TWICE before assuring me that she got the right one. Also, my bill says that I was given a phone? So I am paying for a phone (Galaxy 2) that I never actually received. Do not go to this store. I am now a few hundred dollars into this and I still do not have the right plan.

Horrible customer service. First we got one woman who was at least trying to help us, but she got pulled away to help a Spanish speaking customer & never made it back. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked another employee (who was leaning on the counter scrolling her phone) if she could help & she just said I dont know what she was doing. The first lady told her we were getting a new SIM card. 2nd girl tells us it will take 2 hours to update. Another employee said it takes 10 minutes, so this girl replies Yeah, it takes 10 minutes...or 2 hours. Wow, so helpful. Ultimately they were not able to fix any of the problems were having with our phones. I keep trying different T-Mobile stores but sadly I havent found any that are helpful. If I leave T-Mobile it will be 100% because of their lack of customer service.

My husband and I came into the store hoping to switch to TMobile and Crystal was absolutely on point. Answering questions before I even thought of them, helped save us money and really went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied. It got a little busy in there at one point and Crystal didnt miss a beat and even kept us laughing. Between her and Omar we walked out very happy and excited to be with TMobile!

The manager Julia needs a pay raise! This woman was able to solve the problem that was causing me headaches!! She has five years of experience working with this company, so she knows her job well, she was patient enough to hear me out while I came in super frustrated trying to understand why my payments on my Iphone13 were not going down! She was fair with both the customers and her team! Her coworkers seek her knowledge/leadership, and she has both the customers back and that of her employees! Lesson learned for me: When making phone payments, ensure you let them know its towards the device and not the bill.

I have left Verizon Wireless due to their lack of ethics after 20 years.I checked with clients of T-mobile regarding cell connectivity and received very favorable responses all of the way to the Ive yet to encounter a dead zone response.These responses were significant enough to get T-mobile my business.I hadnt entertained the thought of any possible significant public relations difference but encountered a better interaction with both of the girls whom finalized the initiation of my service, than I had encountered in the entire 20 years with Verizon...even before their Mr. Craig employee attempted to rip me off when telling me that my phone was defective so I needed to purchase a new phone.I then went to the manager who also reluctantly hooked me up with a call to their tech service but only after I had already walked out but returned to insist that they must have the tech service which got me the fix to my problem.

Today I came in to get a screen protector on my phone, there was already a worker outside promoting something. Before walking in she stops us and asks what we needed, I proceeded to tell her I just needed a charger and my screen protector, as I continue to open the door she stops me and my family and says we can wait outside and that she will bring everything outside. She then speaks to the other worker inside and comes back outside and directs us to the back door? Was it because we were wearing masks and she thought we were sick? We all have our vaccines and we choose to wear our masks to protect ourselves and others. She was letting everyone else in through the front door who weren’t wearing masks so I’m confused how we were any different. Once inside she continues with her attitude and treats me and my wife as if we are little kids. When about to pay for the charger she doesn’t even want to take cash and asks if we have a card on us. There she be better management and customer service. The workers name was Lisa.

Came into this store looking to pay a bill, the customer service rep. noticed that my iPhone 4s was outdated. He began to tell me about their promotions and looked further in my account to see if he could save me some money, without me even asking. To keep this simple, I left the store with a brand new iPhone 6s, 2 extra gigs of Internet, paying $20 less than I was before. I couldnt have had a better experience at any other cell phone store. The manager even gave me a big discount on a cool case and glass screen protector! Big ups to these guys at La Mesa, definitely not your stereotypical sales people here.

Usually I avoid going to the Sprint Store at all costs because I have never had a positive experience. I always end up owing money, getting sold something I dont need, waiting forever, and end up leaving frustrated. This Friday my Note 4 finally took its toll and it was time for the dreaded evening at Sprint. Steve was an absolute life saver and if I ever need anything again, I will definitely make the 40 minute drive down to Grossmont for his help! New phone and all 7,000+ photos transferred in and out in 30 min.

They will add hidden charges to your bill without telling you, such as a $70 accessories charge that was supposed to be included with a phone, an $18/mo protection plan that I explicitly told them I didn’t need, a sneaky $30 phone number transfer fee in addition to a $35 activation fee paid per line. I really have to give my sincere thanks to Adrian & Amber. I have been on the thin line of canceling my service with sprint. But Adrian and Amber really went the extra mile to fight to keep my service. Adrain found us the best plan and phones. Amber assisted with getting our data transferred over to our new phones and stayed longer than she needed to In order to help us. I had already been to Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile in the past two days looking for new service. But they spent an extra hour with my husband, TWO CRAZY KIDS and AFTER HOURS. Their customer service was more than I could have ever expected. They got us two new phones with cases, and screen protectors and found every possible way to lower our bill. And the fact that my kids ran around like wild monkeys, they were still professional and curtious to my family. Adrian & Amber literally saved sprint from loosing a loyal customer of 5 years. I recently switched over to Sprint from Verizon because I was being gouged by overages. I was always paying close to $500 and now Silver and Stephany were able to lower my bill to $280 with all new iPhone 7s as well as fully covered because I do have teenage kids. Stephany went above and beyond in setting up all of our phones and even our car blue-tooth. Extremely satisfied with the service I continue to receive in the store no matter how much I visit and call the store, they are always very helpful. They had asked if I drive for Lyft, and I did so they helped wave a couple of fees for me . I will never use this store again.I wanted to upgrade to the new galaxy so I went in to figure out which one I wanted. The man, whose name I dont remember (half blonde hair and tattoos, whom has no customer service) showed me each phone but recommend the 10+. Not even a week later I was having network issues but I thought I would give it time to work itself out. It did not, my phone is always on roaming, I have to call out multiple times and when it does go through it will drop the call. My pandora and social media doesnt work unless Im on wifi (I have unlimited data). When I went in I spoke to stephanie, who told me all I had to do was update my PRL and phones profile. This did work but for all of 30 minutes. I went in and spoke to another man who told me that these phones were having these issues since it came out. Really wish I knew that when I was originally looking at it, not just something to get me to get that phone. Of course, I was annoyed at the situation but I remained calm and understanding. I was told I had to drive to mission valley to another sprint store because they would be able to help me more than the grossmont location. So I drove over, only to be told that the location I got the phone from was the only location that could help me because thats where I purchased it. At this point, Im getting super frustrated. I go in a 3rd time to talk about exchanging the phone but was told there was no promise the new phone wouldnt do the same thing and that there should be updates coming out that would fix the problem. So I dropped it, I was mad and obviously wasnt going to get any help from them. Well then my mom called me and said it went straight to voicemail and when it did it said the Verizon customer couldnt be reached. This was obviously concerning seeing as I have sprint. I called in and spoke to stephanie again who said she would reach out to someone and give me a call but it would take some time but give her and hour and a half. No call. I went in the next day, which was a Wednesday and apparently it was her day off. I spoke with the same man who recommended the phone to me, whom when explaining what was going on didnt understand what I needed from them. He had terrible customer service and a youre inconveniencing me attitude. I asked if he could leave her a note to call me with an update. It is now Saturday and I have not received ANY kind of call or email. I will never go back to this location. If you want terrible service this is the place for you!

Pros and Cons developed while being helped by an employee named Steve.Pros:-Walked into the store and was greeted and asked if I needed any help.-Offered me a lower priced unlimited plan.Cons:-Wanted me to switch my number for a lower down payment.-Wanted me to apply for an extra $8.60 a week for some package that I didnt need to lower my down payment but pay more monthly.-I wanted an IPhone 6s Plus, Steve told me nobody in San Diego county has it except a store that carried a 16GB when I wanted a 64GB.-Kept pushing the IPhone 7 even when I told him I wanted a 6s Plus (I understand it just came out and hes a salesman but I stated I wanted the 6s Plus).-I said I wanted to go to a different retailer and he stated that I didnt want to and that I should just buy a phone at his store.SANTEE SPRINT STOREPros:-Very friendly, was greeted and helped immediately by associates named Roni and Veronica.-Had an IPhone 6s Plus in black, like what I wanted (Remember when Steve said nobody had it?)-Lowered my monthly payments and got me out of the store in less than 15 minutes.I have nothing but good things to say about the Santee Sprint store.

I was at the beach with my grandkids and unfortunately I missed placed my phone. I went to a store near my house and had the worst experience of my life, they werent helpful were just awful. I went into this store and expected to recive similar service, but boy was I wrong. This was by far the best customer retail store has ever offered me. I walked and the manager greeted himself and handed me to his assist manager who took care of everything. I walked out with a new phone made it so painless! I recently went to the sprint store in Santee and spoke with the branch manager regadring my phone and the water damage that I occurred. He was so life less, unhelpful, rude well you get the hint. I started to buy a new phone with him and I thought why should I give this jerk my money in commission when he doesnt deserve it. So long story short The Sprint store in Grossmont was my life saver. Edgar and Stephanie helped me get my phone ordered through my protection plan then 2 days later spent along time making sure that I got my pictures transferred over and my contacts ( there was a lot of pics! LOL ) The store closed at 9 but they hung out til the mission was accomplished. They won my business to that store and my word of mouth for great customer service.STAY AWAY FROM SANTEE SPRINT !!! Not a “We’ll be with you shortly,” or “give us one second.” No acknowledgement when we walked out either after not being helped. It was clear, that this lady was finish setting up this guys iPad, but he was too busy flirting with her acting like he didn’t know how to re-arrange apps on his iPad. Was having trouble figuring out of setting on my new phone. I called in to this location because this is where I got this phone. The guy who answered said he knew what to do but it was too hard for me to figure out on my own and he would have to talk me through it but he didnt have time. I called back a little later and ask him to talk me through it and he said he couldnt but if I brought it all the way into the store he could fix it. I dont like getting the run around like this.

My first experience in this store for service was amazing, my second not so great. According to the web page they are open until 8 pm for service, to find the technnical staff goes home at 7 pm, I go on line and make the first appointment of the day at 11 am, but when I arrive I am told the technical staff does not come in until noon.

I never received my rewards and no one at the sprint store where I got the service wants to help, I was told when I got the service back on July 2019 to get 500 dollars in accessories and I was going to receive a store credit to pay for them and paid almost 300 dollars in taxes, however the rewards were never received and sprint continues to charge me for the accessories every month, I do not know what else to do as the employees at the Grossmont sprint store are not willing to help and they only say they are not responsible for what it happened when I got the service because they were not working there, in the mean time my bill is higher than I was promised and I been with the service for 5 months now, went back on September 14 to give it some time for the processes to be completed and they told me I was actually never registered, so they finally enrolled me and was told to wait another 5 to 7 weeks to get the reward to pay the accessories now it’s being again almost 3 months since then and I am still paying for accessories I never even wanted in the first place but I was told it was part of the deal and I needed to get them, can someone help, I am getting to the point of considering filing a legal complaint since this fraud and false advertisement
