Its was an efficient experience. The location has a new manager Hanz who is very focused on fixing the customer experience. Today I came in and they helped me resolve my AAA issues and looked up everything to make sure it was correct.

Two days ago, on 4/11/24, my IPhone14 Plus, died without warning. NOTHING I did worked! The phone wouldnt/couldnt be restarted even with multiple attempts ( even Googled a tutorial to make sure I was doing it right, which I was...); touching it did nothing; the screen wouldnt swipe; the little camera icon on the bottom right hand corner was gray, instead of white, as if Id attempted to take a picture. I was starting to panic, because my cell phone is the only phone I have, since I stopped using my landline. I am in my late 60s and live alone and am in my car a lot, out feeding stray/feral cats, for a non-profit organization, so its imperative that I have a working cell phone with me, at all times. To top that off, Id just been texting, with three different family members, and knew theyd be expecting a response from me, with in a reasonable period of time.So, the first thing I did was go to the T-Mobile nearest where I live, Sore # 360D, at 1733 N Broadway, Santa Maria.Fortunately, there was only one other customer before me. When he finished with the customer, Oswaldo Z, listened very patiently and attentively to me while I explained my crisis. He checked my phone, but wasnt able to get it to restart either, but did look up my account and informed me that because I was paying for insurance, I had options, but suggested that I first seek assistance from the Geek Squad at Best Buy. (I was on my way there anyways, if nothing could be done at the T-Mobile store.)He put my account # on a business card, as well as the website for making an insurance claim, if all else failed.I totally appreciated that he did NOT try to talk me into any upgrades; that he understood my immediate needs and assured me that hed be more than willing to help me if I needed to make a claim.Fortunately, the Geek Squad person, I met with, was able to restart my phone, probably because a bit of time had passed, and then had me sign a document, in order to perform a diagnostic run on it. ALL lights were green, so the conclusion ended up being that the system update, the day or two before, may have been the culprit! After a couple more restarts or whatever she did, my phone returned to normal functioning and my carefully organized apps were again in chronological order.Today, 4/13/24, I called the T-Mobile store and Oswaldo was the one who happened to answer the phone. I identified myself and gave him a summarized version of what had happened and thanked him profusely, for expertise, time and patience. I asked Oswaldo if he was the manager of the store, and he said he wasnt, and told him that Id like to talk to the manager so I could pass on my gratitude and satisfaction with the service he provided. Oswaldo told me the best way, for me, to give him a positive review would be to go to Google, since his manager would see it.Im a retired educator, who started working at 15 years of age, and over the years, before becoming a teacher, at the age of 40, I worked my way up into MANY management positions, (in a variety of fields), so I absolutely KNOW what a treasure it is to have someone of Oswaldos knowledge; temperament; patience, and dedicated customer service. Thank you for YOUR service, Oswaldo!

Itsel store manager and Juan 2 of the best T-Mobile representative I came across super helpful polite best experience I had today went to the T-Mobile on betterravia and service was bad told me that they didn’t had any phone in stock and I can come to the T-Mobile at north broadway to get it but he also wanted to sell me one of his phone personal phone for $300 but he will give me it for $250 like really come totally unacceptable but thankfully to Itsel the store manager at north broadway letting me know and was apologizing for the other store for lying to customer she renewed my trust in people again Thanks a million you guys deserve a raised for your hard work and dealing with rude customer and staff again thanks 🙏🏽 😊

Total NIGHTMARE at this store! I had a replacement phone delivered to this store for my son to pick up. He went in several times only to be told repeatedly that it hadnt come in. This was a blatant lie. I had proof through T Mobil that UPS had delivered it and Susy had signed for it. I called Susy to inquire. She not only lied to me by telling me that the phone hadnt come in, but she was EXTREMELY rude in the process. My son went in yet again, and this time she had the nerve to tell him I have your phone but Im not going to give it to you. Say WHAT?? I could not make this up. This brings me to the question: WHERE is the phone that Susy signed for but refused to give to my son? Might this fall into theft or fraud category? You tell me. T Mobil has a toxic employee at this store. If Susy would do this to us she would do it to you.I leave you with...WHERE IS THAT PHONE?

I loved the customer service at this store! Everyone was so friendly. Tyler helped me and he was so patient and nice. He wasnt pushy at all and I didnt feel pressured to buy the most expensive phone or accessory. He was very knowledgeable and broke down everything for me so I knew what I was paying. Although the store was a little hard to find at first, it was clean and and the employees were wonderful. Theres other tmobile stores in town but I had the best experience at this one.

Hello there, my name is Daniel and I am a customer of T Mobile for 5 years and I was looking to upgrade my phone and 2 more for my daughters, and I have a very bad experience on this place were they represent a T Mobile and the front desk customer service was terrible service specially the guy with name Zaul, and I told him to l going to report him for his very bad service and bad actitudes and his response was, I dont care and do wherever you want

First of all the whole staff greated me when I entered the store. They where all in a great mood. They know all their stuff about phones and plans because they answered all my questions. And they help me get out my contract with Verizon because I was telling them that my bill was to high and they suggested T-Mobile One+ and I love the service. Big Shout To My Boy Jose!!!!
