Went in with my significant other to get a plan started. They ported the necessary numbers and gave us our phones. After reviewing our plan when we got our bill, we noticed that we had two extra tablet lines added onto our plan. They never told us about any promos with tablets or anything. We called the customer center and they confirmed that the lines were being used. When we went in the employees got defensive and rude. Had to come in the next day after cancelling important plans to see the manager. Just go be told that the manager was going to be in meetings. Finally got a call back from the manager saying she resolved things. Came to another location to find out that things were not resolved.

A phone store refused to sell me a phone. What kind of service even is that? Not only that, but I was informed that they actively make bogus plans that screw over customers to the point where they have to go to a corporate operated store to undo this stores mistakes. Suffice to say, if you want a T-Mobile plan go the one that is operated by T-Mobile themselves and not a third party. DO NOT GO HERE! Refusing to sell a phone what the hell…

Useless POS. They will lie about giving you a Privacy screen for free when purchasing a phone. Then bill 60$ on your plan without you knowing. I’m stuck paying for something A I never even wanted, and B they told me they were out of clear screens which lead the privacy screen situation.I also visited for a screen replacement they didn’t have any. The next time I called so I WOULD NOT waste gas going over there for the same answer, and yet they tell me to go in to get a new screen just to find out they didn’t have ANY AGAIN. I didn’t want to start beef with the fat guy their because he would’ve just ate it. POS’s

Useless T-Mobile that should be knocked down. Rude staff. My family walked in and workers just stared at us but a couple walked in and all 3 workers said “welcome in”. Came in wanting an upgrade a left with useless information because they are a “3rd party” t mobile.

If you want to be cheated and ripped off your hard earned money come to this t mobile store. Definitely ask for Adrian. He will explain the sales promotions incorrectly so that you end up having to pay more money. I’ve never had a problem with T-Mobile until I was assisted by Adrian. I asked him what phone promotions was I able to receive as an existing customer. He failed to explain the promotions correctly and I ended up leaving with a useless additional line added and ended paying more money. I’d give this place zero stars but I was forced to put one to post the review

Store is useless not very helpful been inside twice and they just tell me to call customer service, whats the point of your store if your not gonna help me with my service. I would recommend a different carrier, I had sprint but when Tmobile bought them out my service went out the window too. I work out of town use to be great with sprint now its thrash and especially with newest phone and 5G not a big help just a bill.

We came in to purchase a phone, and after being shown the options and given the numbers, we signed it and left thinking everythings fine. When we came back to pick up the phone, we found out that what we had originally wanted could not be given to us. No problem, well just cancel the order and try somewhere else. Restocking fee. $75. The phone hadnt even gotten to the store yet and was still being shipped. Never was this mentioned at all during the sale of the device. We were told to go customer service to resolve the issue. Customer care then tells us only management could remove the fee. Management said that they couldnt do anything. Tough luck.Its not about the restocking fee that upset us. It was that we were lied to, charged a fee we werent aware of, and then denied the retraction of the fee after hours on the phone and in person trying to resolve the issue. Otherwise, T-mobiles been great!

This review is for T-Mobile as a whole. I had never used T-Mobile up until this year for the first time. And now I fully understand the true meaning of quality verses quantity and you get what you pay for. They are worth every dollar. Exceptional phones and customer service are second to none. Thank you T-Mobile for showing me what monetary value means. I will never go back to Verizon or sprint or at&t.

Well the case for my phone cracked, naturally Im in a bind. So I go into the store to see if they had one, a girl walks up to me to see what I wanted. I told her the make and model of my phone. She just walks to the back, without even looking. And asks the other associates, they tell her to come tell me no....I know my phone is a few years old, the whole staff just looked at me like, if I wasnt there to get a new phone. Then Im a waste of time. Such nice service I received.

Awesome service! I was helped out by an employee named Angel. Seriously believed I was being helped by angel. I work in the call center and called on behalf of a customer to the store. He friendly, courtesy and resolved our issue. Wish we had more retail reps like him. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The guy in here is useless. Been a sprint customer for 10 years. He acted like we were bothering him asking questions about a specific product and service. Maybe he was trying to look cool in front of the girl working there but horrible demeanor and service here don’t waste your time. Colombus location had great service and it’s right down the street.

Pretty annoyed but no surprised, I came in Saturday may 7th and was helped by “Cody”. I came into town to help my brother get a phone. long story short we picked out a phone a case and screen protector. Cody pulls out a “T-Mobile drive up”, I already know how this works they are pushed to promote and have people get these devices. At no point did Cody ask me if I wanted to include it in my plan or on my line he just took it upon himself to add it. After I noticed he scanned it in the computer my brother confirmed I’m just getting the phone screen protector and the case and Cody confirmed “yes”. After everything was said and done I checked my bag and the drive up was in the bag I told him I didn’t ask for it he assure “it was part of the promotion and I would not be charged”. So Ofcourse i called the next day and spoke to a representative and I’m being charged $15 monthly for something I didn’t ask for not approve of on my account !! I’ve called and asked the manager to contact but I have yet to hear from them. That’s crazy how do you guys even get away with doing that ? Just putting something on someone’s account with out prior consent ? Everything is on camera the kid never asked me if I wanted it and I even confronted him in front of the other 3 employees there that night!

Formally known as Sprint. gave it 3 stars because, before you purchase a phone they should let you know about a restocking fee if you return it. I was there for about an hour and all I keep hearing from manager and staff was you have 14 day to return it if you don’t like it. We were told the same thing an hour later We tried making a return and sure enough they told me there’s a restocking fee of $45 I was like how you said I had 14 day it’s only been an hour and have not use the phone. So this is how they get you so you get stuck with a phone you don’t want. 🤦‍♀️ be careful ask as many questions before you go and get a phone or into a contract.

They seemed attentive when we walked in, but the person helping us seemed like he wasnt trying to give me any options (I asked about phone options, adding a line, available deals). He kept leaving to the backroom to see what our options were, even though theres a computer up front and he had an iPad on him looking at our current plan. Came back and said wed have to pay for the phone up front or we could bring in an old phone for them to trade in since we exhausted our IEP benefits or something (who knows what that is?). Left store considering our options and when I checked online, Rep online didnt understand why we were told differently, hooked me up immediately with no activation fee. Not going back to this store.

Not helpful at all. They did nothing but look at you like you are stupid. They are just ready to go home. I felt like it was lady we are ready to go home. For people who have been with the company and just now wanting to upgrade we should not be charged an arm and a leg. What makes things worse is that when you the store they dismiss you with a sad sounding sorry. One star for this Sprint store. I wish that I could have given them 0 stars. Maybe being a loyal customer dont mean anything anyway

I waited 45 minutes for them to help 2 customers then they told me they didn’t have the phone I wanted. Didn’t even try to tell me where I could go in town to find the phone I need. They were rude and unhelpful. Worst T Mobile service I have have ever had. Slowest location I have ever been. Neither employee was wearing a name badge I will be reporting to T Mobile directly as well. Don’t bother going here it’s a waste of time. They should close this location as well.

Best in store experience I have ever had with any major cell phone problems..Vanessa was able to find and fix device problem while I waited..she also resolved billing/credit issue...nice to get problem resolved in store instead of dialing 611 and dealing with remote customer service dept...kudos to Vanessa. Thanks to her I like T Mobile again.

Yesterday I went in and activated a phone (paid off) and one of the sales reps charged me to activate it! I called customer service and the said sprint stores are not supposed to charge because you get your activation charge on your bill! This guy charged me $42 and said he was giving me a free glass protector..LIES! I went back to the store while a coorprate rep was on the line. I asked for my receipt and the sales man said he didnt have a receipt because his system worked different. I paid about $78 just to get service plus my monthly bill. I got ripped off and I hope no one else does. [Tall slim male.]

I went a few weeks ago to order my new IPhone 7 plus and I was approached by the Manager Vanessa. She was extremely honest and forward with me on getting the iphone she told me my phone was going to arrive the 12 of October but I got it sonner the 5 of this month. I was extreamly Happy with the service I got from her and the rest of the staff. I was so happy with how everything went so fast that I also got my mother to switch from Metro to Sprint. Once again I went back later that day to get my moms phone and she gave me the best deal she took her time programming both my phones. I extreamly recommend people to come to the store. Sprint will encourage you to make an appointment (thats what I did) to visit their store. But when you show up if there is a walk in customer before you, Sprint will not honor your appointment(company policy). If you decide you want to wait, keep in mind there are no chairs and you will have to stand. Making an appointment seems like a good way to manage employee scheduling and handle customer demand but it just for show. By the way dont get the FAMILY LOCATOR SERVICE,($5.99 a month) with full bars and my son sitting in the room with me the closest it got was 1.1 miles. This has happened multiply times recently, three months ago service was much better, also service has gotten worst (no signal and dropped calls, Sprint unable to give me an answer as to why. My sons phone USB port got damaged, so we drove 10 miles to the nearest repair center, where we were told after 5 seconds of inspection that this was a TotalEquipmentProtection insurance claim and I should call insurance company. Called insurance company and they said take it to repair center. Was there anyone surprised?

Mt. Vernon location is far better than the Columbus location. Marco and Sergio helped me out rather than accuse me of breaking my phone like the worthless employees at the Columbus location. I will continue to bring all of my future business to the Mt. Vernon location. I suggest everyone keep driving past the Columbus location and dont look back.
