Didn’t get to catch his name, the guy with silver hair was very helpful when It came to getting me and my family three new phones he was able to save us over half of what we where actually supposed to spend. Coming out of the store our car wasn’t starting this man went out of his way to get jumper cables and help us with our problem. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE to do anything add lines, get new phones, buy any accessories look for the gentleman with silver hair he will take care of you.

Robert B was very helpful. I got a s23 ultra and galaxy 4 watch. This included a discount on my home internet. I relied on what Robert told me for my monthly price and he was spot on!( keep in mind your first payment may be different due to taxes and before promotions kick in) The phone takes incredible pictures and the watch is very nice. My phone gets 700 mbps download speeds on the magenta max!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We absolutely love the T-Mobile Store in Valencia! Being just a few stores away and within walking distance makes it incredibly convenient. The entire team at this location deserves a shoutout for their kindness, patience, and exceptional training. They efficiently helped us set up our account, and their commitment to addressing any concerns on our business account is truly commendable.What sets this store apart is that its the knowledge, and made it a practice to send all our new hires to this location. Sat there for ten minutes with what I assume were three separate workers not saying anything. They were dressed too casually to tell. Called. No answer, they just let the phones ring.

Chris C. helped us tremendously. My phone had issue with connecting the phone number to it. He made several calls and made it work. He took two hours to help us even though my new phone wouldn’t work. He did an excellent job.Thank you Chris for outstanding job. Please keep him and he deserves a raise!

Don’t bother coming to this T-Mobile location. Where is the costumer service? I was asking to upgrade my phone and this guy thinks all costumer knows what he knows! We are not working daily at a phone store. Bad experience overall

Everyone take there’s lunch and breaks at the same time 11:30? At this location One person taking care of a line a customers waiting for more than 45 min. I hear someone ask if will be get help soon and I heard the only worker left said everyone is at lunch and breaks and just ignore the customer. Bad administration.

Horrible and absolutely rude!!!!! Came in to pay my bill which has never been a problem till tonight. I dont know if they are not able to multi task all of sudden. I have been waiting over thirty mins to just make a payment with my newborn. While these two incompetent workers run in circles doing nothing

A few days ago, I came in the Tmobile Store to add a line & was helped by Caesar & Shaq. The service from both excellent however today was a different experience. The STORE MANAGER CHRIS took the service from GOOD to BAD and outright UGLY in the end. It isnt about what what we got or didnt get but the lack of respect shown throughout. Respect is the hallmark of good customer service, and it wasnt shown at even the most basic level. My wife went in to get 3 masks with the Tmobile Tuesday promotion. She went in the store and clicked on the Redeem promotion (5minutes to get the promotion). The Store manager told my wife the promotion is 1 per customer not 1 per phone. She said, she already clicked on the promotion and he said there is a strict policy, 1 per customer and turned his back on her and walked away. She thought he was going to see what else can be done and instead ended up waiting for about another 7 minutes while he helped the UPS guy and other customers were helped that came in after her. Eventually she got 2 masks not 3 b/c she had to take our son out of the car to show there was another person. She came home distressed feeling disrespected & ignored. I called the store and expressed the concerns to Caesar where he apologized, and said he would talk to Chris and get more info. He even went as far as offering to save some masks if we wanted some for family members to make it right...Caesar said his manager was really sorry she had a bad experience and asked if she would like him to apologize. I said, ok. From the moment he got on the phone, his tone, demeanor was very relaxed casual and unprofessional. He said he heard my wife felt ignored and apologized but then went on to say he doesnt know why she felt ignored because she got the masks and it was within 60 seconds. SORRY NOT SORRY! (attitude expressed) I told him the clock ran out on the redeem promotion button which is 5 minutes and she was waiting for another 7 min with kids. He said, Thats not true. I said so youre calling us liars. He said no but persisted in saying that what my wife was saying wasnt true. It was one excuse, after another, and the experience was insulting. Chris was insincere and unapologetic in every sense of the words. I would not NOT recommend anyone go to this location. It is a Sprint Conversion and clearly CHRIS is holdover from the Acquisition. Terrible Management! I will not be doing any business in that location and am considering closing the lines and returning the phones. I hope your experience is better than ours but in the event it isnt be sure to complete a survey to let Tmobile know .
