I always go to this store everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately the 800 number for Tmobile Customer Service left out a few things from my package delivery as well as complete instructions but they did tell me I could return to my original store where I bought the equipment and they could help me, which I should of done originally. Thankfully Omar was there to help trouble shoot with great communication and professionalism. Super patient with me no matter how many times I needed to go back and forth today.Thank you! Happy to have them as my neighborhood local store.Ariana Ashley

It’s very sad when a long time T-Mobile customer gets the runaround in the store. I called them. They told me they had a certain phone in stock I came. They said the safe was locked 30 minutes later. They came out and said they didn’t have one. That’s why I don’t normally go to the store. And I never will.

This used to be a very good T-Mobile store with outstanding customer service but that is no longer the case.The pressure sales tactics and condescending way they talked to my adult daughters this afternoon was too much to handle. Never seen the two employees before (one woman and her trainee male) but its T-Mobile employees like this that have sent me to Mint Mobile. One more experience like this and we all will be Mint customers. Guess they no longer need loyal customers at T-Mobile.

Excellent Store! I had purchased a new device here and unfortunately it developed manufacturer related issues. Do to fact that I live far away from this particular store, I attempted to exchange this phone for the exact same model phone and was getting told No! That I could not return the phone to a different store location (despite the 14 day return window) without a restocking fee, even though the phone was defective. I called this store where I had originally purchased my device and spoke to the manager named Paloma, she not only informed me of T mobiles policies and procedures, she also reached out to the other store and demanded customer satisfaction! Obviously they personally didnt make my phone defective, but the had the tools, resources and expertise to handle my particular issue with the upmost professionalism. Thank You!

Damien was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spend time to go over all the promotions we qualify and he end up saving us money on our bill and having us leave with a brand new apple watch. If you want to go to a great T-Mobile location for service, this is your place and Damien is your guy!

I wish I could give zero stars. I went there to get an Iphone that they didnt have at the block, it was a little busy. So after a short wait Paola waited on me, she explained that she might not be able to transfer all my info to the Iphone as my other phone was an android after less then a minute of thinking about it I decided to just buy it. Well so we go and fill out the info ie:my email., then she turn around to help the other tmobile employee for like 5 minutes as I could verified the number as my email was on my computer at home when she came back to me she seem surprise I was still there.I asked her now what and she said well youre finish I go are you sure as I had never had an Iphone and then thats when she started to talk down to me and just turn around so I left the store very annoyed. She didnt explain how the phone worked or anything.So today called back to complain to her supervisor and the girl on the other end said hes name a little quite so I asked her if it was I believed Clyde and the she said I said his name but rather loudly like she was scolding a little kid.So at lunch I went to the Mission Viejo store and they were the complete opposite very nice,very helpful Hailey and Jacob along with the manager are the best thing about T-Mobile.

If your here to update a pay a bill please be aware that this Tmobile is endlessly and very loudly plays spanish/mexican music all day during there business hours….its pretty annoying…i wish they would turn it down…its so unprofessional. im switching phone companies because of this. ATT is also close and does not play loud spanish music.

This was the 4rh visit to this store. T-Mobile is the best cell company out there and I give them 6 stars in other words the company will bent over backwards to make you happy. Now back to this store, I keep going back to this location because they give good service. I have a Samsung phone with a screen protector in it and I guess im rough on my phone. This is the fourth time I needed it replaced and its free since I purchased it from a T-Mobile store what a bargain. I was told this when I purchased my screen protector and I take advantage of keeping my phone protected. If you have to get a phone I recommend 👌 T-Mobile and this location for getting service they will .make you happy.

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and Ive always been happy with the customer service. The staff at this store in particular have been incredibly helpful and friendly! Very knowledgeable and professional. I would say to try this store out if you want some quality help with your account or information on products.

My Galaxy went out on me and I assumed they would treat me like AT&T had when I was their customer, basically telling me I HAD to pay full price and get another one of their phones if I wanted a phone.I went in, Luis helped me, he said it wasnt right and he put in my phones code said the year warranty wasnt up and within the week T-Mobile will be sending me another phone for 20 dollars.I was honestly shocked. Never been happier with a phone carrier.If you go here, definitely go to Luis.

This store scammed me out of $20. I purchased a new phone, and they automatically added on an extra $20 charge for a SIM card kit that I did not ask for, and they KNEW I did not need. I had my own sim card with me. They refused to remove the charge, and would not let me return the phone unless I paid a $50 return fee. This is despite the fact that I had never touched the phone and it was still sitting on their side of the counter. Shame on you T-Mobile. You got me once, but Ill never purchase a phone in a T-Mobile store ever again.

I went in to purchase an iPhone 7 and was helped by this colored eye pretty young lady and referred me to Rudy who helped me through out the process. He had tons of knowledge with the plans and the phone itself. I normally dont expect to make a friend when someone is just doing there job but I truly felt that they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable to go through with the purchase. I will define fly be back for my next upgrade or purchase and recommend anyone who asks. Thank you.

My wife and I recently visited your Orange store to upgrade a phone. We were assisted by Jackie. I must say right off the back, I was in customer service (Industrial Tools) for twenty years, and I was pleasently surprised by this young lady! She listened to what we wanted to do, not interupting, then explained what she was doing. Our new grand babys photos were on my wifes old phone, and Jackie transfered everything without a hitch. And all with a smile! She is a credit to T-Mobile. Give this woman a raise!!
