Joe Vega was very polite and took the time to explain all the options. He tried very hard to get us a good deal. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 new phones.

Not really one to leave a review for retail let alone a T-Mobile store but my visit warranted one. Came in for a phone after visiting another T-Mobile store that said they had it and then couldnt find it in their inventory 15 minutes later when I arrived. Manny helped me out on the phone and then helped me out in person and man, when customer service is on point it definitely shows. Ive always bounced around different stores because ther a couple around me but this will be my home store from here on our. Thank you Manny for helping us out 👏🏻

If I could give this place zero stars I would. An experience store is described as company-owned locations staffed by customer-obsessed Mobile Experts with the ability to handle any issue that a customer might bring up.So, lets go over this experts experience (pun intended). I call ahead to find out if they have a specific phone in stock, which they did, and the person on the phone was very helpful. I asked for him when I walked in and was somewhat rudely met with anyone of us can help you soo. I said fine as I wasnt about to argue or wait until the other person (guessing here) freed up with their customers.I explain that Im looking for a new phone and upgrade my device, etc. All good. I get taken to a seat and the person helping me (a heavier bloke with dark hair, beard and arm tattoos - so you can avoid if you choose to go) gets all my info.He asks if Im trading in my device and I say that I am. He then wants to inspect it - which is more than fair - so he takes a look at it, notices my screen protector has a bubble in the corner, gives the most low-effort attempt at taking off a very simple hard-shelled case, and hands it back to me telling me to take off the case.I have two broken fingers on one hand that are clearly wrapped up on Coban tape but alright, no sweat. I spend a good 2 minutes prying the case off because its hard for me to grab it right - this dude couldnt care less whatsoever, not even making eye contact with me.So, were already off to a great start, eh? Next, he tells me Im on an older plan and I would only be getting about 40% of the total trade-in price I saw on the website. When Im perplexed by this, he just sort of shrugs and says yeah IDK. I then ask if its okay for me to pull up what I saw on the website and I do.When I locate the quoted price on the website he again just says yeah IDK...maybe thats the online deal?. Later when I left the store I notice in very clear writing - which should also be something he looked for - and that is the fact that I need to be one of the new Go5G plans to get the full trade-in value.When I realize Im wasting my time here, I just say okay well umm I guess Ill do it online he doesnt really say anything except mumbles sorry as he walks away.Ive been with TMo for about 16 years with 4 lines and have worked for a corporate store when I started college, and this is just a pathetic interaction from start to finish.This is a poor reflection not just on the rest of the store but on T-Mobile period. Their over-the-phone customer service isnt much better, nowadays by and large.Time to peace out probably but in any case, avoid THIS store like the plague.

I had to go here today to resolve a few things. I had been over billed for a data package T-Mobile had given me when I was traveling internationally because my data wasn’t working properly. The rep said they’d comp it and I was billed for it. After bad service and poor connectivity since I’d switched over to regular account from a pre-paid account, I wanted to just go back to my prepaid service.Jennifer Jay helped me and thank goodness she did! We had to call customer service because she couldn’t make this changes in the store but it took 3 different reps, having to explain the situation 4x and close to an hour to resolve! She took care of all of it for me bc she say how they were transferring me around and providing poor service.If it wasn’t for Jennifer, I would have been even more frustrated than I already was.She’s a superstar! Just a ball of positive energy and a real can-do attitude! I literally gave her a hug on my way out.Btw, when I walked in there were at least 10 ppl in the store already, I thought it was going to be a long time before they helped me but the team of 3 including Jennifer were very efficient and I was helped within 10 minutes. Well done!

Fast and easy to switch. The guys knew what they were doing and it was easy. I kept the same number and transferred all my phone files and applications straight to the new phone. By the time I was home, it had finished the transfer. This t-mobile was awesome.i suggest going around 7 when its not that busy on a Friday/Saturday. I got the Nord N30 and it works perfectly.

Literally was in there for about one hour just waiting to get my screen protector replaced! As I was in there about six people walked out because they were waiting for a very long time!! This place is very very unprofessional! And they only had about three workers inside! And literally had about 15 people waiting! Definitely won’t be coming here again worst experience ever!

Really bad customer service, we went at 11 am didn’t leave until 3:30 pm it was a really simple task but they had to take 4 hours and more and then when we said it was taking a long time suddenly they decided not to put the sim cards in anymore when we already paid the manager rejected to refund our money and refused to activate the sim card. all we had to do was call another t-mobile and they fixed everything and activated the card in 10 minutes honestly terrible experience with the manager especially would advice going to any other t-mobile other than this one

Lost my phone and was broke not a dime to my name. today on my way to Ross i saw a t-Mobile store looked up at the sky and said there no way in hell i will be able to get a phone here i would need a angel to make that happen.well i went n a guy came over to help me and got me a new TLC 5g phone at no cost to me and guess what his name was(Angel)i couldnt believe it. thanks godand T mobile for having an angel.
