Manger Maribel provided the best 110% customer service to help me with the billing sent to me that was I was charged and I had no account to be billed for. Was at this store on 2/10/24. Around noon.The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in 50 years of business. My wife was greeted as she walked into store. After that straight down hill. No one would give their name.Salesman begin to question ever statement my wife made. it quickly eroded into a shouting match staff made no effort to resolve or deescalate. We were forceably told to leave when I tried to arbitrate the situation.As a manager/ owner you have failed. Weve all seen the footage of this type of situation erode into serious financial ruin and life threatening events.I would strongly caution anyone from entering this store your well being is in extreme danger.I would recommend a complete restaffing as they are rogue and not providing a service to the community or your business.

T-Mobile internet is a scam. They take your money and give you poor signal on purpose.

First off, customer service was great. I was assisted right away, without wait, even though the nearby area was pretty busy. The plan works fine in my area, and I havent had much latency or trouble with the package that I purchased. Would recommend.

Alex has the worst customer service. He refused to assist with the upgrade because he had no knowledge. He also refused to give written down information about Manager contact. Called back to get a girl and she had a similar attitude. I experienced nothing but attitude and was told “so are you going to upgrade or not”. As someone who was a store manager for T-mobile at one, it really is disheartening to see reps like this. Especially if the rep claims they’ve been with T-Mobile for 10 years. This store needs to do better.

Amazing customer service! Luis and Elizabeth were very great, cant do them justice online, must talk to them, amazing! Definitely recommend going to them for any questions. Definitely the best T-Mobile location. Let them help you!

Great Experience! Genesis T. attended me on purchasing my new iPhone. My old iPhone got completely destroyed at work, went in to purchase a new one but had a problem with my back up. Genesis took the time and extra work to figure out when my last back up was and she figured it out! She was able to get me all my things back on my new iPhone. I would highly recommend her, along with the rest of the staff for your T-Mobile needs at this store!

Be careful people some of these reps are deceiving at this location are not trained right or choose to act like they don’t know about promotions and will tell you there’s no promotions to get you for more money like they did me avoid this location on kings canyon and peach. Drive across town to Shaw and blackstone for better service
