Told these guys i didnt want a new line to upgrade my phone, and they kept bringing up that i should get another line. I kept telling them no and they looked at me like i was stupid and rolled their eyes. Never coming here again, this is why I rather deal with the website than deal with a salesman.

Ive recently came in T-mobile a few weeks ago and the young lady Shemia, was such an amazing help! She upgraded my devices as what I wanted and also corrected the mistake on my bill the last person made. Keep up the good work ma’am, the store is lucky to have you and your beautiful smile 😊 thank you 🙏🏽

This is a bad place to go. The employees is very bad not to trust . I have account in there with 6 lines . When I bought one new phone To replace my old phone they add 3mores lines into my account. They dont even tell me when they add 3more lines. .Dont go there. For star I give them 000000

If you stop by, make sure Jesse helps you out! Made the whole process super chill, saved me $600, and caught an unnecessary app charge that had been added to my monthly bill. Super rad and friendly. 10/10 would go to him again. Chefs kiss.

I had been with Xfinity for years never did it cross my mind to switch. I came to this store with a friend. To my surprise a gentleman by the name of Elijah greeted me I must say he has great customer service skills. I got new phones home internet that works amazing better than Xfinity and I am saving a lot of money. Also Don the store manager was very helpful and very professional. I definitely recommend this store and you must ask for Elijah to help you he will give you are a great deal.

Jessie was so awesome and helpful!! He was tied up with a customer and still made sure to acknowledge me and helped me out as best as possible. Best tmobile experience 10/10

I had a very good experience shopping for my phone this time. Thank you to Don for taking the time to go over the different phones with me. Although I asked a lot of questions, Don was very patient with me and was able to explain everything I needed to know about the phone and my plan.

Walked in the store and was greeted with energy by the manager. The team has excellent customer service and are extremely professional. Come here if you want a hook up.
