Couldn’t get my screen protector replaced because they said I don’t have the insurance……. But it’s active….. Even with proof, they still wouldn’t change my screen protector. Didn’t have this problem last time, but today this happened.

The best tmobile store. The best most knowledgable reps. I was assisted by Jasmine. She was so professional and so nice was very patient with me helped me decide what phone was the best option for my life style. I was there for about an hr while she helped me set up my new phone. Not one of them was rude to any customer. I normally dont review but after seeing all these complaints about technical stuff that has nothing to do with the store or sales reps. I had to come on here and say i had the best experience and will continue to shop here. Thank you

Excellent location and safe environment. Store associates were very helpful. Took time and resolved my problem. I need to do factory reset, but i visited some other locations nearby there. They were too busy for new line to sell, avoiding helping existing customers. I would strongly recommend visiting those stores who sincerely care for every customer that are walk in for whatever reason. It means a lot to the operator of the business as well as to the employees and customers. Keep up the great work 👍 .Thank you

If I could have CC, Andre or Carlos just follow me around everywhere I ever went and have them guide me through any days ups and downs then life would be perfect. Unfortunately I can only see them here at T Mobile. I made repeat visits this week and each time I was greeting and helped not just technically but also mentally and cellularly. I definitely appreciate all their world class customer service and care and would like to buy them a beer. Great team here. Much respect and appreciation. Definitely recommend.

I’d like to thank Jacob for helping me with the whole process of getting the issue with my phone fixed. Before visiting this store I had a lot of problems but Jacob was really reassuring and did everything in his power to fix it. He took his time and explained everything to me. Because of his professionalism and patience I will now be referring all my friends and family to this location.

Waiting during the holidays us expected. We had an issue updating status and we did have it resolved by Andre. He was POLITE, KIND, HELPFUL. We are definitely not from the area and decided to get some errands done while waiting for our vehicle being serviced. Best decision to stop at this Tmobile location. Talked to another guy with a beard briefly who thankfully did not assist us .... because Andre did amazing. When we upgrade our phones I will likely return to this location.

Service was excellent. Andre was Awesome! He has a strong work ethic, very professional. Also I dropped my wallet and a young woman who works there returned it to me. I will definitely be going back💪🏼✝️

My phone worked fine with sprint until they were bought out by T-Mobile. I haven’t had service in months they’ve made me come in 5 or 6 times only to try and sell me a new phone. Never once actually rectifying the issue they caused. Andre in particular wasted a good hour of my time refreshing the same page over and over trying the same useless solution to the same problem

I EMAILED! HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY SEE ORIG. REVIEW BELOW.In store customer service representatives are swindlers. Theyre service in AV sucks. They claim The towers are always down allegedly. No, ATnT may not have customer service in the US, but at least they werent dropping calls, had poor internet service, or shiesty salesmen... oh and DO NOT buy the SYNC UP KIDS WATCH. ITS ABHORRENT, never works, especially when needed.

I truly have never had such an awful experience with a phone carrier than I went here on both the October 15th and October 19th. The representative who was helping me Jacob, was not helpful at all. He like the rest of the employees at this company just gave misleading information to make a sell. He didnt provide us with any information and when I told him I didnt understand something (in hopes he could explain more in depth) he gave me a attitude and said I dont know what to tell you. What kind of company lets their employees talk to their customers like this? Disgusting. Not to mention he had a name tag that says hablo español but couldnt even say a single word in Spanish? Misleading. Im 100% bilingual and its absolutely disappointing to see someone have a name tag that says one thing but cant even hold a conversation in a language he can supposedly talk in. When I want back to turn in my phone for the trade in, the employee who helped me again was super entitled and rude. Terrible experience and honestly just gave me attitude for asking questions? Horrible customer service. I saw half of these employees name tags say they can talk Spanish and not one of them was able to able to hold a proper conversation with a Spanish speaking customer. Misleading and shameful. Moral of the story, If you want a company to make you feel unheard, give you attitude for asking questions, and provide you with misleading information, this location is perfect for you!

I’m not sure what the deal is with this place. Everything seems to take forever to get done. When I first went there to simply get a SIM and transfer my phone number it took over 2 hours. Today I went just to purchase a phone, and although two people were free (one was even taking time to wipe off counter surfaces) and the phone I wanted was apparently in stock, they still wanted me to wait longer. I especially feel bad for the person before me who had come to just pay a bill and had to wait over 40 minutes when the store wasn’t even busy. So strange. Either way rather than spend half my day there, I’m taking my money to another store.

Poor customer service. I purchased a defective phone from them. Was told I can bring it back within 14 days, without charge for replacement. When I bought the phone back in 10 days, they tried to get me to buy new products and try to charge me! Liars! These! Then I called corporate office I was connected to the manager of this location. I was told I can bring the phone back and get a replacement phone. When I did so I did not get the replacement phone in the magic act like you dont even know who I was. Go to a different

People are fully racist. My wife wanted a new phone and they treated her like trash telling her to wait outside as others came first. Best to avoid this place. Now I remember why I switched to verizon ages ago.

Went into this store to ask a question about upgrading to the last seasons iPhone. Levia helped us, she was so rude. We asked questions and she refused to even check in the computer for the what we were asking. She refused to even check. She was extremely rude. Went to another store and they helped us and answered all our questions. Her, with out checking, she said we need to put a down but when we went to the other store, we didnt.
