The System Pavers team we worked with delivered an exceptional patio for our home by the ocean. Bailey and Darin worked with me through the design phase to get just what we wanted on paper. They made great suggestions and were really patient with us as we went through the process of selecting the pavers, cladding and designs for handling our terraced areas. Darin was our project manager and he did a fantastic job of ensuring our design came to life! The work crew were amazing -- particularly the stone mason! It is so beautiful and at a very reasonable price. I will also note that there was a miscommunication at one point that had financial ramifications and System Pavers did not ask us to pay more -- they lived up to their side of the contract. I am happy to recommend the people and the company.

I hired System Pavers for my driveway and walkway and they did not disappoint(!) not just on the results but also the customer service! I am so glad I decided on them even though they were not the least expensive bid (but I’m a believer that you get what you pay for). What made the experience so pleasant and positive was the team we worked with, particularly our amazing Project Manager Darin and Design Consultant Pamela. I met with Pamela initially (design phase) then she handed it off to Darin (project phase). Not only were they super responsive but during the project Darin kept me apprised of every step and sent text updates and photos proactively. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. There was a crew of about 2-4 guys working everyday except on weekends and when it rained. It took two weeks from demolition to completion (they probably could have finished in one week had it not rained so much). They kept the construction site clean, sweeping the debris on the street too, which I’m sure my neighbors appreciated as well.The communication, the service, and the results are all 5 stars!!I highly recommend System Pavers, specifically Darin and Pamela as they are on top of it and provide excellent customer service and ensure the paver work is done to your satisfaction!One side note - if your project requires a permit with the county or city (most paver work does not but there could be some nuances like sidewalk or street use), the timing is really out of their control but once its issued or they find a workaround, System Pavers moves fast!

We made an appointment after attending the Bay Area Home Show at the Santa Clara Convention Center. We met with Charstaan Mussman a week later and discussed what we envisioned. We looked through books of paver styles, colors, and layouts, while he did a quick draft and took measurements. Charstaan gave us space to discuss details when we needed it and was never pushy. Husband has an easier time to visualize these types of projects, while I need to see it in person and touch it. Charstaan offered to meet us at the office so we could see different colors and layouts. We appreciate that he went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions we were making before signing the contract.We met with project manager Javier Rodriguez a few days prior to his crew starting so he could relay the information to the crew. On the first day, there were about 6 people to do the demolition of our driveway and walkways. As the project continued, there were 2-4 people on different days over the course of 6 business days. Javier communicated with us daily in person and with texts. If we had questions, he always responded promptly. When he was onsite, we would walk the area as he explained what was happening and the status. He included us in all decisions, no matter how minor. We were very well informed of different milestones throughout the project.Laying out the driveway seemed a lot fast than the courtyard, but there was some miscommunication, and it probably added a day. The foreman, also named Javier, asked me about the layout of the pavers in the courtyard. Since we live on the inner side of a circle and our house is on the end, our yard has different angles to consider. He and another crew member had laid out the pavers and asked me to take a look at it. I told them that I wanted the pavers in the courtyard to line up to the pavers on the steps, and not the entry door landing. That evening, my husband and I looked at the pavers, which were about 90% laid out, and saw that it was not straight with the steps so informed project manager Javier. Project manager Javier came out to inspect the work and after 5-10 minutes of trying to explain myself, they finally understood, and the crew had to adjust all of the pavers. This taught me to communicate only with project manager Javier on the fine details. Personally, I felt bad having them redo their work, but not once did they express any negativity of having to do it again.As mentioned above, we live in a circle so we had to play it by ear when the courtyard was being designed. The crew had to deal with the angle of our entry door landing, the side fence, the side of the house, the sidewalk, and the slope of our yard. We initially planned for two steps spaced out equally to the entry door landing, with the second step also leading to the small courtyard by turning left. After discussing it with foreman Javier, Project manager Javier presented us with another concept, which was similar, but would expand the space of the courtyard and it turned out fantastic. They also had to adjust how the steps would look.There were a few other details that project manager Javier, foreman Javier, and the crew did in order to go the extra mile. They fixed our rainwater gutter drainpipe and sprinkler irrigation pipes and relocated sprinkler heads. A portion of our driveway had our childrens handprints so they cut it out so we could save it. They dug out our rose bushes and moved it into pots that we provided.Overall, we are VERY HAPPY that we went with System Pavers and LOVE the way it has elevated the look of our home. The cost was higher than we expected, but the quality and care they put into their work and the top-notch service of Charstaan, Javier R., Javier, and the rest of the crew just cant be beat. Such an overall positive experience! There is no buyers remorse here! We highly recommend System Pavers and consider yourself blessed if you work with Charstaan and Javier.

Signing a contract with System Paver for my landscaping project has been an incredible experience. After four years, I noticed changes in my pavement that raised concerns. Well deserved 5 star review. I made a decision to demolish my pool a few months back and was left with a huge empty backyard. After interviewing several contractors I made a decision to go with System Pavers. Maria Emmet came up with a nice design and a quote that was reasonable. Ricardo Garcia who was assigned to the project did his due diligence, checking the project constantly and communicating real time. All crew members were efficient and worked very hard. Even though they were working with a small area, System Pavers treated us as importantly as if they were embarking on a large job. Our Design Consultant, Bill Emmack, and our Project Manager, Javier Rodriguez, were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Bill suggested a walkway with rocks and provided us with samples of materials. Workers were efficient and hard working, even working through a period of rain.Javier texted us frequently with updates and questions, always alerting us when workers would be arriving. The job was completed in the agreed upon time and clean-up was thorough and efficient.

Scott, our designer, took the time to explore options with me and present creative solutions that exceeded my expectations for what was possible. He also understood that a good drainage system was really important to us and that functionality was a priority. The design was an unexpected bonus since it improved the footprint of our old concrete patio. Scott also presented us with a reasonable and competitive bid that fit our budget. Javier, our project manager, made Scotts design a reality. He was attentive and detailed, and communicated with us regularly with texts, photos, and on site. He spent added time with us regarding lighting and addressing concerns when they came up. When our bushes encroached on the planned boundaries of the patio, Javier came up with a creative solution and maintained the area of the new patio by shifting the space and adding a nice curvature to the fire pit sitting area. Regarding the timeline, Javiers team worked with us on the start date and finished the entire job in less than two weeks. We highly recommend this team at System Pavers without reservation.

System Pavers recently completed installation of a new three-car driveway and a walkway to our front door. They also installed a new walkway and curbing in our backyard. Gary Goings provided several alternative designs with options that we did not even know existed. He did a full color rendering of the final plan. With weather and very thorough construction methods, the estimate was 2½ weeks to complete. Even with rain details, the job was done in two weeks. Cesar Guzman, the project manager, visited the site every day and took his time reviewing progress and addressing homeowner concerns. We made a number of changes along the way. Cesar and the 3-to-4-man crew were always responsive and supportive. Cesar always took the time to explain options and considerations. The final product is beautiful. Just ask our neighbors!System Pavers is not the least expensive alternative, but I believe that they are the best at what they do and they will work with you on financing, planning and installation.

Jonathan Neimuth (Design Consultant) listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure every detail of it was carried out. He personable and easy to communicate with. Javier Rodriguez (Project Manager) was also a great communicator. We always knew when workers would be on site and and he made frequent visits to sure things were progressing. He even made sure that a stain left on the street was cleaned and the rest of the site looked perfect before releasing to project to us. Both men modeled leadership and represented System Pavers well.

The pavers were extracted and relaid, they also fixed the turf. satisfied with the result.Update : Within few months of the installation, the turf has dipped at one place and pavers joints are opening up. Raised warranty complaint more than a month ago, only acknowledgment message and call couple of times, but no follow up yet. I am still waiting on someone to come and have a look at it. While the installation process was great, I am having trust issues with their post sales warranty.==================We recently got the backyard landscaping and turf installation done by System Pavers. Super happy with the process and the results. Nate helped with designing the backyard, took lots of feedback to make adjustments, and proposed the final design that suited our needs and taste. After going through ton of research we decided to go with pavers instead of concrete, and SP had the edge over others for pavers installation. I also reached out to local community to get some feedbck about SP and they were all positive. Nate was also very transparent about the costing, which I would think is high, but there is none who backs up their work with 15-25 yr warranty. It is, by all means, worth it.Something that stands out about the whole experience is the professionalism, communication and punctuality of the entire team. Huge shout out to their excecution team, Nick, Julian and his dad. Nick managed the project and never missed a day to visit the property, and he would constantly communicate all the updates, take the feedback and get back with the answers. As an owner, it goes a long way, when I know their exact plans to keep away any anxiety. He was simply amazing in managing the team as well as keeping up with ordering material on time. The project ran smooth with not even a single occurrence of delay. A very honest and easy going person to work with.The installer team of Julian (aka Miguel) and his dad have amazing skills and coordination. The results speak of their work, a high quality work with pavers as well as turf. We also asked for small golf patch with rounded edges, which came out exactly as we wanted. Julian always reached out for feedback and discussion every mornig to keep us informed throughout the process, and he also regularly provided his feedback about the pavers layout and design which was very welcomed. We requested a change in the design during the middle of project, and Julian did it without hesitation. Julians team was absolutely professional and left the place clean and organized every evening. While they were working, we also got Gazebo team come down and work with them in coordination, concrete posting and installing footers, and he was very accommodating about it. We also had a water filter installed in our backyard, which needed underside pavers to be installed at exact height, and Julian got it right in first attempt. I am simply amazed by his skills. The entire work was completed in sharp 2.5 weeks, which is another benchmark given that some of the other landscapers in my community are taking more than 4 months to finish the job.We are super excited to use the backyard in the summers. Highly recommend System Pavers for anyone looking to get pavers done. Ask for Nick and Julian, if you can.

This review was long due. System Pavers did both our Front Yard and Back yard renovations last summer.After few quotes, we decided to go with System Pavers to design our backyard. Scott came in and took a decent amount of time to put-together a design we immediately fell in love with.When the demo started, we all surprised to see huge chunk of metal strips under the concrete patio which previous owners had put it. Javier told me not to worry that he will take care of digging them out with no extra charge to us. Javier and his crew went on transforming our backyard with lots of details put into the design. Everyday was something new as the work progressed well. The final delivery came-in with breath-talking transformation! The attached pictures can tell the truth.Fast forward several months now, we called them last week about water clogging as one of the drainages were clogging. Javier came in today and took care of not just unclogging the drains and also went extra-mile to dig the dirt out our gardener had accidentally covered it clogging the drainage. This is the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service makes System Pavers stand out from the rest and we are so glad that we went with them for that extra peace of mind. If you dont want a company that creates beautiful work, sticks to a timeline, answers phone calls and returns your text messages promptly, then System Pavers isnt for you!! I was also expecting to pay a higher price but very surprised with the quoted price.Dave came out to discuss my idea and spent quality time putting it to paper. It wasnt one of those, okay, Ill get back to you with a quote jobs. Everything was done on the spot!Both Dave and Nick (Project Manager) showed up the day before construction to go over what was to be done.The next day, Nick and the construction guys began their magic. I always knew where they were at in the progress and if there was a concern, it was addressed right away. I couldnt of asked for a better group of people to work with! Beautiful job!!

I hired System Pavers for a much-needed backyard makeover with pavers which is currently in progress. So far, theyve exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didnt hire them in the first place. From the initial site visit, their communication and expertise has been excellent. One of the biggest advantages of going with a company as big as System Pavers is that they have a lot of resources and knowledge to tap into during the planning and execution of your project. Youre assigned an entire team with very clearly-delineated responsibilities, including a Project Manager, Construction Managers, Design Consultant, and Sales Manager. The Design Consultant had plenty of good ideas that we implemented and clearly knew his stuff. The whole team has been very professional and have lots of experience which is very reassuring when youre embarking on a big project that involves quite a bit of demolition which can be stressful. Im also impressed with how fast everything came together. We were able to plan, finalize a design, and start work in less than a month.

Took a small side yard that was covered in drain rock, not utilized to now a spacious area ready to entertain. The guys were fantastic... strong, fast, neat and efficient. The entire team is a well-oiled machine. My only regret is that I did not do the entire landscaping all around my home. System Pavers Senior Management Team: please give a spiff card to the team! Michael the project manager was excellent with alerting us to times the crew would be arriving. Michael answered all of our questions either via text or in person. Christine, design consultant was our first contact with System Pavers was a great consultant & gave us our first project plan but we weren’t ready at the time she presented the project to start. We called 9 months later & Christine came back & helped us with the final design we liked better than the original design. System pavers did an excellent job installing artificial grass in my front yard. Quality of work and materials were superb! Job was completed in one day as promised. Cleanup was great as well. Darren, John and the crew that performed the work were knowledgeable efficient and respectful. I would highly recommend them for pavers and artificial grass. This was my second time using them. I had a significant amount of paver work done: boat pad, driveway, walkway, courtyard and landing. Mike Virgallito was my design consultant and Javier Rodriguez my project manager. Both were very professional and did a smooth transition from sale to actual work. Javier was very conscientious about his job. He was in daily contact with me and offered a number of suggestions to make the finished project more appealing. He also made sure the installation crew stayed on schedule. The crew knew what they were doing. The job was finished in 7 days, 3 days under the promised 10. It was a pleasure working with both Javier and Mike. And although this project was pricey I do believe due to overall quality it was worth it. I will consider System Pavers for future projects.

They did such Wonderful job building our patio pavers and BBQ grill island; from marketing—Jose coming up to our door introducing System Pavers, to John Castagnola, their honest and very well experienced Senior Design Consultant, to Haley the coordinator and Ricardo Garcia—project manager and his crew led by Gustavo—-our experience could not be any better. We met Dan at a garden show and really liked him over other designers. He helped us come up with a nice paver design for our backyard. Nick and the installation guys finished the job much faster than expected and everything came out great. We contacted System Pavers after a couple of our friends highly recommended them. We have a long driveway that has been badly cracking, and the rest of the outside of the house (both back, front and side yards) wasnt in great shape. We knew we wanted to put in turf and pavers, but didnt really have a real concept beyond that. Nick came out, and after our first meeting gave us a beautiful design for the entire yard. We were really surprised, in the best way possible, that he got us and was able to give us exactly what we didnt know we wanted/needed.Cesar and his crew were great! We were surprised how quickly and beautifully it all came together. There was one little issue about where the walkway was placed, but it was fixed the next day without any hesitation. Our backyard has a large deck that let off into what used to be a lawn, and is mostly mud and weeds in the winter. It badly needed a change, and I dreamed of a hardscape patio and turf. I drew up a rough plan, but didnt put it into action for over a year.This year, I contacted a few landscape design agencies, including System Pavers. They were the most responsive, and were able to meet with me on the weekend to discuss my ideas. The design consultant, Chris Weiss, discussed my plans with me, and we came up with a final design which could be quoted.I decided to move ahead with the project, and that is where Javier Rodriguez, the project manager, came in. We reviewed the plan together, and he outlined how the work would proceed. The project took a little over 2 weeks to complete, and every day Javier was there checking the work, and also checking with me to see if I had any questions about the work as it progressed. The System Pavers crew installed a paver circle and walkway, and a turf area in our backyard. They did a very complete and professional job, every step of the way: digging out the base layer to put in the gravel under the walkway, tamping it down, etc. Everything was done properly and thoroughly. They even added drainage lines under the hardscape and made a few design upgrades in my favor. I am super pleased with the way my backyard looks now! And its all ready before Memorial Day!

We had been considering doing artificial turf in our backyard and specifically adding a putting green. Due to some specials they were running, I decided to check out System Pavers. I met with Kevin their Design Consultant who put together a plan and showed us samples of what they have. Kevin was great at listening to our wants and incorporating them into the design so we decided to proceed. Next we heard from Javier who was our Project Manager. He took us through how the job would go and answered all questions that we had. When it came to the actual work Javier checked in with us throughout the job asking for our input and making sure everything was going well. Our backyard was unusable and a total disaster. It was a 15 year wait for something to happen. This was not an easy project, with a curved retaining wall, a sloping landing area, and a steep driveway to get the materials delivered and staged. This project included a MASSIVE boulder to chip away at to extend our retaining wall, and everything was completed on a hill. Here was where System Pavers was contacted. Christine (CC) came out to our house, measured, and came up with a good estimate within our budget. She listened to what we wanted, and presented options that worked with our aesthetics and budget. Adrian was our foreman/project manager who was overseeing the work. Both of them did not judge us for our nasty looking backyard.When the project finally started, he gave a rather accurate timeframe of completion. He was easy to work with, great personality, and did what he could to get things done right and fixed. He listened to our concerns, answered all the questions, and dealing with SP was great. I am exacting when it comes to build quality and some degree of perfection. He was able to accommodate that. The only reason this isnt a five star review was due to the subcontractor who did the installation. They were nice, easy to work with, answered questions, and were respectful. Their demolition was smooth, efficient, and within good time. But I caught them rushing the work several times. Adrian was told of these, and him being a solid PM for this work, got them to redo, fix, and complete the work properly. Our surprise rain showers revealed minor puddling which System Pavers were quick to repair with no hassle.In the end, the wall and patio are a beautiful start of our backyard remodel. . CC and Adrian were wonderful, and Id be happy to work with them again on another project, but with a different subcontractor. We are happy with how this project has turned out and have received multiple compliments to our new and very useable space.

We recently hired System Pavers for a small patio job. They installed pavers and a small area of turf. The job was successfully completed in four days. Our Design Consultant Roger met with us to review paver options and answered our questions early in the process. Our Project Manager Adrian O’ Donoghue was knowledgeable and responsive. We truly enjoyed working with him and his crew. They were patient with our questions and requests. They also explained the need for additional drainage to prevent pooling of water at our foundation or around the a/c unit, which we appreciated. Wow! What a great job by Systems Pavers. The design provided by Bill Goff, the Construction Supervision by Cesar Guzman and Mgr, Orfil and their subcontractor Freddy was outstanding. The driveway is stunning.It is 6,000 sq ft, which required going down 10 inches to lay base rock foundation, multiple conduits under the driveway, two different type of borders and 2 different types of pavers. The quality was top notch.Even when we had an issue, which you always do in a job this large, they just said, no problem, and made it right. We are extremely happy and we get nothing but compliments. Were pretty stoked with the final outcome of everything. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. From the design phase through to the end result, we were well informed, set realistic expectations given the current COVID climate. This was exactly what we wanted, and the team was very flexible, no over selling or over complicating anything. The only thing I would say as the homeowner is to just keep an eye on what you agreed to do, as theyre different crews that come in who do the different phases, so communication is key with the designer and project manager. Nick Padilla was incredibly diligent and communicated very well with us on what to expect. He even personally hooked up the grill, when it wasnt really his duty to do so. The team at System Pavers Fremont were excellent . Beginning with Beth who came out and measured everything and showed us our options. She was informative and low key and developed a plan we loved . I had System Pavers put in a new driveway and path for me, and am extremely pleased with the results. My project manager, Javier Rodriguez, came by every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. When an issue came up, he was right on it, whether it was dealing with PG&E or the water company, or bringing in equipment or supplies. He always made sure that I knew I could contact him at any time about anything I had concerns about, and he checked in frequently with me. The men who worked on the project were amazing. They were very skilled at what they were doing, and also extremely respectful of my property, cleaning up at the end of every day. They showed up on time and got all the demo of the concrete done and removed.Plus removed the excess dirt and brought it the base rock the first day. The second day they ran the drain lines and had most of the pavers down. The third day they had the retaining wall up and redid some of the drain line work and fine tuned the lower area with a small step. On the fourth day they finished all the edging and capped the retaining wall. They cleaned up and overall did an outstanding job. We are very happy with their work.

Our pavers are great, the crushed granite area is absolutely the worst, I would not recommendGetting this at all. We got it installed in 2014. Complained about it a few times. They came out told me it was a maintenance issue. Then they added some granite and it just made a giant cat box. So they took that out. Every year since it has been loaded with weeds after the rains. Again, I have seen some other areas with crushed granite and they looked nothing like mine. They didnt do it right. I paid $70,000 with System Pavers and would not recommend to my worst enemy. I know we will get weeds but should not get them like this. Right after it rains the whole area turns green. No amount of weed killer helps either.

I went with system pavers after seeing the great job they did on my neighbor’s backyard. They did not disappoint. Pamela Tang helped with the design of our of paved area, and provided a construction estimate. This is my first-ever google review. System Pavers carried out an enormous job for us, and they proved to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. That is no exaggeration--and I have very high standards. Our flagstone patio and pool-surround, measuring roughly 1500 square feet, were cracked beyond repair because the earth had been settling over the years. The entire thing needed to be destroyed, the debris hauled out, and a new patio and pool-surround installed to replace them. I had long dismissed pavers as an option because I thought theyd be way too expensive, but I asked System Paves to give me a bid anyway. Scott came out and did that. He was very friendly, informative, and zero pressure, and his bid was very reasonable for the size of the job. I was surprised and decided to move ahead. As the job was about to start, I was turned over to Darin, whod be overseeing the work crew. He, too, was very friendly and informative, and he was genuinely concerned with every detail of the job, making sure that everything went exactly right, and being totally responsive to every issue I raised along the way. Inevitably, issues did arise. The existing concrete turned out to be much thicker than they had estimated, with rebar (which they didnt know about), and more difficult and time-consuming to remove-- but Darins crew just did what they needed to do, took the extra time, and got the job done. There was no attempt to raise the price to me. When the pavers were put down, some areas were not sloped properly, but Darin was all over it and made sure the pavers were re-laid until the sloping was right. When they did the demo, they found that the posts holding up our patio roof were rotted at the bottom, and Darin had the crew dig out the concrete underneath, attach metal to the posts, and re-do the whole thing so that our support structure was far better than ever. This was an unexpected cost for them, but, again, it was just included as part of the job. There were a number of other issues too. In every case, Darin insisted on doing things right, and he responded quickly and positively to every concern I raised. When I texted him, moreover, he would always get back to me immediately. He never put me off. He never made me feel like I was being a perfectionist or that my expectations were too high. I was shocked, really. I have never dealt with a company that was so responsive. Darin kept emphasizing throughout that I have a 25 year warranty, and that, if anything goes wrong down the road, just contact him and it will be made right. I believe that. The final product--a huge new patio and pool-surround--is beautiful and well constructed. I couldnt be happier with it. And the cost was reasonable. As I said, I have never written a google review before, but in this case I really wanted to. Darin and System Pavers consistently went above and beyond to do a great job, and they deserve the highest praise.

We even enjoy the yard in the evenings, thanks to the LED lighting. If I recall correctly Joe and Javier communicated with us practically daily on the course of the project. I knew that a project of this nature had the potential to be a major stressor, but these guys took us through each “bump in the road”. Issues such as city permits and home owners association approvals. I mean what home project does not have issues? But the key is having the right people to tackle these issues. Austin our sales guy worked hard for us on the price at initial meeting to make it come close to our budget. Once the project started, things got even better. Got work done in 2019. The crew they found to do the work did a decent enough job, however I had some issues with the original project manager with quality assurance and following up on a few fixes. He talked me into signing the completion form early saying he would follow up if I helped him out with this, but once I signed and paid he went off. Originally I wasnt very happy with that. Make sure you dont sign off if everything isnt checked yet.5 years later I had a warranty concern. Luckily Adrian is now the new person for my region. He took care of things for me and Im thankful for it. The great thing is they stand by their warranty.

We were recommended to System Pavers by our friend/neighbor who had their front yard done recently. I am overall happy that we went with System Pavers as not only were the crew quick to respond and helpful every step of the way, but fast in terms of how quickly the project was completed.We had two primary contacts during this project. Definitely the finished out backyard was as nice as it can be get. There were a few challenges during the process like everything else but glad we overcame those by discussion and talking to experienced construction managers. We went into the nitty gritty of the project like drainage placement, lights separate transformer controls, grading, finish of the paver, plants placement, border, curbing, design, seat wall alignment and the cuts. It was definitely a hectic but very fulfilling experience.Lucas the Project Manager was absolutely spot on. We had some miscommunication during the onset of the project but we resolved our differences and moved along for a beautiful backyard. At the end the finish was amazing and I cannot be happier. He was very attentive and gave all the time needed for the project. Also he called me many times during different phases to ensure I am comfortable with the next step and if there was any difference he would come onsite right away and resolve it. I had some crumbling concrete walkways replaced with paved walkways, as well as a new circular paver patio with benches installed by System Pavers at my old craftsman house in Berkeley, and everything looks excellent.During his initial consultation, Justin listened to how I planned to use the space and made design recommendations based on my admittedly vague descriptions. To be honest, I hadnt considered putting in a patio circle with permanent paver benches before he suggested it, but I thought it was a great idea since I wanted to have a fun and functional gathering space for college students, and thats what he ended up designing. He also suggested paver colors that would complement my dark wood shingle house and the existing aged red brickwork. I had originally thought about going with the red pavers, but he said they would likely clash with the existing brickwork, which is older and, therefore, washed out... We ended up using the victorian color, which has both warm and gray tones and looks lovely against the existing aged redwood shingles and brickwork.Adrian managed the project and kept in constant communication with me, sending me pictures of his teams progress and regularly initiating video calls with me since I was working offsite during most of the project and was only able to travel to see it in person a couple of times during the construction process. When I changed my mind about the paver circle materials at the eleventh hour, he put in a change order, no problem, and got everything done exactly as I wanted it. Hes a very patient and pleasant person who stays calm under pressure, which I really appreciated since dealing with a big construction project is already stressful enough, but doing it remotely is even more stressful. So, it was reassuring to know he was on site to handle anything that came up during the project.The whole paver project turned out better than I imagined and everyone who sees it tells me how fabulous it looks and what a professional job the installers did. Im very happy with the way things turned out and expect the pavers to last a long time since theyre high quality materials, well-installed, and System Pavers has a great warranty.Excellent experience overall!

I hired SP to build retaining walls and install pavers in my front yard (~2000sqft). The final product looks good but overall it was a stressful process with lots of finger pointing and communication issues. Ricardo (PM) and Maria (Designer) were primary POCs.Highlights:- Design: I gave Maria the design I wanted and she gave me lots of great feedback. She’s been in the industry for years and very knowledgeable. I changed the designs multiple times and she was very patient in working with me.- Crews: Gonsalo, Alex & Antonio were friendly to work with. Gonsalo was the main crew on site. He constantly asked for how I liked things to be done when it came to edge cases and where possible tried to figure out the best solutions. It was great working with him.- Retaining wall change: in early chats Maria quoted me for 18” high. I asked if that was enough as the slope looked quite steep. She confirmed. Later on I decided to raise it to 22” (I paid extra for this). But when Ricardo & the crews started work, it turned out we needed up to 30” and they did it for me at no extra cost.- Help with plumbing & fence crews: I asked Ricardo to move debris out of the way so that my plumber could do their work and he agreed to do that on short notice. Gonsalo also agreed to delay laying down french drain pipes so that fence posts can be installed first.- Wall near fence: Ricardo noticed my existing fence & backyard are higher than my front yard so he suggested I install a small wall around it to make it look nicer. I appreciated that!- Cleanliness: crews always clean up at the end of every workday.Lowlights:- Communication: communicating was difficult. Many conversations & requests quickly became tense with finger pointing. Some requests although were fulfilled, the paths to get there were stressful. I was often put in at fault position and faced with statements such as this was not in our original contract, our specs said X inches, not Y, We are not done yet, etc. It was significantly stressful when many changes/requests were made out to be such a big ordeal with lots of messaging back and forth.- Multi-Parties Management: SP is good at what they do, aka pavers/hardscaping. However my project involved much more including tree planting, fencing, irrigation & plumbing. SP didn’t do these so I had to hire 3rd parties and manage them myself, for things such as: track construction progress to know when to install fence and trees; figure out any plumbing/cleanout improvements I should do before laying pavers on top. Ricardo was helpful in answering my questions but I had to know what to ask to get the information I needed to pass to the other companies to make sure things go smoothly. And that was very stressful.- Change Costs: when I had to revert some changes, the costs were very steep. For example, originally we agreed to build a 36” walk way and 36” entrance. In preview visit, I decided to reduce them to 30” to make room for planters. That night my wife and I decided to stick to the original design. Next morning (less than 24h later), I asked them to revert to our original specs but they said the orders have been sent and they charged me $6k to make the changes. After negotiation we brought it down to $4k. So I basically went back to where I was with $4k more added to the project.Overall great result but not a pleasant experience as I expected. So if your project is straightforward, eg. just install pavers on a clean/flat surface or you don’t anticipate making changes once the construction started then I would recommend SP. However if it involves landscaping, fencing, irrigation, plumbing, etc. you might be better off with a more rounded company or be prepared to step up and manage all of this yourself. Or if there are elements that you are unsure at the start or have changes later on, keep in mind they may come with big costs and difficult conversations.[Updated from last review now that project has completed]

I recently took on a backyard renovation project that began in mid September of this year (2018). The backyard project has been broken into three phases. The first phase was the pavers for the patio and the construction of a bbq island. After doing extensive research, my wife and I settled on System Pavers to hire to do the work in the backyard. Our primary consultant was Lucas. He was amazing to work with every step of the way. He met with my wife and I on a Sunday and planned out every step. We were in constant communication by cell phone, either by text messaging or by direct phone contact. Any time that I had a question or problem, I could always get a hold of Lucas. If he was unavailable, he would always return my phone call or text message. The first phase is now complete and we are extremely pleased with the results of the pavers for the patio and of course the bbq island. I have shared several pictures. System Pavers completed the patio and bbq island. The sink, bbq, and pizza oven were purchased from another retailer and the granite work was contracted out by another contractor.Did we experience some problems? Yes we did. The whole project was delayed over a month due to the back order of the Sparkling Autumn ledgers, that is the stone that surrounds the bbq island. We worked with Lucas and his team to discuss our options. My wife and I made the decision to stick with the Sparkling Autumn ledgers rather than push the project through and settle on a ledger that would not go with the patio stone. We had to wait through the delays, but it was well worth it. Another problem was that the bbq island was not built to my design. It was built in reverse. Lucas took charge and the bbq island was redone to meet the original specifications. The masonry contractor built the bbq island to an exact fit for the actual bbq and sink. There were no problems coordinating efforts and construction to accommodate the granite contractor. One last problem that we ran into, was an issue of drainage that was discovered when the pavers were being laid down. This was resolved in two ways, first a small retaining wall was built and next a drain will be built to redirect pooling water that was discovered after the down pour of rain that we recently experienced.Finally, we would highly recommend System pavers to work on your front yard or backyard project. My husband and I had been considering adding turf and pavers to our backyard for over a year now. We finally decided to move forward and are so happy that we called System Pavers. Our design consultant Tyler was wonderful as we went through all our options, both for this project and our next big one. Cc was our designer who made the trek from Marin to Fremont twice to confirm the design and materials. This is the 3rd project Ive done with System Pavers and they delivered above and beyond as usual. Javier lead this project and accounted for every detail along the way with great communication. This is my second time working with system pavers. The price was reasonable and the outcome was even better. Daniel, my sales rep was courteous and everything was explained to me in detail that led up to my decision to move forward with them.My project manager, Joe Kauffman, was in contact with me during the whole process. We had some issues with my neighbour about the property line and Joe went above and beyond to talk to them, even though that wasnt part of his job description. Joe kept me update literally every day about the progress and even help with figuring out the layout of my steps going up a very steep slope. Wonderful work that these guys are doing! I had a big project of removing and extending my driveway, adding a new walking path from the sidewalk to the front door, creating a new landing, creating a walkway from our side gate leading to the backyard, and removing a big chuck of our backyard and creating a patio area. From when they first arrived we went over everything that was needed and wanted. Todd with his partner came in and went over, measured, and drew up how everything would be done along with materials that would be great. They kept in mind everything I wanted and incorporated it into the idea. Javier, the project lead, came in a week before the project started and again went over everything Todd and I came up with. Javier was very thorough and went over everything from the materials, the patterns they were going to use in the back and front, and how everything was going to look, marking everything down. From the start of construction, Javier and his team worked very quickly and thoroughly. Javier would keep me updated with what exactly they were doing and why they were doing things. Javier added drainage to my patio at no extra cost. He wanted to make sure the project came out perfectly with no issues. He explained why he added it in and he was doing that himself because he takes pride in his projects and wants to make it the best he can for me. My backyard has a slop towards the back, Javier called me and texted me pictures to let me know that they would be building on a little slope to make sure everything evened out, and if rain or water gets on it, then it would be able to roll down into the drains. Once the project got going, Project Manager Javier Rodriguez and his crew were extremely well coordinated and we were always kept up to date and fully informed of everything happening. Nothing happened that we did not approve in advance. Outstanding craftsmanship and finish. Minor changes we requested during construction were accommodated immediately, with no issues at all. Most impressively, Javier essentially helped us find a quality plumbing contractor and electrical contractor and even helped us to coordinate their work. The project management and quality of the end product made System Pavers the right choice for us.Project Management (During Construction)Ours was a complex project. As part of the project, we needed gas, electrical, and water lines installed throughout the work area. The entire backyard was a maze of utility lines serving different purposes, and the utility work needed to be completed prior to, and in conjunction with, paver subbase preparation and compaction. In addition, access to our backyard work area was limited by pedestrian access gates that prohibited large equipment, and all trenching was by pick and shovel. The excavation, backfill, ground leveling, subbase preparation, paver layout and installation had to be precise and correct. The pavers are fantastic. The workmanship was outstanding. The finished project is beautiful and exceeds our expectations.Project Manager CommunicationJavier Rodriguez remained in constant contact from the moment he was brought on board. He was extremely attentive, responsive, and proactive in his communications. He took the time to really understand our needs and understood we expected very good communication. Javier could not have done a better job keeping us informed, double-checking every important detail with us, and remaining available weekends, evenings, and anytime we needed to reach out. Dan spent several hours sketching different layouts and options until we settled on the one that fit our vision and budget. After that, our project manager —Javier— stepped in. It was smooth handoff. System Pavers just finished our new backyard paver patio and we couldn’t be happier! Since we were within the warranty period we contacted Systems Pavers to have someone come inspect. Scott Issersohn, came to our house and went over a custom design plan that fit our budget. As visual people, this gave my wife and I a great sense of what our backyard could look like. Scott has been with System Pacers for over 10 years and is very knowledgeable.Once we signed the paperwork, we met our project manager, Javier Rodriguez.Javier went over the plan with us and with Scott present which made for an easy transition. Javier and Scott work great together and it was fun watching them bounce ideas off of each other for the betterment of our new backyard.Since the start of our project, Javier has been there for us. He has made routine trips to our job site and has sent us regular updates, via text, of the progress from the beginning. As questions arose, Javier brought them to our attention promptly. He offered his professional opinion but also paid close attention to our wishes which ensured things were done the correct way and the way we wanted it done. If something was done differently than what we talked about (and there were very few instances where this happened), then he ordered the change immediately and without getting upset or showing any frustration. Javier showed us tremendous respect vs. just rushing to get the job done. He was also very patient with our demanding schedules and did not lose his cool if we did not respond right away, he patiently waited for us to answer his question(s).One such example of Javiers professionalism and honesty was when his work crew encountered an issue during the demolition stage. The pre-installed concrete that was present when we bought our house was very dense with rebar in the concrete which went over the allotment time for the demolition stage. Instead of charging us more money, Javier ate the extra cost to ensure we remained happy. Javier provided us both a piece of mind that we chose the right company and provided great quality of work.Javier has directed the repair of several other minor annoyances (from pre installed work of others) to tie in their work and right the wrongs of other contractors from the past. An example of this is when his work crew butted up their pavers to a side, cement walkway which we had installed when we first purchased our home. Clearly, their paver line was plum and the previous contractors concrete line was off. Javier directed the application of concrete in this area to ensure a smooth transition from the previous contractors work to System Pavers work.Javier also knows contractors in other fields and got us a screaming deal on tieing in electricity for a fountain installation down the road.While the job is not finished yet, we are very pleased with the quality and value of the work being performed and are extremely pleased that such an experienced and knowledgeable project manager, like Javier Rodriguez, is our project manager. If you pick System Pavers to perform work at your house (and I think you should), ask if Javier Rodriguez is available as the project manager to oversee your project, you will not regret it.Lastly, I wanted to briefly mention our work crew. They are extremely hard workers and are very respectful, They keep to themselves, and make efforts to clean up at the end of each day. I have seen pretty much the same employees from the start of the project and believe them to be regular employees of System Pavers. We had been eyeing replacing the concrete in our driveway, side yard, and backyard with pavers at our new home for a while now. We anticipated doing this work in five or more years after we purchased our house, but due to the flooding of our entire garage being caused by poorly graded and installed concrete by the previous owners, we had to accelerate that timeline to before the next rainy season.We reached out to Systems Pavers, and Michael Croft scheduled time to come by our home within a few days. We discussed paver material options that could be used at our home, some unique layout situations we were dealing with, pricing, and timelines all in the same afternoon. Michael also was able to complete his measurements that same afternoon. We ended up going to the System Pavers office a few days after this to select our final paver material and sign our contract to get started as soon as possible.The project kicked off quickly--within two weeks. We were introduced to Javier Rodriguez, our project manager, on the first day during his initial visit to the site (our home). Immediately Javier shared how he likes to operate by regularly communicating with his clients on a daily basis (and did so throughout our work), and was also reachable via phone, text, or e-mail when we needed questions answered or clarifications.The overall project moved quickly, and the team was able to complete the paver installation in less than two weeks across our driveway, side yard, and backyard. Concurrently, we hired a landscaper to redo our front yard and backyard, which sounded like it would be chaotic at first, but ended up being a great situation (the two teams were able to talk and work together since they were working in the same areas with both touching things like water lines). When we did run into issues or questions for the System Pavers team, Javier was always available and willing to help. He stopped by in-person daily and also followed-up via phone and text. This includes some damaged water lines that were quickly fixed, and some electrical damage that we were quickly assured would be covered. Javier also left me with some pointers and maintenance advice on the final day of the project after the walkthrough that I found helpful.Overall, its only been a week, but we are happy with our choice to use System Pavers (especially given a number of their warranties and guarantees). We ended up paying more than we originally anticipated, but that is because we ended up going with a higher-end paver material (we fell it love with it before realizing it was on the more expensive end), we had a number of drainage issues at our home that needed to be addressed in order to push the water far away from our home, and we expanded the footprint of the concrete with pavers. The installation looks great, and we hope to still love these for our lifetime!

We had our 30+ year old redwood deck replaced with pavers and are very pleased. Our design consultant was Todd and our project manager was Javier. We had four companies come out to talk with us, and Todd was by far the most knowledgeable. He listened to us, laid out a great plan, (on his google map of our backyard), and we did not feel pressured to make a decision before he left our house. He answered all our questions right up until he turned us over to Javier, our project manager. We had a pre-installation meeting with both Todd and Javier. Javier was very thorough, and also answered all of our questions. (And we had a lot of questions). Even though we felt we had a couple of weird things that had to be dealt with, they both seemed like there was pretty much nothing they had not taken care of before. And they were right. Everything went smoothly. Javier was out each day to talk with his team, and with us. The team they sent out were hard-working, friendly, and efficient. They removed all the demo debris, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was especially pleased, as they got near the end, that they really looked at every little thing before they said it was finished. And each day when Javier came, he also looked at those small details, to make sure it was up to his high standards. That level of professionalism cannot be found many places. All in all, we are so pleased. Todd even came out when it was finished, and gave my husband a new daisy bush to replace the one that had to be ripped out when our planter was removed. I had the pleasure of working with Bill (Design Sales Consultant) on a backyard remodel which entailed replacing existing concrete with pavers in my backyard. The job included interesting design elements whereby it required reconfiguring certain steps due to different grades, paving around an existing pool and pergola, removal of an old water slide and diving board, and ensuring the flow of the new pavers would be cohesive with other areas of the backyard. Bill was knowledge and insightful during this initial process and ultimately provided an amazing plan to reshape the backyard. I received a couple of other bids for the project which were comparable in price, but ultimately decided to go with Bill and System Pavers given the process with him was much smoother and straight forward, didn’t feel pressured into adding on other things like built-in BBQs & retaining walls, and ultimately felt the job was going to be done right the first time and to my satisfaction.Cesar was the Project Manager on the job. He and his crew were extremely professional and hardworking. It was clear that they take pride in their work. I appreciated that Cesar would have daily check-ins to give progress updates, answer any questions, and ensure everything was going to plan. As to be expected, certain things came up (ie discovered underground gas lines, existing pergola not having solid footings, me wanting to push out a step 6 inches, etc) that required minor tweaks to the original design. Cesar was very communicative, attentive to my ideas and concerns, and provided solutions and guidance all along the way. I had bought my house which was built in 1968 with no upgrades ever done, and wanted to have better access from the front door to the driveway/front to the street and a new driveway. I had delayed the work, thinking it would be something I would eventually get too, but it remained unchecked until just recently. Lidiana Cruz met with us two times to finalize our design (which included two different styles of pavers); then Nick oversaw the project everyday with excellent communication & suggestions; Lucas, the foreman, managed the most hard-working crew I have ever witnessed. These guys are great! They transformed our front from a blah and dull look into a house that now has definite curb appeal. We are located on a street that has many walkers and Ive noticed so many people stopping and staring at the work that System Pavers have done.When we started thinking about revamping our front, I received a couple different quotes from different companies within the area and was shocked by the cost of pavers. Given the amount of investment we were putting into our home, we wanted to make sure we trusted the company who would be completing the project. System Pavers provided that for us. We were considering having our backyard renovated, and it so happened that a System Pavers representative knocked on our door! Subsequently, a design consultation was scheduled, which lead to the project being launched, etc. etc., and it was eventually completed.We are very happy with our project manager Javier Rodriguez, and the construction crew led by (a different) Javier and Kevin. Just as the demolition was wrapping up, I had to travel out of the country on a family emergency, and the project had to be suspended because of issues on our side. Javier was very accommodating, and on my return he arranged for a showroom visit and a site visit at another customer location, so that we could resolve our issues.We are delighted by the quality of the work and the attention to detail displayed by the System Pavers team. We had heavy rains recently and are pleased to note that all the rain water is draining properly off the paved area.If there is any negative, it is with our design consultant. While she was very friendly and easy to work with, there were aspects of the design that werent clearly communicated to us. I chalk this up to perhaps the lack of experience on the part of the design consultant.We highly recommend System Pavers!

Youve heard the adage,You Get What You Pay For well in this particular case it was more then true. The work was performed on time, with all do professionalism and craftsmanship that you dont see very often.From design consultation with Garrett to actual project with project manager Jeremy.There was no hard sell as they let me tell them what I wanted, I was shown designs and options from which to choose. Their input only complimented what I was asking to be done. I appreciated the ease of planning and responsiveness to all my questions and concerns. After agreeing to the initial plan, I called back to include walkway. Garrett my design consultant could have pushed to include it in the initial plan. But, it wasnt what I wanted at the time and this is what I mean about the no hard sell. It was only after that I realized the project was going to look a lot better if I did the walkway. Which was added on without any problems. At the time of consultation I was also able to set project start date. Which was really good as it gave me time to plan around the work.The day the crew showed up they started the work with minimal intrusion, minimal mess and as conveniently as possible. Their attention to detail and craftmanshiop was first-rate. During project the crew made minor adjustments to ensure the overall esthetics blended within the landscape. This just goes to their professionalism and pride in their work. I was given a two week window from start to finish but they completed the work in less then a week.Am I pleased, without a doubt and without hesitation. Talk about curb appeal the difference was night and day. Ive seen other driveways in the neighborhood and ours stands out in quality and workmanship.If I ever have the opportunity to have this type of work done again. I am a systems pavers customer. I had my backyard done last year. After 1 + year of installation my pavers lights was not working. I called system pavers for a service call. They sent Javier the project manager. Javier was the project manager for my project last year. He is one of the absolute best Project manager that I have worked with. Responsive, punctual, has attention to detail. He showed up to check out the problem and then came back with his lighting guy to take care of the problem. It turned out that my Gardner had accidentally cut the wire. It was not really a system pavers problem. But given that it is systems pavers where customer comes first. We used System Pavers to install artificial grass in our backyard. The job was complex in that there were many bushes/shrubs/plants/rocks/stones that needed to be removed first and flagstones were to be placed on the other side of the yard. Chris, our designer, helped come up with several options for us to consider in order to customize our yard to our liking. He also made himself available throughout the process to help ensure the results met (and exceeded) our expectations. The turf looks amazing and the crew did a great job - very efficient, friendly, and thorough. I want to specifically highlight our project manager Gerardo, who showed special care and dedication to ensure we were well supported, even though there were a few surprises that arose with the complicated job. He personally went to purchase special flagstone material (multiple times) to closely match what we already had. In the end, we felt System Pavers took good care of us and our yard. I recently moved into a new house that needed landscaping done. After contacting several landscapers, System Pavers were by far the most responsive and professional. Tom Burke, my designer consultant, is a pleasure to work with. He listened to what my vision was and put it on paper. He even worked with me and my HOA to get the work approved. Our extended patio done by System Pavers is gorgeous. We wanted to add to the limited patio surrounding our pool, and also reduce water use for a little-used lawn area. Anthony came out, gave excellent recommendations for color and design to blend beautifully with the existing patio, measured, presented a very fair proposal, and it was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience.Aidan and his crew did a fabulous job with the install: uncovering existing planting-area boundary stones that had gotten buried with years of dirt, and resetting them as the perfect finish to the edge of the new paved area. They were quick, pleasant, and the finished area is both beautiful and will add great functionality to a yard that was pretty much wasted space previously.

SP workers worked professionally very hard on the job. Because of the quality of the materials. System Pavers just finished our driveway, replacing old broken concrete and weedy grass with pavers. The job started on time, was carried out professionally, and the finished result is excellent. This has been one of my few experiences with contractors (and Ive had plenty) where I would actually strongly recommend them to others. Javier Rodriguez was the project manager, although due to an emergency he had to switch out for Nick Vegas-Murphy towards the end. Both were easy to work with and straightforward. Both answered the phone, texts, and emails, which counts for a lot with me. Price-wise, it was in line with what I was expecting: not cheap, but not outrageous. Again, were very happy with the result, and so are the neighbors.

We recently took on the project of redoing the front of our house which had been in place for at least 30 years. We got many bids and settled on System Pavers. If I were able to give more than five stars, I would. From start to finish they were outstanding from the sales person, Anthony, the project managers Nick, along with angel and Marcos and Nilvan who did the actual laying of the pavers. This was a large job, the work was done quickly, but more importantly, with amazing, expertise and skill. We were kept up-to-date daily with changes, schedules, timelines and other notifications. They showed up when they said they would. The jobsite was always clean. I was provided with contact information for the project manager Nick and if I ever did need to contact him, he was always available. If I ever need paver work down again, in the future, wont look any further than System Pavers.

I attended a show and called several contractors to help me with my front yard project. Systems Pavers was one of the companies that gave me a call. Due to my on going house addition, I have to ask them to call back in six months hoping that my house construction will be done by then. Of all the contractors that I have asked to call back, Systems Pavers was the only one that did and called exactly on time. I asked them to call me back after 3 months and they still did. The appointment was set up and a designer came to my house. Bill Goff was very patient with me. He was able to put my ideas into a beautiful diagram. Much more, he enhanced it with his suggestions. I cant imagine how many times I changed my mind even up to the last minute. But Bill was very patient and still able to produce the drawing for the masons to follow at the job site. He responds to my email and text messages in a timely manner. Thanks Bill for your patience and understanding.Ricardo was the job site supervisor. He too was very professional. He came together with Bill making sure that we are all in the same page with the design and the expectation. Ricardo was constantly communicating of what is going on. He comes to the site daily and knocks on my door to ask if I have any questions or concerns. Before the pavers were layer out, he asked me if I want to layout water pipings for my planters so they can install underground before they put up the pavers. That suggestion was brilliant because it makes the garden more efficient for my drip irrigation system. The catch, the pipings were added at no additional cost. The staff were very respectful. Ernesto was their lead on site and he was awesome. My project was done at an earlier time than expected. It was so smooth and well coordinated. I am a happy customer. I am planning to have my backyard done next. 🤗

He also created a beautiful design that we had never thought of until he came by - Thank you Alec! The first time they installed my backyard they completely botched it - they didnt grade the property or even put drainage. However, Fast forward a couple years later, I was introduced to Nick from system pavers. Nick was fantastic. He managed the repairs and reinstall with care, while being incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. If you dont get Nick, I would caution you to read every single letter of the fine print. Make sure you understand the material elements of your contract, like the limitations of their lifetime warranty which actually doesnt cover everything, like your fountains, grass, etc.. However, if you do get Nick youll be in safe, trusted hands. I just wish I got him the first time around, would have saved me a lot of stress, worry, and $.

I hired System Pavers to replace a 4 ft high 80 ft long redwood retaining wall that had failed along the property line in my backyard. My house which sits on a hill is located on the back side of the wall So strength, structural integrity and proper drainage was key to this project. I explored several options but ultimately chose System Pavers because stone just seemed the best option for my project.Was able to take advantage of a 20% discount when I signed the contract for the job making it less expensive than a redwood retaining wall of the same dimensions.My project manager was Gabriel Duran. He proved to be super easy to work with. He reached out to me shortly after signing the contract and came by to introduce himself and inspect the site. It took a few months to get things going due to some permit issues but finally a date was scheduled for the work to start and it started on time and two days after it started came to a screeching halt due to the pandemic. Gabe was very professional always keeping me and the neighbors affected by the project updated about the state of the project. When work finally resumed, the crew exercised safety precautions due to the pandemic which I know had to be uncomfortable during the heat. Once the project resumed, it was finished ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. The only bad part for me is that I never get to see it because it is holding my hillside in place and I had to alsohave a 6 ft high privacy fence constructed because it divides two other properties. I’m sure the neighbors appreciate looking at it.Overall I am very happy with the work done by System Pavers. The process was easy from start to finish and the staff is very pleasant to work with. I only wish I could afford to have them landscape the rest of my yard.
