We worked with Shane from Synergy lending for our refinance,First thing you will notice is excellent customer service,Second, they are very transparent and professional in each and every step,They offered me rates which I could not find anywhere else outside.They took time to explain each step in detail and guided us in a smooth closing.Went above and beyond to accommodate lot of our last minute requests.Need to mention Maribel in helping us put together all the necessary documentation to avoid any delays.They are very efficient in executing the whole process.The portal and email alerts are all very well organized avoiding too much churn in the process.Highly recommend running through them when you are shopping around, you will be amazed with their approach, and I guarantee it will be your last stop in the finding best lender.

Let me begin by saying this is my first home purchase. Putting everything together isnt a simple process. The first and foremost important thing is having a team on your side that has your best interest at hart, keeps their word and informs you every step of the way. I have to say that Shane Etesami at Synergy Lending Inc covered all the bases. He took the time to call me every time there were any developments, documentation needing my attention and in general to set my mind at ease. I cant say enough about how professionally Shane handled this entire transaction and how seamlessly he made it happen. One of the best things is that Shane assured me that this isnt just a one shot deal, that Im his customer for life and any time he has an opportunity save me money, hell be in touch. Who doesnt like to save money? Bottom line would I trust Shane Etesami and Synergy lending for any future financial transactions? Absolutely yes. I give him a 5 STAR rating and am very happy with his performance. Synergy Lending has the best rates and customer service. Not only was Synergy really efficient and resourceful, they offer the quality service of a mom and pop shop, so rest assured youll be taken care of. Shane and his team made this process incredibly easy and stress free! The team was ALWAYS available to answer any of our hundreds of questions at any time. Their knowledge, and care put our minds at ease at every turn. We had an issue with tax rate, so Shane and his team went above and beyond to rectify the issue with the county, and triple checked to make sure that the county’s error was fixed and reflected the correct amount. Thanks to Shane, we got the lowest possible rate, a stress free loan process, and that error committed by the county fixed right away! Without Synergy Lending, we would have been paying MUCH more that we should have! Not to mention the headache we would have had to deal with! Go with Synergy if you are considering a loan! You will NOT regret it!

Shane is absolutely incredible to work with! He is so thorough and knowledgeable about loans, funding, and mortgages. He was on top of my loan during the entire process, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. My loan situation became a little complicated towards the end, all due to my current mortgage company messing something up and causing a delay and huge headache for Shane and his entire company. But Shane, Maribel, and Samantha all worked on the issue 24/7 until the issue became resolved, and they were able to make the impossible possible! The three of them were truly amazing during the whole process and were so helpful and friendly the entire time, even when I would call or email multiple times a day. I am truly grateful for them and all their hard work they put in to get our loan funded. I highly recommend Shane and his company to anyone who is looking for a lender. You will NOT be disappointed choosing Synergy Lending as your lending company. I seriously can’t say enough great things about them. They’re amazing!!

My husband and I had a great experience working with the Synergy Lending team. Sean Esfahanian was our mortgage broker and he made this such an easy experience for us. Sean was quick at replying to our calls and emails and was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be working with Sean and the Synergy Lending team in the future!

Shane was by far the best loan officer Ive ever dealt with! He was on time, truthful, straightforward and extremely patient. He took the time to ensure I reviewed all my options and made the best possible choice for my current situation.
