When our current insurance company, State Farm, refused to insure two rental structures we owned, Jeff saved the day and found us great alternative coverage. Several years later, he found an even better deal and brought that to us as well. Jeff is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and follows through on what he says. I highly recommend him and his company.

We worked with Jeff at Symcap Insurance Agency to set up insurance for our new gym. Jeff was extremely helpful with the entire process. In what felt a bit overwhelming Jeff walked through setting up our policy step by step with us, answering any questions we had and making the entire process very streamlined. We will definitely continue to work with Symcap for our future Insurance needs.

Going to be honest, I wasn’t impressed. I called based on a recommendation to find out about renter’s insurance. Spoke with Julie Inglehart who seemed unimpressed that I was only calling about renter’s and even asked me “Oh, so you’re only calling about Renter’s Insurance?” It seemed like she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and just said she’d email me with all the information she needed. Every other agent at other companies I spoke with took down this information over the phone, answered abt questions and offered advice. I understand that not everyone has the patience or time for small talk but a little more assistance when I was looking to do business with them would’ve been helpful.

Jeff and his team are always accessible and really understand insurance. I can trust them with all our insurance for literally anything and always feel they are operating as if it was their own homes and cars etc. they are honest, transparent and quick. Highly recommend!
