Swickard Service Superb!It was very easy to set my appointment on-line. The Service Rep was thorough, professional and engaging. The oil, filter and transmission filter canister replacement took a lot less time than I thought it would. I really like their texting notification communications on the status of your car and the paperless invoice process. All-in-all…very happy with Swickard service.

Ive had a horrible experience (and when I say horrible I MEAN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE) with this dealership. I bought a corvette c8 3lt from them in 2022. Everything leather related in the car started to shrink, wrinkle, and peel back. The car Is under warranty but that doesnt mean crap when Its been over year and 7 months that Ive been waiting for the parts! My service sales rep told me at least 5 times theyd follow up, and Ive yet to get an actual response from them on the status. This whole experience was absolutely awful.Ended up spending over 110k on a car that comes with a million problems, and warranty that doesnt mean anything! The dashboard photo Ive attached is way worse now, and everything else in the car. From the steering wheel, to the leather on both doors. Literally anything leather related on the car.I moved to Vegas 6 months ago and I went to a dealership out here. I told them the seat coolers dont feel like they work. They notified me that the driver seat cooler doesnt even work completely and the passenger side seat cooler was never even plugged in for it to work in the first place. I was completely in shock that a dealership sold me this car. It feels like the dealership sold me a lemon car, with all these problems Im dealing with. I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership!! From start to finish my experience was horrible from them, even their sales reps became unprofessional after the sale was over. Which is funny enough that they started to not care after they got their money!

My dad had been needing a new truck and has always been a Chevy guy, so he ended up at Swickard. Walking in, he was greeted by almost everyone, and when he asked to just take a look around, they respected it. His salesman (wish I could remember his name) was honest,straightforward, and wasted no time. The sales managers Nick and Rob were nothing short of awesome! Very friendly and cracked jokes with my dad. There is just something about the team there. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.

Last few times that I have brought my truck into the dealership for anything the people and the service were not very attentive. Since the new ownership of the dealership I feel as if everything has changed for the good! Chris my service rep has been very attentive and has answered all of my text and phone calls to give me peace of mind that everything will be taken care of.Also the lady that took care of my loaner truck while my truck is going to be in service was a happy go lucky woman and you can tell she actually likes her job. It was an overall great experience from a place that we all dread to be. Thanks again!

Arrogant and unhelpful. I came to get my tires rotated as-advised. I sat for an hour and they did nothing, saying theyd only replace them. I asked them to move the backs to the front so I could get a few more thousand miles out of them and then replace them and they just said flat no.Went to another Chevy dealership and they rotated them straight-away. They also gave me other options of great tires to replace them with that werent $1200 (many options for $6-700.)I will not be coming to your Service Department again.

My friend is looking at EVs and asked if we should try a Bolt. Why not? I said. I called to set up an appointment, as did he. We both specified we were interested in black not red. In fairness Chris had said it might be sold but the person he interacted with and texted with swore up and down it was there and would be available to drive. I drove from Malibu he from Ventura to meet there and sure enough…She had baited and switched us. Car was sold as Chris had said. He made clear that he wasn’t interested in the color or options of the other one but she wasted our time anyway.The person who cleaned up her mess was apologetic but after this experience I won’t be back with others in market.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!I was told I need $1840 worth of Brake repairs to my 2023 HD2500.When I had a third party look at my truck it was competly fine. The roters did not need to be repaced. I will never bring my truck back to this Chevrolet location!

I cant say enough good things about my experience with this car dealership. The internet sales representative contacted me via text immediately after I showed interest in the Bolt EV online. My salesman, Pejman, called and asked if I wanted to come in for a test drive. He was very friendly and patient, which made the entire process feel relaxed. Chris gets the job done in spectacular fashion every time. The sales side is full of sharks but service has been fantastic. Too bad that GM quality has decreased severely and sourcing a speaker for my Chevy Trax took 5 months after it blew out a month after acquiring the car at this dealership. I most likely won’t continue with GM for my motor vehicle needs having experienced 5 new GM cars with the same issues (brakes and infotainment) on top of the ridiculously inflated prices. But kudos to the service department, they go above and beyond even if they don’t have enough support from their company (I can tell).

My new Bolt did not charge for 3 days. Service could find no problem. I have asked that the charging port be replace. That request was made over a week ago. I have not received a call back. I do not trust driving the vehicle on a long trip as the charging port has not been reliable.

Useless service dept. Took a new vehicle in for minor non-mechanical issue. Appointment set two days in advance. Get a call the vehicle is ready. Showed up and they never even looked at it! They were too busy. Had to leave an extra day only to find they needed to order a part. 3-5 days to arrive. That was two weeks ago. No call, nothing. Crickets. Called to find out about the part and they were too busy to come to the phone. There are other places you can go and suggest you do so.

SO after the horrible experience at simi valley chevrolet few days back, i continje on the hunt for a bolt EUV.This morning a salesman named Julio from thousand oaks Chevrolet called me and he told me that they have one LT trim just off the lot, and see if I am interested. I asked for the price, it was 28795+1500 paint protection, no mark up(i know the forced paint protection is essentially a markup) or anything. I am not in favor of the 1500 paint protection, but the price of the car is cheap enough, plus they aint putting markups on the car, however there is a catch: I wont be able to test drive the car because all the plastic is still inside the car, plus the car is locked at the moment. I talked to my dad and we both decide to gamble on it since the price is low enough.Upon arrival Julio showed me the car, I take a look everything seems good, and I just move forward with the process.During the whole time Julio been very accomandting, i requested to talk about final price of the car and rates before doing the trade in and downpayment, he didnt hasitate and move along with it, i request for info on 60 months and 72 months loan info he did it as well.He even offer to borrow me a car to drive home and return it when I pick up the car tomorrow, which I decline because I dont want to risk the unforseen accident with the long drive that I will be having (60miles from home to dealer).When we move to the finance dept, it was rather smooth as well, the only thing the finance dept guy tried to sell is the extended wareanty (extra 4 years for 3000). I told him I will think about it and let me know if I am interested in getting that when I pick up the car tomorrow.My experience with Thousand Oaks Chevrolet been mostly line up with what I have been told so far, and I would definitely recommand this dealer.Of course theres 2 flaws that I find with this dealer1) at first I told him that I wont be able to arrive at the dealer until 1pm, and no deposit was allowed on the unit, saying that first come first serve for the vehicle. I told him I will try to come as early as possible, and that even if I come early, I still risk not landing the purchase for the fact that it will take me about an hr to arrive anyways. Approx 15 mins later he send me a text telling me that someone just went to the lot and checking out the car. My gut tells me that it is his sales tactics to get me there earlier, and I think I am right, it make almost no sense that the car wouldnt be purchased at that peice point already, and no one was there when I arrived at 12. I dont mind this tactics but definitely a small flaw to me2) when Julio called me he told me that theres only 1 bolt available, and no test drive because the car is locked, with all the plastice wraps inside. When I finished my purchase, I walked out the building and see another guy is test driving a bolt redliner with all the plastic inside. My guess is they are doing that to force the paint protection addon. A bit unhappy but again...no matkup, and he mentioned no testsrive upfront, he also tells me about this addon upfront, so I will give Julio a pass on this one.

Awful. I paid 1500.00 for a battery control module that should have been under warranty, but the dealership charged me for it. Essentially I didn’t even need it because the car failed again shortly after that, and they told me I needed a new battery array. I sold the car for $3000.00 because of it and found out the car didn’t even need a new battery array. The new buyer fixed it right off. This dealership scammed me not only out of 1500.00 for the battery control module but could have repaired the car without a costly battery swap. I will never ever buy another Chevrolet or GM product in my life

Took my car in for a radiator change and new coolant hoses and had horrible service, if your service advisor has the day off and your car was promised to be done that day, you won’t hear from anyone. I called and asked to speak with someone to get an update on my car and nobody can give me a straight answer, I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they would call me back, hours later I decided to go in myself to find out that after my car was there for one week they still didn’t receive the parts they were supposed to have ordered day 1.When I finally got my car back it was covered in oily fingerprints, this place is a bad example of a Chevy dealership. When I asked how much it would be to change my power steering hoses they said it would cost $1,900 for just hoses because they said it’s just as much labor as changing my radiator. Next time I would prefer a local mechanic to do the job faster and more specific about what’s actually wrong with my car.When I asked specifically where is the leak coming from? They seemed so confused like they truly don’t know anything about cars.I’ll never come here again.

I recently helped a close friend purchase a very high end preowned truck I found this truck on your lot and referred my friend to your dealershipAlthough I was very impressed with Kristi Pollard and Crystal Canyon who I had very positive both in the past and today I was very disappointed with the attitude and disrespect of your sales manager Amir hazam.Not only was he inflexible on negotiating price but he was pompous, condescending, and extremely disrespectful to Kristi and dismissive to myself and my friendThis guy appears to be so full of himself with total disregard to customers. I recently purchased a preowned corvette from Westlake Porsche and the experience was light years ahead of today’s experience. If not for Kristi I would have told my friend to go elsewhere. I can tell you I bought a 2018 Camaro ZL1 from your predecessor Silver Star Chevrolet and it was also a much better experienceI will be shopping my next car elsewhere for sure and also thinking of moving my service for my two Chevy. I have lived in TOaks for 60 years and delt with many Car dealers businesses and car repair businesses, some really good some k8nd of bad. This place is just plain horrible. Right from the start I was disconnected in the middle of my description of work I needed with no warning from the person I was talking to and placed on hold. Well no one came back to help on the line, so I decided to try the chat section on the website. I explained on there what I needed (a price for parts and labor) and was told by Mason he would let his team know and have them contact me. Well no one did, it was 24 hrs later that I went back on line to the chat section and was talking with Sherry this time, although the chat box said Mason...lol anyways I had said I was following up since nobody contacted me and she asked me for all the information again. She too said to me She would forward the information to her team and someone would be contacting me. So over a week has passed, I never heard back from any of them, even the people that took my request and info did not follow up with the team to find out if they called me. This place is an embarrassing example of customer service which = Bad business. To be honest, I do not recommend this place for anything unless you want lots of frustration.

Hanah was an amazing sales person. She was easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. we came to an agreed upon price in writing and I was planning on heading over the following day to purchase. I then get a call from Dante, a sales manager, a few hours later calling to confirm that Id be buying the vehicle for $5k over and dealer add ons. I told him that wasnt what I discussed with Hanah and he said he must have been confusing it with another deal he was working on. They then refused to sell without markups. Total waste of time. Pulled all the classic sleezy dealer tactics and that made the whole experience that much worse.

Buying a car can be very stressful due to pushy salespeople that do not give you breathing room.They also push how much can you afford in monthly payments, instead of heres the price of the car.I experienced none of that. BUYER BEWARE!12/1/2022: This dealership automatically adds an Accessories charge to all vehicles before they put them on their lot. This is for PermaPlate Appearance and Windshield Protections. They also charge $300-$400 more for this product than the average price according to my internet search. The cost to the dealer is apparently less than $200. They were charging $895 for Appearance Protection and $995 for Windshield Protection for the vehicle we wanted. They are listed as an “Addendum” next to the Monroney (window) sticker.On their quote, these are listed as Accessories with no further detail. We asked the sales staff repeatedly whether the PermaPlate Accessories was a required charge or optional and were told at various times that it was required, a hard add-on, and non-cancellable. However, the fine print of the PermaPlate Product Warranty, which was not presented to us until signing the contract paperwork, states that the purchase of the Appearance Protection Product is not [a] requirement for purchase...of a covered vehicle. See attached photo. Thus, we were told one thing while the paperwork stated otherwise.In our case, we were also told that the car had just arrived off the truck that morning and thus had not had the usual Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), when they presumably would apply the PermaPlate Protections. So it actually appeared we were being charged for something that may not have even been applied to that car (possible fraud).Furthermore, the $995 PermaPlate windshield option is not a product - it is a warranty. There is no product that makes your windshield stronger or prevents chips or cracks. It is actually a warranty. It is illegal to add a warranty to a vehicle as an installed option.After much push-back on our part both verbally and by email, they offered us a revised contract and refunded the Accessories charges since we had not yet taken possession of the vehicle.On 12/1/2022, I attempted to get through to the owner of the dealership to register my complaints and was unable to do so. No contact information is listed for that individual and no one from HR returned my call when I was directed there.The sales manager (Julius) apologized and assured us that “proper training will take place for their sales associates to be more educated and transparent while thoroughly explaining the advantages and benefits of the products they provide.”Don’t sign paperwork or drive the car off their lot until you are 100% satisfied with the terms of the deal. I brought my Volt in for the replacement of an inside wheel well cover. There was also separation of the front quarter panel from the bumper and damage to areas where the bumper and panel connected. Silver Star offered two choices, a quick fix, involving zip-ties, or the expensive fix, replacing the bumper and quarter panel.I opted for the quick fix, expecting it to be only acceptable until the more expensive one. To my surprise, their work was invisible. The new wheel well part is in place, with zip-ties fastening it, from the underside, to the bumper and quarter panel. It looks and feels solid and one would not know the work was done.In addition, the car was cleaned, inside and out...and it needed it!These people take good care of you!Bought a used Volt from what was then Silver Star Cevrolet. Have continuously serviced the car with them and have always been very satisfied, especially now with their text messages and on-line bill paying system. Very friendly & professional staff!

Sales guys where nice and collaborative, but next day from purchase i found that their service department is the worst, seems that CERITIFIED. Sticker is just for selling. Car didn’t seem properly taken care of. Apart from car systems reporting filter at almost end od life, it wasn’t replaced. In the morning I couldn’t open the hood, late in the afternoon was opening bit needed ro be banged to close, they insisted it was the proper way to do it. Dont agree a bit on that.

Overall my experience was very good. My sales person was very responsive and addressed each of my concerns in a timely manner. My only complaint revolves around the fact that the used car I purchased only had one key and that was not disclosed until after everything was signed. These days with electronic/keyless ignition, that resulted in over $350 (after discounts) to buy a replacement key/fob and have the vehicle programmed to accept it PLUS the added inconvenience of having to bring the car in for service to wait for the work to be completed. Had that been disclosed earlier on, it would have been a point of negotiation and at the very least could have been dealt with before I picked up the vehicle.

Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Service advisor, Jose, set appointment for repairs but on that day, was not able to perform repairs. Set second appointment, failed to inform that car would need to stay at repair shop for multiple days. Warranty covered 5 days of rental, car was not diagnosed until day 7, then took an additional 14 days to repair. Advisor failed to call to update me as a customer and failed to communicate with warranty to get approval for repairs timely resulting in prolonged storage of vehicle and higher incurred rental costs. Upon pick up of vehicle, I was informed that one part was not fixed and therefore the check engine light would remain on. I was not provided an option to have this part fixed, provided a quote for the work or informed the car would be returned with a major issue still present.

I bought My 2020 Silverado 1500 from this dealership and a couple years in I started to have transmission problems with the vehicle. I called the service department numerous times and the manager says theyre too backed up right now to book transmission appointments and to wait for a call. The problem is Ive waited for months and whenever I call them they come up with any excuse not to fix my vehicle, most likely because its under warranty. They finally told me they would call me the first week of July and when they didn’t I called them. Once again they said they can’t book me and they’ll call me when they can take me even tho it’s been about 3 months. Like I said I’m sure when no longer under warranty they will be more than willing to fix it. Im very disappointed in this unprofessional company and needless to say Im going to sell this truck and get a tundra instead.Do not buy Chevy.

In between, there was a phone call informing me they are still waiting on parts.Once they received the parts, they finished the repair in one day. Very efficient. I’m not one to write reviews especially negative reviews but this dealership takes the slice! My vehicle sat at this dealership for 41 days. Not waiting on any parts just negligence to work on warranty work. After 41 days the vehicle was returned and less than 2 hours after I left the dealership another check engine light occurred. The service team told me they weren’t sure what could have caused it even though I provided the engine code, and proceeded to tell me to come back next month because they were too “busy”. Not to mention my service advisor Phil was unreachable for 90% of my vehicles stay here. Phil also made false promises every single week that the vehicle would be ready and it never was. He also failed to extended the warranty on the rental until days after of constantly calling him. Trying to reach Phil over the phone or anybody who cared about my case was near impossible. Also during my vehicles stay towards the beginning the original service advisor was promoted and moved to Cadillac. My vehicle proceeded to sit for 9 days while nobody picked up the case or worked on it or contacted me. I have since had to take my vehicle to a different Chevrolet dealer and it took them weeks to correct the faulty repair that Thousand Oaks made and refused to correct the issue in a timely manner. I would strongly advise against anybody going to this dealership for service. They will ruin your vehicle and then tell you sucks to suck when you look for a solution in a timely manner. Please go anywhere but this dealership. They have done nothing to make amends or to satisfy me as customer besides sending me a $25 holiday “service gift card”. Made me chuckle like I would ever bring m y truck back to get faulty work done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It was almost impossible to get an appointment. After being told someone would call me back to set the appointment and never getting the call, I had to call a second time in order to make an appointment. There was little way of getting confirmation of the appointment even after the appointment was made. I was promised an email confirmation but that never came. I had to call in to confirm. When I finally brought my truck in for the recall, you guys said it might be 4 - 5 hours before I would get it back. What is the point of even making the appointment if youre just going to keep the vehicle all day anyway. Just tell me to drop it off whenever and that youll get to it sometime during that day. As it turned out you guys needed to order a second part that was under warranty and kept my truck overnight. Your service rep called at around noon the next day and said that the truck still wasnt ready, that she thought it would be ready by the end of the day, and that she WOULD CALL ME back in an hour. She never called back. I called the dealership twice and got her voicemail each time. After deciding to pick up my truck whether or not it was done, I called one more time to inform the service dept. It turned out my service rep left early that day and never bothered to tell me or to notify any of her associates to call and give me an update. The new person I dealt with came off as lazy and uninterested. Only after becoming angry with him on the phone did he get off his butt and walk the short distance to the bay to get an update on my truck. I ended up getting the vehicle later that afternoon. I dont know whos running that place, but they leave a lot to be desired. I cannot wait to never go back to Silver Star Chevy. I will happily drive the extra distance to Simi Valley next time my truck needs to be serviced.

Been waiting on my car all day. When I made this appointment over the phone, they said the service would be about 4 hours. I bring it to the shop in the morning and as the day progressed I realized I haven’t heard anything and that the shop should be closing soon. Also the shuttle that took me home in the morning picked up another party, and one was hacking up a lung and coughing for the whole drive. I scheduled my appointment a week early and dropped my Suburban off at 8:30 AM for the airbag recall. My service manager told me it would take about 3 hours. At 1pm I had not heard anything so I called...and called...left a message, still did not hear back. Finally, around 3:30PM I called again and got a hold of my service manager who told me he had to check and see what the status was and that he would call me back. It wasnt until after 4:30 PM I was told they would not be able to get to my car that day. Big surprise at this point.I had plans for Saturday morning so I called early around 8 to see about getting my car back. I wish I could say I was surprised, but of course nobody answered. Called a few more times and left a message. I did eventually get a call back around 9:30 or so from a different service manager who explained that on Thursday and Friday you had a couple people go out with covid and that they would still not be able to finish my vehicle that day either.I understand these times ca be unpredictable, but since it started Thursday this means well before I dropped my car off you would have known that you could not service my vehicle. Basically I took a day off work to drop if off, you didnt do any service to it, but you held it long enough for me to miss my Saturday morning plans. You couldnt even be bothered to communicate that you were down a tech or two and you could barely return a phone call in a timely manner. Nice job.Once you knew you were 1 or 2 techs down you should have just rescheduled my appointment and all this would have been avoided. Worst service I have ever had and the reason I havent voluntarily taken my car to a dealership in years. Thanks for reminding me to keep this policy going.

We had bought a used Chevy Volt at a non-Chevy dealership, with extended warranty, and a year of oil service. The other dealer recommended to go to Chevy for non-oil change items. We took to Chevy, and Robert was able to contact our extended warranty, and work with the other dealer for our free standard service plan. (we honestly didnt have much documentation for the service plan/warranty). He could have easily told us that the service plan was at a different dealer, and we would have to do another visit to where we purchased the car, instead, they honored our plan and saved us a second visit back to original dealer.

I came in for an oil change, and to have them fix a piece of my car that was not done right when it was fixed the first time. They ended up getting grease/black stains on the top of the inside of my car, which did get cleaned once I noticed and called them back but it made the fabric look very different in texture. They glued the piece of my car that was not fixed the first time and proceeded to charge me $20 for it. I am honestly upset with the fact that these people will do anything to charge you more money than what it should even cost. My service advisor did not tell me that there would be a charge and in that case, I would have just glued it myself. Walked away for about 20 minutes. Came back and said they were bring it up now. About 20 minutes later someone brought it up. I had to wait at dealer way too long to drop it off and to pick it up. This was not a good experience for me at this dealership.

It was for a good price and it had everything you would normally see on a carfax ad of a car for sale. It did only have one picture.I left from San Diego early monday morning to see it in person, test drive it and buy it. I did not need financing, I was ready to buy.The drive was long and hot. 3.5 Hours it took me to drive from San Diego.When I arrived, they a nice sales person told me it was not for sale. I said, it is for sale and if its not why is it online. He said, I tell them not to list cars when they are not for sale. I asked to at least see it. He said it was in their shop and I cant go back there.After a few minutes of feeling like i was in the twilight zone, I said I wanted to talk to the manager to at least see the vehicle. The finally relented and brought me to the Honda Element, which was NOT silver at all. It was a completely other color. It was dirty and not prepped at all. They said they were waiting on parts for the air box to be put on.All said, I started it up and decided I wanted to buy it none the less.OK, so up till this point, they have a car listed on carfax for sale that is not for sale. Its not even legal to sell (airbox) and its dirty and has food all over it like a family just dropped it off.Now he walks me to another sales person who he wants to handle the sale. Both of them give me their word that when it gets the airbox on it, they will call me and I can come pick it up.I Drive back to San Diego. A reach out by text to the sales agent every couple of days. Can he give me an update. Can he send me pictures.He says its still waiting to be fixed and he will try to send me some pictures.Friday comes (5 days), I text him and ask him if its ready. He sends back a text that ITS SOLD! I regret purchasing my new vehicle at Silver Star Chevrolet last week, for the reason being that this dealership uses deceptive methods. The lying and deception is blatant at all the management levels. The finance manager, made changes to the final contract that I did not catch till after the fact. I was charged $695 for an optional theft deterrent device, upon inspection by myself and a Silver Star service mechanic, it turns out it is not an alarm system. When I brought this to the attention of the Sales Manager, I was informed that is a program that will repair my windows free in case they are broken into. How is this a theft deterrent device?I was also offered by the finance manager a extended warranty program for $686 and that he would drop the APR if I chose to add it. But on the final contract the listed price was $1686. When I asked him why this had occurred, I was told he had dropped the APR rate on the loan to make up the difference of a $1000. All these actions are very deceptive, I really hope most auto dealerships don’t operate this way.Lastly, I also had issues closing the driver’s door on my new vehicle immediately after leaving the lot. I was informed by the service department that I would have to return and leave my vehicle for the day to get it repaired. Upon returning later that day, I was informed that there was some miscommunication and that something else had been repaired that was loose, the door issue was never addressed. In the end, I agreed to leave the door alone, I decided I’ve had enough.There are just some of the issues that occurred with my purchasing experience at Silver Star Chevrolet, unbelievably there were still more than these that I did not post.

One headlight wouldn’t work, and it turned out to just be a burnt out connection the size of my thumb. Cost me $208 and the light didn’t need to be changed. I could have gotten the same service result for less than a third the cost with 15 minutes of effort and a trip to the local auto parts store. I was charged $140 for labor despite the fact the job would only take 10 minutes at the most. I also was told they would charge me an extra $180 to even try to diagnose an issue with my USB port. They take advantage of everyday people because enough wealthy people don’t care to be overcharged. It’s not the way to help customers. It’s just a way to help their bottom line.

As a heads up to those customers that have sports cars, you might want to choose another dealer to service your vehicle.I had my sons Sonic serviced at Silverstar and they did a good job, oil was changed, tires rotated, car washed and ready when promised.I figured Id have my G8GT serviced there, and that is when it went off the rails. They did service the car, however the car was abused while entrusted to the dealer. The car had been driven hard, with significant tire residue left over from burnouts on the front of the mufflers. The guilty party tried to cover their tracks by washing the rear wheel wells and zeroing out both the trip odometer and the MPG average. However, they forgot about the undercarriage.Additionally, I had a brand new scratch on the drivers side of the car that I had to buff out.To add insult to injury, they told me that my rear tire wear was low...on one year old tires. I figure the check was done after all the burnouts.If you have an economy focused car I think you are safe with this dealer doing your service. If you have a performance car, Id shy away. I know that I wont be back.

I’ve always taken my truck to Silver Star Chevrolet for an oil change and tire rotation. I always wait and they never take more than 2 hours. The last time I was there they made me wait almost 5 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m never coming back.

I would definitely not recommend this dealership. everything from the sales to financing down to the customer service in the service department. When I purchased my truck I was offered GM financing, but the financing department messed and submit my credit application multiple times, even though i was approved by GM already, after fighting with the Financing supervisor to have them fix the problem, they then offered me a service contract which I purchased and they didn’t apply to my account, and haven’t been reimbursed the 1600 dollars it costed me nor has anyone returned my calls. brought the truck in for the first service took 1 and 1/2 hours to drop off because they couldn’t find me in the system, I had a 7:30 appt the next day. when i arrived at 5pm that night my truck hadn’t even been looked at, then they tired to give me someone else’s truck thinking it was mine. after repeatedly asking to speak to manager none were available. This is hand down the worst experience i’ve ever had buying a vehicle. and there have been no attempts to reach out and fix the problem. and my truck still hasn’t received the service i dropped it off for.
