Ive been going to Sweat60 group classes for a year, and I can honestly say its been a game-changer for my fitness journey! The facility is top-tier. But what really sets this gym apart is the community and the coaches. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always willing to help with form and technique. The workouts are challenging, but scalable to any fitness level. Ive seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and keeping me in shape for my career. Plus, the variety of classes and training sessions keeps things fresh and exciting. Whether youre a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Sweat60 has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Sweat 60 is my favorite gym in LA! The workout is great- I’ve become so much stronger and more confident in my lifts since I started going to classes here. But most of all I love the atmosphere and the trainers. Everyone is genuinely so welcoming, kind, and supportive. They’ll know your name after your first session and are so encouraging to push your weights, help with your form, etc. I highly recommend anyone to check out a class here- whether you’re experienced or new to weight lifting!

This past week I flew from the east coast to Los Angeles to visit my cousin. She had mentioned the workout classes she loves taking almost every morning at Sweat60. I’d never taken a workout class before and I was motivated to join her. Within my six days of being here I was able to attend three classes, although I wish I could’ve stayed to attend more. Sweat60 has an amazing group of trainers and coaches. They give tips in a way that is helpful and thoughtful, yet not intimidating. They truly care about whether you’re doing the exercise correctly and safely while also pushing your limits. I learned so much just within the hour long class. Next time I’m in LA, I’ll be sure to make it back to Sweat60.

My partner and I have been working with Sean as our trainer for the past few months, and the results have been great. I got introduced to Sweat60 from doing the classpass group fitness classes and started doing personal training with Zak, one of the trainers. I absolutely love both the personal training and group fitness. The instruction focuses strongly on mobility and form and progression of weight increase for lifts. Zak is such a good trainer who listened to my fitness goals and created a great program for me and makes sure I am progressing at a reasonable pace and staying injury free. All the trainers at sweat 60 are knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming to people of all fitness levels.

I’ve never been one to enjoy working out other than soccer practice. However, Sean made every training so fun and exciting. I have learned so many things and have laughed so many times at sweat60. Sean is so patient, lively, and vibrant when it comes to trainings and just having conversations. He pushes me when I feel like I can’t keep going, and I feel so accomplished after every workout with him. Sweat60 is such an amazing environment and has picked the best people to train others. Sean has developed me and taught me things I’ve never done before, so that I’m ahead of the game when I get to college. I’m so thankful that I have received this training and I highly recommend for others to join and ask for Sean to be their trainer!!!

This gym is extremely friendly and attentive. I have been attending for 3 months and I am seeing RESULTS. Zac has been wonderful to challenge me and push me to be a better athlete. The gym is an open out door setting which creates a safe and friendly environment to come as you are. When you walk in the staff is caring and greets with a smile every time. 10/10 recommend!

I started training with Sean at Sweat60 about 6 weeks ago and it’s been such a positive and impactful addition to my fitness! I was hesitant to start lifting again after a back injury two years ago, but Sean always makes sure I’m keeping good form and feeling comfortable in every exercise. He put together a program that allowed me to quickly build a solid base while also working toward my goals of running faster half marathons and generally feeling like an athlete again. I always look forward to my sessions with Sean because of his supportive attitude, our interesting conversations, the accomplished feeling of going up in weight or setting a Lincoln Loop PR, and my love-hate relationship with sled pushes, among other reasons. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Ive been working out with Sean at Sweat 60 for about six months and highly recommend this gym for personal training. Sean has helped me exercise the most consistently I have exercised in many years and I always look forward to our sessions. Also the facilities are great and everyone is very friendly.
