Looking for a realtor? Look no further! Suzie was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend her for buying and/or selling a home. We enjoyed working with Suzie through every aspect of our dual-transaction. With two young kids, the crazy market, a townhome to sell, and a house to buy, we were nervous that this would be a lengthy and challenging process but knew it would be worth it in the end. From the moment we first contacted her, Suzie was extremely professional, honest, encouraging but realistic, and supportive every step of the way. If youre looking for a real estate agent, your search is officially over. The only person you should be working with is Suzie Snowden. Suzie did an incredible job for us and we are so thankful that we chose her to help us sell our home in San Jose and help us buy our new home in Morgan Hill.Suzie has all the critical skills that are necessary to make home-buying with her a smooth process. She has deep knowledge, vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable. At our first meeting, she brought a wealth of information for us to review, including comparables in the area that had recently sold. It was presented in a professional bound book and was very easy to read through. It was clear that we were working with a professional. She also had a rough timeline of what we could expect during the sale/purchase process as well as detailing all the steps wed be taking. Suzie. Is. The. Best! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience listing and selling our home with Suzie. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely organized and ensured we stuck to the timeline we wanted. Her marketing plan was exceptional and we had 52 (yes 52!) showings as a result, which led to 9 offers all over our asking price!
